Problematika Pendidikan: Analisis Kendala Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Berdasarkan Hasil Belajar Siswa
Education plays a vital role in human life. Every person deserves access to fair and equal educational opportunities. However, numerous challenges persist within the education system. At the elementary school level, one of the common issues is the difficulty students face during the learning process. Throughout teaching and learning activities, various obstacles often arise, which can be identified through the students' academic performance. These learning outcomes serve as measurable indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of educational processes. This study aims to explore the learning barriers in elementary schools as reflected in students' academic achievements. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was employed in the research. Optimizing digital learning through the ADDIE instructional approach in an arduino based automatic plant watering prototype project using a capacitive soil and moisture sensor
This study assesses the effectiveness of project-based digital learning in which students design a prototype of an Arduino-based intelligent watering and capacitive soil moisture sensor by following the ADDIE flow. The design used was ex post facto descriptive-correlational in one class totaling 117 students, conducted in Indonesia, where traditional farming methods dominate. Achievement data was taken from six components of the assessment (participatory activities, project scores, assignments, quizzes, middle exams, and final exams). Descriptive statistics are visualized through histograms and box-plots; Pearson correlation tests and multiple linear regression were performed to predict the contribution of each component to the final exam, while the technical validity of the prototype was evaluated in ten laboratory cycles using p-charts and Kaplan Meier analysis. The results showed that the value of clustered projects was in the high category (M = 86.8; SD = 7.1) and significantly correlated with the final exam (r = 0.54; β = 0.22; p < 0.01), explaining ± 22 % additional cognitive variance after the formative test was controlled. Participatory activities had a moderate correlation with the final exam (r ≈ 0.50), signaling a transfer of problem-solving skills acquired during prototype collaboration. Tool reliability tests showed 70% of prototypes were in stable function within the first ten cycles; All points were within control limits although the three initial failures hinted at the need for advanced sensor calibration. Learning constraints such as low quiz and assignment scores and wiring/coding difficulties were addressed through micro-deadlines, quick feedback, pair-programming clinics, and prerequisite videos. These findings confirm that ADDIE-based IoT projects can simultaneously improve students' knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving disposition, provided they are accompanied by pedagogical supports and ongoing technical validation.Penelitian ini menilai efektivitas pembelajaran digital berbasis proyek di mana mahasiswa merancang prototipe penyiraman cerdas berbasis Arduino dan sensor kelembapan tanah kapasitif dengan mengikuti alur ADDIE. Desain yang digunakan adalah ex post facto deskriptif‑korelasional pada satu kelas berjumlah 117 mahasiswa. Data capaian diambil dari enam komponen penilaian (aktivitas partisipatif, nilai proyek, tugas, kuis, Ujian tengah, dan Ujian akhir). Statistik deskriptif divisualisasikan melalui histogram dan box‑plot; uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier berganda dilakukan untuk memprediksi kontribusi tiap komponen terhadap Ujian akhir, sedangkan validitas teknis prototipe dievaluasi dalam sepuluh siklus laboratorium memakai p‑chart dan analisis Kaplan–Meier. Hasil menunjukkan nilai proyek terkluster pada kategori tinggi (M = 86,8; SD = 7,1) dan berkorelasi signifikan dengan Ujian akhir (r = 0,54; β = 0,22; p < 0,01), menjelaskan ± 22 % variansi kognitif tambahan setelah tes formatif dikendalikan. Aktivitas partisipatif memiliki korelasi moderat dengan Ujian akhir (r ≈ 0,50), menandakan transfer kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang diperoleh selama kolaborasi prototipe. Uji reliabilitas alat memperlihatkan 70 % prototipe berfungsi stabil dalam sepuluh siklus pertama; seluruh titik berada dalam batas kendali meskipun tiga kegagalan awal mengisyaratkan perlunya kalibrasi sensor lanjutan. Kendala pembelajaran seperti nilai kuis dan tugas rendah serta kesulitan wiring/kode ditangani melalui micro‑deadline, umpan balik cepat, klinik pair‑programming, dan video prasyarat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa proyek IoT berkerangka ADDIE dapat secara simultan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan praktik, dan disposisi problem‑solving mahasiswa, asalkan disertai penyangga pedagogis dan validasi teknis berkelanjutan
Analisis Makna Filosofi Ragam Hias Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa Gowa Sulawesi Selatan
Abstrak
Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa merupakan salah satu rumah adat yang antik, unik, dan bersejarah di Goa, Sulawesi Selatan. Kekhasan Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa ini terletak pada bangunannya yaitu elemen pada Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa yang memiliki nilai estetik dan makna filosofi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana makna flosofi interior yang terdapat pada Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ialah ragam hias Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa. Objek penelitian ini adalah unsur-unsur motif dan makna filosofis ragam hias Rumah Adat Balla Lompoa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, mengklasifikasi data, menelaah data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Rumah adat Balla Lompoa adalah jenis rumah panggung yang terdiri atas tiga bagian. Bagian pertama disebut ulu balla’ yang letaknya paling atas, meliputi atap dan loteng. Bagian kedua disebut kale balla’ yaitu suatu ruangan yang ditempati oleh pemilik rumah dan keluarganya dan bagian ketiga disebut siring (kolong rumah) yang letaknya paling bawah; 2) Ciri khas ragam hias rumah adat Balla Lompoa paling menonjol yaitu ulu tedong dan juga besarnya rumah adat tersebut, itulah yang di sebutkan rumah adat Balla Lompoa yang artinya rumah besar; 3) Ragam hias Bugis Gowa merupakan salah satu bentuk manifestasi semangat dan cita rasa estetika yang berkembang pada masyarakat Bugis Gowa. Masyarakatnya dikenal sebagai masyarakat pejuang yang menyukai jiwa petualang, pemberani, setia, dan keras. Hal ini secara tidak langsung ikut terbawa pada karya-karya ragam hias yang diciptakan.
Abstract
Balla Lompoa Traditional House is one of the antique, unique and historic traditional houses in Goa, South Sulawesi. The materials in this mosque are mostly wood. The uniqueness of the Balla Lompoa Customary House in the building is that the elements of the Balla Lompoa Customary House have aesthetic value and philosophical meaning. This research aims to describe how the meaning of interior philosophy contained in the Balla Lompoa Traditional House. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive approach. The subject of the research is the decoration of Balla Lompoa Traditional House. The object of this research is the motif elements and philosophical meaning of the Balla Lompoa Traditional House decoration. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, classifying data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Balla Lompoa traditional house is a type of stilt house consisting of three parts. The first part is called ulu balla' which is located at the top, including the roof and attic. The second part is called kale balla' which is a room occupied by the owner of the house and his family and the third part is called siring (under the house) which is located at the bottom; 2) The most prominent characteristic of the Balla Lompoa traditional house decoration is the ulu tedong and also the size of the traditional house, which is called the Balla Lompoa traditional house which means a big house; 3) The Bugis Gowa ornamental variety is a manifestation of the spirit and aesthetic taste that developed in the Bugis Gowa community. Pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM di kota Banjarmasin
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and digital literacy on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarmasin City. MSMEs play a vital role in supporting the regional economy; however, they continue to face challenges in financial management and technological adaptation. Improving financial literacy and access to financial and digital resources is believed to be a crucial factor in promoting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all MSME actors operating in Banjarmasin City. A total of 70 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. After undergoing validity and reliability testing, primary data were collected using a structured questionnaire and distributed to MSME owners or managers. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and digital literacy significantly contribute to the financial performance of MSMEs, both simultaneously and partially, thereby supporting the theoretical framework of the Resource-Based View (RBV).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Banjarmasin. UMKM menopang perekonomian daerah, tetapi masih menghadapi kendala dalam keuangan dan adaptasi teknologi. Peningkatan literasi dan akses terhadap sumber daya keuangan serta digital diyakini dapat menjadi faktor krusial dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM yang beroperasi di Kota Banjarmasin. Sampel sebanyak 70 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Setelah melalui proses uji validitas dan reliabilitas, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian disebarkan kepada pemilik atau pengelola UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan literasi digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, mendukung kerangka teori RBV
Peran Manajemen Kepala Tata Usaha Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Di Mts Al-Washiliyah Tembung
This study aims to analyze the role of the head of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTs Al-Washliyah Tembung. Effective and efficient administrative services are essential in supporting the smooth running of the education process in madrasahs. In this context, the head of administration has a strategic responsibility as an administrative manager, starting from planning, organizing, to monitoring and evaluating services. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the head of administration plays an important role in improving the performance of administrative staff, optimizing the use of information technology, and creating a more structured and responsive work system. Obstacles such as limited human resources and facilities are still challenges, but can be overcome through training, good coordination between staff, and innovation in the service system. In conclusion, the managerial role of the head of administration is crucial in creating quality administrative services and supporting the achievement of madrasah education goals.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala tata usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi di MTs Al-Washliyah Tembung. Pelayanan administrasi yang efektif dan efisien sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pendidikan di madrasah. Dalam konteks ini, kepala tata usaha memiliki tanggung jawab strategis sebagai pengelola administrasi, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, hingga pengawasan dan evaluasi layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala tata usaha berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja staf administrasi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi, serta menciptakan sistem kerja yang lebih terstruktur dan responsif. Hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas masih menjadi tantangan, namun dapat diatasi melalui pelatihan, koordinasi yang baik antar staf, dan inovasi dalam sistem pelayanan. Kesimpulannya, peran manajerial kepala tata usaha sangat krusial dalam menciptakan layanan administrasi yang berkualitas dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan madrasah
Peran permainan tradisional dalam membangun nilai-nilai kehidupan: Perspektif pendidikan karakter anak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan manfaat permainan tradisional dalam mengembangkan karakter anak terhadap nilai-nilai kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan seperti kejujuran, sportivitas, disiplin, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, permainan tradisional juga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, mengasah kreativitas, dan memperkuat hubungan sosial anak yang mulai berkurang akibat pengaruh permainan digital. Kesimpulannya, Permainan tradisional berperan penting dalam mengembangkan karakter anak terhadap nilai-nilai kehidupan, terutama dalam aspek sosial, emosional, dan motorik. Studi menunjukkan bahwa anak yang aktif bermain permainan tradisional lebih mudah menerapkan nilai-nilai kehidupan seperti kejujuran, disiplin, sportivitas, kolaborasi dan tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Permainan tradisional perlu terus dilestarikan karena memberikan kontribusi besar dalam membangun karakter anak sekaligus menjaga kekayaan budaya bangsa di tengah perkembangan zaman.
The role of traditional games in building life values: A child character education perspective
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role and benefits of traditional games in developing children's character towards life values. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, collecting data from various national and international articles. The results of the study show that traditional games not only function as entertainment, but also as an effective learning medium in instilling life values such as honesty, sportsmanship, discipline, cooperation, and responsibility. In addition, traditional games are also able to improve motor skills, hone creativity, and strengthen children's social relationships, which are starting to decrease due to the influence of digital games. In conclusion, traditional games play an important role in developing children's character towards life values, especially in social, emotional, and motor aspects. Studies show that children who actively play traditional games are more likely to apply life values such as honesty, discipline, sportsmanship, collaboration, and responsibility in daily life. Traditional games need to be preserved because they make a great contribution to building children's character while maintaining the nation's cultural wealth in the midst of these times
Problematika Penggunaan Gimkit Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Untuk Siswa di Kelas Tinggi
This study aims to identify and analyze the problematic use of Gimkit as an interactive learning media in elementary school high class. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with Case Study approach. Subjects consisted of teachers and students of Class V in SDN Paron 1. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that although Gimkits can increase student engagement and motivation to learn, there are a number of obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet networks, variations in students ' digital literacy skills, and limited time for integration in the curriculum. This study recommends teacher training and technology infrastructure support as the first step to optimize the utilization of Gimkit
Klara Teu Nahak Pengaruh Pemahaman Sanitasi Higiene dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Pelaksanaan Praktikum pastry and Bakery Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Godean Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022: Pemahaman Sanitasi Higiene, Keselamatan Kerja, Pelaksanaan Praktikum
The purpose of the study was to determine: (1) Understanding of sanitary hygiene and work safety, (2) Understanding of the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum, (3) The effect of understanding sanitation hygiene and work safety on the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The research population was 144 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with the slovin formula of 59 students. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative and hypothesis testing using product moment correlation preceded by prerequisite analysis tests including normality tests and linearity tests. The results showed: (1) Understanding of sanitation hygiene and work safety was in the sufficient category (40.68%), (2) Implementation of pastry and bakery practicum was in the sufficient category (42.37%), (3) There was a positive and significant influence on understanding hygiene sanitation and occupational safety on the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum as indicated by the value of r count = 0.411 > rtable = 0.252 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.169 or (16.9%).Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) Pemahaman sanitasi higiene dan keselamatan kerja, (2) Pemahaman pelaksanaan praktikum pastry and bakery, (3) Pengaruh pemahaman sanitasi higiene dan keselamatan kerja terhadap pelaksanaan praktikum pastry and bakery. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 144 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 59 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment didahului uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pemahaman sanitasi higiene dan keselamatan kerja dalam kategori cukup (40,68%), (2) Pelaksanaan praktikum pastry and bakery dalam kategori cukup (42,37%), (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemahaman sanitasi higiene dan keselamatan kerja terhadap pelaksanaan praktikum pastry and bakery yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai r hitung sebesar rhitung = 0,411 > rtabel sebesar = 0,252 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,169 atau (16,9%)
Konstruksi citra positif perusahaan rokok melalui film bertema batik: Constructing a positive image of cigarette companies through batik-themed films
Indonesia Kaya, initiated by a cigarette company, uploaded a batik-themed film in 2018 on the IndonesiaKaya YouTube account. The author sees indications that there is a construction of a positive image of a cigarette company through the representation presented in the film, so the purpose of this study is to reveal how the positive image of a cigarette company is displayed in a batik-themed film. The research method used is a qualitative method with representation by Stuart Hall as its main analysis tool. The result is a positive image of a cigarette company displayed in a batik-themed film through the representation presented in the film, namely Intentional Representation and Constructionist Representation. The positive image that appears in the scene in the film is that the existence of a cigarette company is no longer in doubt and is a local product that has been attached to the Indonesian nation; the cigarette company has preserved traditional products; the cigarette company has a winding journey story until now it has succeeded; the cigarette company cares about the environment, culture, and the Indonesian nation; inspiration for all cigarette factories; and is used as a role model for other cigarette factories because of its success. In this case, batik is positioned as a commodity that can generate profit for cigarette companies, namely by constructing a positive image of cigarette companies. Not only commodifying batik, but as a product of a media, in the film there is also commodification of content, audience, and labor.Indonesia Kaya yang diinisiasi oleh sebuah perusahaan rokok telah mengunggah sebuah film bertema batik pada tahun 2018 di akun youtube IndonesiaKaya. Sebuah perusahaan yang tentunya tidak dapat terlepas dari profit oriented, menggelitik penulis untuk menganalisis di balik fenomena peluncuran film bertema batik tersebut. Penulis melihat ada indikasi bahwa terjadi konstruksi citra positif perusahaan rokok melalui representasi yang dihadirkan pada film tersebut, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana citra positif perusahaan rokok yang ditampilkan pada film bertema batik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan representasi oleh Stuart Hall sebagai alat analisis utamanya. Hasilnya adalah Citra positif perusahaan rokok ditampilkan pada film bertema batik melalui representasi yang dihadirkan pada film tersebut, yakni berupa Representasi Intensional dan Representasi Konstruksionis. Citra positif yang muncul pada adegan di film tersebut yaitu eksistensi perusahaan rokok sudah tidak diragukan lagi dan merupakan produk lokal yang telah melekat pada diri bangsa Indonesia; perusahaan rokok telah melestarikan produk tradisional; perusahaan rokok memiliki kisah perjalanan yang berliku hingga akhirnya sekarang telah sukses; perusahaan rokok peduli terhadap lingkungan, budaya, maupun bangsa Indonesia; inspirasi bagi seluruh pabrik rokok; dan dijadikan role model bagi pabrik-pabrik rokok yang lainnya karena kesuksesannya. Dalam hal ini, batik diposisikan sebagai komoditas yang dapat mendatangkan profit bagi perusahaan rokok, yakni dengan cara mengkonstruksi citra positif perusahaan rokok. Tidak hanya mengkomodifikasi batik saja, namun sebagai produk dari sebuah media, pada film juga terdapat komodifikasi isi, khalayak, dan tenaga kerja
Curiosity and digital communication of mildly autistic students with realistic mathematic learning approach using the Quizizz
Communication is a key factor in the exchange of emotions and information during interactions. In fact, in schools, most children with disabilities, such as autism, experience significant verbal communication difficulties. Only about 45% of students with autism can communicate verbally, while 55% still rely on nonverbal communication or assistance. Additionally, students with autism have limitations in expressing their emotions, making them highly prone to tantrums. This is one of the reasons why teachers in schools often hesitate to provide digital media to students with autism. Digital communication is also a form of communication skills, but it is based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to facilitate relationships and interactions with others. This study aims to explore how the curiosity and digital communication skills of students with autism can be enhanced through a realistic mathematics learning approach using Quizizz. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings, based on observational instruments conducted over three sessions, indicate that students' digital communication skills improved in each session, increasing from 44% to over 80%. Furthermore, the use of Quizizz also contributed to enhancing the verbal communication skills of students with autism. Through Quizizz, students with autism were able to practice self-expression, select answers, and even interact with their peers in game mode. This research provides valuable insights into how students with moderate autism respond to realistic and interactive mathematics learning while helping educators better understand their special needs and develop more effective teaching strategies
