So, project which is done by sociopreneur concept can be developed as an effort to empower women in the village through increasing the capability of Women Farmers Community (WFC) in Sipiran Village, Pagelaran District, Malang. This activity was held from October 2018 until February 2019 using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method which was carried out group training and mentoring such as : ciplukan cultivation, packaging and product marketing. The results of this activity showed high enthusiasm and cohesiveness through sustainability of the program and increase women group farmer's income than before
Analysis of Service Quality with The Canoe Method Approach
Abstract-Focus on customer satisfaction is one powerful way to service business such as CV.X car repair shop. This is because customers definitely feel the direct quality of service when it comes to service business. In Kano Method there are 3 requirements to satisfy the customer is must be requirements ie if these requirements are not met, then the customer is not satisfied. Second, One dimensional requirements is a requirement demanded by customers with explicit. Third, Attractive requirements that if this requirement is met then the customer is satisfied, but if not met, the customer is not disappointed. The advantages of Kano Methods include helping to categorize customer needs such as basic, performance, and excitement. For the result categories on each attribute, among others, must-be as many as 9 attributes are attributes R2, R5, Re1, Re3, A3, E1, E2, E3, E4, one dimensional 7 attributes are attributes T3, R3, R4, R6 , Re4 A4, and E5, attractive 6 attributes are attributes T1, T2, T4, R1, Re2, A2 and Indefferent as much as 1 attribute that is A1. So from the calculation of extent of satisfaction can be concluded that the customer is still "Quite Satisfied" with service workshop. This is because the calculation results obtained about the average coefficient of satisfaction is at a value of 0.58 which means classified satisfaction level "quite satisfied" (0,51 - 0,65). But there is a value of 0.3 which means not satisfied that the attribute of mechanic skills and this needs to be repaired because it belongs to Must Be
Selection Working Fluid of an Organic Rankine Cycle for Low-temperature Heat Source
This paper simulates an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system for selection the suitable working fluid in low-temperature process. Six commercial working fluids in Thailand comprised of R-245fa, R-152a, R- 142b, R-134a, R-123, and R-1233zd are considered. Nine main parameters−the mass flow rate, vapor quality, pressure, thermal power of pump, working fluid weight, carbon dioxide emission, net power, ORC efficiency, and carbon dioxide per output power impacts−are used to investigate the suitable working fluid. From the study results, it could be found that R-123 has the best values of a highest net power of 20.16 kWe, a highest ORC efficiency of 8.02%, a lowest thermal power of pump of 0.42 kW, and a lowest pressure difference of 539.21 kPa. R-1233zd shows the lowest values of a carbon dioxide emission of 52 kg CO2 eq/100 y and a carbon dioxide per output power of 2.63 kg CO2 eq/kWe. R-134a reveals a highest mass flow rate of 1.19 kg/s. R-245fa has a highest vapor quality of 114.23%. R-152a shows a lowest working fluid weight of 37 kg. Thus, the suitable working fluid of the low-temperature ORC application is R-123 based on the advantages of ORC efficiency, net power generation, thermal power of pump, and pressure difference

What is the most effective intervention to improve medication adherence among type 2 diabetics?: a systematic review
Most type 2 diabetics do not adhere to their medication. The aim of this study is to review the intervention in improving medication adherence among type 2 diabetics. The authors performed a systematic review with analyzing Randomized Controlled Trials studies from 3 database sources including PubMed, Scopus, and Springer Link. From 11 selected studies, health education with personal face to face interaction between diabetics and health worker is the most effective intervention to improve medication adherence. Five studies with personal face to face health education as the intervention show significant changes in medication adherence (p<0,05) and a significant change in HbA1C level (p<0,05). With personal interaction, health workers could give suitable education based on personal barriers to adhere their medication. However, improving medication adherence was not always followed by changing at diabetics HbA1C level. Other treatments are needed to lower HbA1C level beside management of pharmacotherapy

Data from the Central Statistics Agency show that in 2018, 33,787 foreign visitors from various countries visited the province of Aceh, which is identical to agro-marine tourism. This visit will, undoubtedly, increase regional economic growth in the region. The data also reveal that the highest number of visitors came from Malaysia and the United Kingdom. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of tourist visits on regional economic growth in the province of Aceh between 2004 and 2017. This research uses secondary sources of data from the Aceh Provincial Statistics Authority using a simple semi-logarithmic Regression analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.398. The number further indicates that there is a low correlation of the relationship between foreign tourist visits and economic growth in the province of Aceh. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 15.90 percent. The equation model Y = 0.157 + 0.431 × 1 + e, with a t-test value for economic growth of 0.055 and not significant at α = 5%, given the short data and the earthquake / tsunami disaster. The author's recommendation is that various provincial and local government programs are needed in 23 regions / cities of Aceh province to increase the number of foreign tourists coming to the province. The program includes capturing and strengthening the potential of agro-marine tourism, increasing tourism advertising through tourism ambassadors or media, improving the quality of accommodation, public services, enhancing the potentiality of craft production, local food product and international language training for communities and several other programs. Hence, the regional economic growth continues to grow and people's welfare is increasing

Seruput (Seawed Straw) As A Solution To Reduce Plastics Waste For Realize Sdg’s In Indonesia
Plastic straw rubbish is the fifth largest contributor to plastic waste in the world. Different from other plastic waste, plastic straw rubbish tends to be ignored because of its small size and has no sale value for recycling. Even plastic straws are not a concern of scavengers because of their low sales value. In Indonesia, plastic straws are still widely used by restaurants, cafes, food depots and hangout places that have foods and drink. As performed by Chealsea Briganti and Leigh Amn Tucker who is the founder of Loliware. They created straws made from seaweed. Besides being environmentally friendly, the straws made by loliware can even be eaten. Seruput is the first edible straw company in the world. Seaweed basic material was chosen because seaweed is a resource that actually absorbs CO2, so it is certain that the material will be environmentally friendly and can replace 500 million plastic straws that are widely used in the US. Besides being edible, there are 2 other ways that can be done after the environmentally friendly straws are used. First, it can be used as plant fertilizer through composting. Second, as engine fuel through anaerobic digestion. Even if the straw is damaged, it will become food waste and not harmful to the environment
