    MODEL KIPAS : PENDEKATAN KONSELING BERBASIS BUDAYA YANG HOLISTIK DAN TERSTRUKTUR

    The Structure-Adaptive Intensive and Progressive Counseling Model (KIPAS) is an innovation in the field of guidance and counseling developed by Prof. Dr. Andi Mappiare  by combining modern approaches and local wisdom of the archipelago. The model is built on five main pillars: solution-based counseling, intensive approach, progressive, culturally adaptive, and sensitivity to social structures. KIPAS uses techniques such as supportive words, constructive interpretation, reflection, direction, and problem core summarization, which are designed in accordance with Indonesian cultural values. Its implementation involves five structured steps: Good News, Data Integration, Action Planning, Actualization, and Celebration. Research shows the effectiveness of KIPAS in a variety of contexts, including education (increasing learning motivation and entrepreneurial interest) and community empowerment, with a holistic and sustainable approach. Key challenges include limited trained personnel and cultural resistance, but potential improvements, including the integration of digital technology, make the tool relevant for counseling in the modern era

    The objective of this research is to describe students’ mathematical communication in terms of student’s learning interests based on the SOLO Taxonomy level. The research method is a descriptive qualitative study conducted at SMPN 35 Pekanbaru grades VIII. The subject of this research is 8 students in grades VIII with high and medium learning interests. The research instruments used are a learning interest questionnaire and a mathematical communication test. The analysis consists of three stages: data condensation, displaying data, and drawing the conclusion. The research concludes there is no significant difference in students’ mathematical communication levels between medium and high learning interest students. Students with medium and high learning interests are on the multi-structural level. However, students with high learning interests put more effort into solving mathematics problems than students with medium learning interests. Therefore, efforts are needed, such as using the interactive learning model and media which increase the student’s learning interest to develop students’ mathematical communication ability

    The Development of Voice Over as Drama Media to Teach Speaking Skill in English 8th Grade of Junior High School

    This research focuses on developing engaging learning media to teach speaking skills to eighth grade students at MTSN 1 Sanankulon. Traditional methods of English instruction frequently fail to engage students, hindering their active participation and limiting their progress. To overcome this problem, this study introduces Voice over as drama media as a language learning tool. The game helps to increase students' activeness and creativity, vocabulary acquisition, and confidence in speaking. An R&D approach, including a pilot test with 25 students, was used to assess the effectiveness of the game. The results showed that the Voice over as drama media significantly improved learning, with a questionnaire score of 86.1%, categorized as highly valid. The evaluation showed that this media is a highly effective teaching tool. This research shows that Voice over as drama media can improve students' speaking ability and create a more interesting learning environment. This approach is in line with modern educational trends that emphasize interactive, creative and student-centered learning. In conclusion, Taboo game is an effective solution to teach speaking skills and increase students' motivation

    An Analysis of Violations of Maxims’ Cooperative Principle in Creating Humor in American Situation Comedy ‘Friends’

    Cooperative maxim principles refer to the rules that should be obeyed to generate effective and efficient communication in a conversation. However, in certain circumstances, cooperative maxim violation may create a sense of humor among audiences. Hence, this study is conducted to analyze the violation of four maxims in cooperative principles to create humor in one of the episodes of the American situation comedy ‘friends’ (Episode 9 in 6th Season: “The One When Ross Got High”). Grice’s four maxims; Quality, Quantity, Relation, and Manner are the main analysis tool in the study. This research is conducted by using a descriptive qualitative study. The primary data is taken from the video of the sitcom and the dialogue was transcribed. The result revealed that there were 27 maxim violations; 13 times quality maxim violation, two times quantity maxim violation, three times relation maxim violation, and 9 times manner maxim violation. The ‘friends’ sitcom characters are dishonest, provide unnecessary details, are redundant, and cause expression obscurity and ambiguity. However, these violations, in the eyes of sitcom viewers, attract laughter and a humorous effect

    This study aims to describe the role of tutors, the impact, and the factors that influence early childhood social development. This playgroup is designed to be an appropriate environment for play, aiding in the growth and development of children, particularly in their social development. Harlock (1978), as cited in Khadijah and Jf (2021:12), states that "social development means the acquisition of the ability to behave in accordance with social demands." This research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of five respondents. Data analysis was carried out through a process of collection, presentation, reduction, and verification. The findings indicate that tutors play a crucial role as facilitators in guiding and training children to exhibit good social behaviors such as adaptation, interaction, tolerance, and responsibility. Additionally, tutors serve as role models, whose attitudes and actions significantly influence children's social development in their external environment. The most influential factors in children's social development are their internal emotional and intellectual factors. In conclusion, tutors at the El-Akhyaar Citeureup Islamic Playgroup have effectively fulfilled their roles in fostering good social behavior in children. However, it is recommended to build partnerships to implement programs that further support the process of children's growth and development. &nbsp

    Dana desa merupakan anggaran yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat melalui kementerian desa, yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Dana desa memiliki program pembangunan dalam subbidang pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan khusus yang ada di wilayah desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa yang dialokasikan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan kesetaraan di lingkungan sekitar Desa Ciptagumati Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Wawancara dan dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya : (1) Dana desa dimanfaatkan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan nonformal di desa yaitu pada satuan pendidikan kesetaraan (2) dana desa dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia masyarakat Desa Ciptagumati Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kabupaten Bandung Barat

    Pengaruh self-efficacy dan self-regulated learning terhadap nilai IPK mahasiswa pendidikan matematika

    Students in mathematics education programs often face challenges that require strong self-belief and the ability to manage their own learning in order to achieve optimal academic performance. This study investigates the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on students’ Grade Point Average (IPK), focusing on three objectives: (1) the direct effect of self-efficacy on IPK, (2) the direct effect of self-regulated learning on IPK, and (3) the indirect effect of self-efficacy on IPK mediated by self-regulated learning. A quantitative approach with path analysis was employed, involving 40 Mathematics Education students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via validated and reliable questionnaires, and analyzed using SPSS and SMART-PLS v.4. The results indicate that the direct influence of self-efficacy on IPK is weak and statistically insignificant. In contrast, self-regulated learning shows a significant and meaningful direct effect on IPK. Furthermore, self-efficacy strongly influences self-regulated learning, which in turn positively affects IPK, confirming an indirect relationship. It is concluded that fostering both self-belief and regulatory learning strategies is essential to improving academic outcomes in higher education

    Gebyar peringatan hari Kartini di SDN Sukosewu guna meningkatkan minat bakat siswa dan rasa cinta budaya Indonesia

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan siswa dalam minat, bakat, dan rasa cinta budaya Indonesia melalui kegiatan Gebyar Peringatan Hari Kartini di SDN Sukosewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipan. Kegiatan penelitian berlangsung pada hari Sabtu, 27 April 2024, di SDN Sukosewu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur, dengan melibatkan sekitar 80 siswa dari kelas 1 hingga kelas 6. Peneliti mengamati secara langsung pelaksanaan program kegiatan Gebyar Peringatan Hari Kartini untuk menilai efektivitas program dalam mendorong partisipasi siswa, semangat, serta minat dan bakat mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat dan bakat siswa serta rasa cinta mereka terhadap budaya lokal. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam berbagai kegiatan seni dan budaya membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif ini efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya dan membentuk karakter siswa. Selain itu, acara ini juga mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam metode pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan efektif. Dengan demikian, Gebyar Peringatan Hari Kartini tidak hanya menjadi momen peringatan sejarah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana strategis untuk memperkuat identitas budaya dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SDN Sukosewu

    INTERVENSI KONSELING COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR BERBASIS PSIKODRAMA UNTUK MEREDUKSI PERILAKU BULLYING VERBAL SISWA SMP

    Verbal bullying behavior in junior high school students is a serious problem because it has a negative impact on the mental health and social development of the victim. Behavior such as teasing, insulting, threatening and degrading verbally is often done by students who have power over weak students. The study aims to test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling through psychodrama techniques in reducing verbal bullying behavior in junior high school students. The method used is quantitative pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 5 students of class VIII.4 SMPN 7 Palembang with a high verbal bullying behavior category. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed a significant decrease before and after being given treatment from a pretest score of 519 and an average of 103,8 (high category) to a posttest of 186 with an average of 37,2 (low category). Statistical test shows Z count -2,023 with Asymp. Sig value 0,043<0,05 proves that cognitive behavior counseling through psychodrama techniques is effective in reducing verbal bullying behavior of junior high school students. These results can be an intervention strategy in the school environment to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere

    Improving Student Motivation in Learning Pancasila Education with Bamboozle Media Games in Class VII B SMP Negeri 51 Palembang

    The use of learning media has an important role in increasing the enthusiasm and motivation of students. Interesting media can create a learning atmosphere that is more varied and not monotonous. Educational games like Bamboozle can make learning more fun and engaging. This study aims to increase the learning motivation of 31 students in class VII.B through the use of Bamboozle educational games. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the application of Bamboozle educational games was able to increase students' learning motivation. The effect can be seen from the results in cycle I, which showed a motivation level of 53% in the moderate category  and experienced a significant increase in cycle II to 75% in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Bamboozle educational games is effective in increasing students' learning motivation
