Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Berbasis Layanan Prima: Studi pada SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah
Penelitian ini menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan supervisi akademik berbasis layanan prima di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Supervisi akademik, dengan pendekatan layanan prima, menekankan fleksibilitas, dukungan personal, dan komunikasi dua arah sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional guru. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket atau kuesioner dengan subjek kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola terkait implementasi supervisi berbasis layanan prima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan program yang disusun di awal tahun ajaran dan dijabarkan ke dalam rencana semester. Pengorganisasian supervisi melibatkan pembagian tugas yang jelas dan koordinasi yang baik antar bagian sekolah, sehingga supervisi berjalan secara teratur. Pelaksanaan supervisi bersifat fleksibel, di mana supervisi dapat dilakukan di luar jadwal jika terdapat kebutuhan mendesak. Pengawasan supervisi juga dilakukan secara responsif, dengan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pengawas utama yang memastikan proses supervisi berjalan sesuai rencana. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pelaksanaan supervisi adalah kepemimpinan yang visioner dan komunikasi yang terbuka, sedangkan hambatan yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas
Hubungan Minat Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Penataan Rambut pada Siswa SMP 138 Terbuka Cakung 3 Jakarta
The research made with purpose to get the data of interest in learning and get the data about the result study hair styling also to know there or not the positive relation Between interest in learning and hair styling learning outcomes among students at SMP 138 Open Cakung 3 Jakarta. This research use approach correlasional. The population of this study were all life skills students at SMP 138 Open Cakung 3 Jakarta. Taking sample method in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study were students who were taking life skills hair styling lessons at SMP 138 Open Cakung 3 Jakarta. So, the sample in this study was 32 class VIII students who took life skill. The data analysis technique used is associative quantitative techniques, analysis requirements tests, data normality tests, linearity tests. The result of this research swown that there are positive relation and significant between interest in learning and hair styling learning outcomes for students at SMP 138 Open Cakung 3 Jakarta. The majority of learning outcomes for students are in the medium category, namely 65.6%. And according to the research results, it shows that the majority of students' interest in learning is in the medium category at 78.1%. There fore, the higher the interest in learning, the higher the hair styling learning outcomes achieved by students
Gambaran Forgiveness pada Siswi SMA korban Bullying
Bullying is an behavior that can hurt everybody. So not all the victims can forgive the perpetrator. Forgiveness is a decrease in motivation to take revenge, make distance or avoid the perpetrator. Forgiveness has a positive impact, that contributing to helping teenagers overcome the negative psychological impacts of bullying and encouraging healthy adaptability during their growth phase. However, not all students can forgive the perpetrator. Especially in female students. This happens because female tend to find it more difficult to forgive because female use or utilize feelings more as a medium of manipulation to control themselves. For this reason, this research aims to provide an overview of Forgiveness in female students who are bullied. This type of research is descriptive research with sampling techniques using random sampling techniques involving 100 female students. aged 15 to 20 years who have bullied. The results of this research show that Forgiveness in female students is 58% in the high category and 42% in the low category
Pengaruh Pemahaman Konsep dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa
The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine 1). The effect of conceptual understanding and learning motivation together on the science learning achievement of junior high school students in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency; 2). The effect of conceptual understanding on the science learning achievement of junior high school students in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency; 3). The effect of learning motivation on the science learning achievement of junior high school students in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with multiple linear regression correlation techniques and a sample size of 100 students. Based on the results of the hypothesis and data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant effect of conceptual understanding and learning motivation together on the science learning achievement of junior high school students in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This is evidenced by the Sig value = 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount = 35.989, 2). There is a significant influence of conceptual understanding on students' science learning achievement at Public Junior High Schools in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This is evidenced by the Sig value = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 4.156, 3). There is a significant influence of learning motivation on students' science learning achievement at Public Junior High Schools in Sodonghilir District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This is evidenced by the Sig value = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 4.864
Analisis Dampak Perilaku Bullying terhadap Perkembangan Karakter Peserta Didik di SDN 1 ASTANA
This research aims to analyze bullying behavior on the character formation of students in elementary schools. In line with the research objectives, this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research were victims of bullying. The data collection method was carried out using case studies. Data collection through direct observation. The research results are as follows: (1) Analysis of bullying behavior which has been studied by researchers in the form of physical contact and verbal form so that victims of bullying experience huge obstacles in forming their character. (2) The factors causing bullying behavior are not only internal factors but there are also external factors supported by the lack of strict rules given to the school so that bullying behavior can occur repeatedly. (3) The impact of bullying behavior on students' character development is very influential, as students tend to be quiet and embarrassed to be active in learning. This teacher's role is very important to improve the character of students in elementary school
Pengaruh Gerak dan Lagu terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di PAUD Mutiara Medan
This research aims to determine The Influence of Songs and Movement on Children Self-Confidence Aged 5 - 6 Years at Mutiara Kindergarten Medan. The type of this research is experimental research with pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest design. Subjects of this research were 11 children in class B. Technique sampling used was total sampling. Data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The data from this research were analyzed by using SPSS 25 statistics with the formula mean, median, mode, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, paired-children’ssample t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that children's confidence in the pretest obtained an average score of 7.45 with a percentage of 37%, while in the posttest it increased with an average score of 13.09 with a percentage of 65%. Based on the hypothesis test, the results of the paired sample t-test analysis show the results of t count < t table (18,204 < 2,262) and a significant value is 0.02 < 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of songs and movement on children self-confidence aged 5 - 6 years at Mutiara Kindergarten Medan

Membangun Kesadaran Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Sumber Tentang Hak Dan Batasan Tubuh Melalui Kegiatan Penyuluhan
Sexual violence against children is a significant challenge in child protection in Indonesia, particularly in the digital era that influences interaction patterns and child safety. This study aims to raise awareness among sixth-grade students at SDN 1 Sumber about body rights and personal boundaries through interactive educational programs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved 50 students as subjects, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of body rights and personal boundaries after participating in the educational activities. Students became more confident in protecting themselves and reporting uncomfortable situations. This study highlights the importance of early education on body rights as a preventive measure against sexual violence and as a foundation for fostering self-protection awareness in children
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Fasilitator and Expalning untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa
This research aims to determine the effect of the student facilitator and explain learning model to improve student learning outcomes at MTs Annurain Lonrae. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The data processed is a pre-test and post-test given to all class VIII.A students at MTs Annurain Lonrae. The data collection method in this research is the Test Instrument. The data processed using Instrument Tests are in the form of Validity Tests, Reliability Tests, Question Difficulty Level Tests and Question Discrimination Power Tests, and to answer the research hypothesis, Descriptive Statistics Tests and Infrential Statistics Tests are carried out. Based on the research results and existing data, researchers can conclude that the Student Facilitator and Explanig learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of class VIII.A MTs Annurain Lonrae students. This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, obtained t count or 21.657 > 2.10982, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted
Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dan Lingkungan Pesantren Dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’alim Terhadap Karakter Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang
This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence and pesantren environment on the character of santri at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. A quantitative approach with ordinal logistic regression analysis (OLR) was used to examine the relationship between the independent variables (teacher competence and pesantren environment) and the dependent variable (santri character). The sample consisted of 50 students from MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah, selected using cluster sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire (1-4). The results of the study show that teacher competence has a significant positive influence on the development of santri character, with a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than the alpha level of 0.05. This indicates that the higher the teacher's competence, the better the character of the santri. In contrast, the pesantren environment was found to have no significant effect on santri character, with a significance value of 0.059, which is greater than 0.05, meaning the second hypothesis is rejected. The ordinal logistic regression analysis (OLR) also indicates that teacher competence plays a more dominant role in shaping santri characte
