PENGARUH PENDAPATAN NON-BUNGA, EFISIENSI BANK DAN MASKULINITAS TERHADAP RISIKO BANK

This research aims to analyze the influence how non-interest income, bank efficiency, and masculinity affect bank risk in Indonesian commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Bank risk measurement is proxied using the z-score value. This research type is quantitative research and the data used secondary data from Indonesian commercial banks' financial reports for the 2019–2023 period that are published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using a saturation sampling technique, 47 Indonesian commercial banks were included in the sample for the 2019–2023 period. Hypothesis testing in this study used data panel regression analysis with a fixed effect model. This research findings show that non-interest income can reduce bank risk, bank efficiency can reduce bank risk, and masculinity can increase bank risk

Generation Z's Response to The Use of Gen.Zas (Electronic Game-based Health Promotion Media) to Prevent Bullying Behavior in Generation Z

Bullying can lead a mental health issues among Generation Z. Preventive efforts can be implemented using modern technological approaches. Online games are particularly popular among Generation Z and have the potential to influence behavior when played frequently. This study aims to develop an online game Gen.Zas, as a preventive measure against mental health problems caused by bullying. A quantitative and developmental descriptive research design was used. In the first stage, the online game was developed, followed by a perception test in the second stage, conducted with 90 Generation Z respondents from Malang city. Three indicators were evaluated: feasibility of presentation, graphic, and storyline feasibility. The results showed that the perception-test has percentage feasibility score of 86.04% (highly valid and well received) for presentation, 70.74% (valid and feasible) for graphics, and 60.5% (valid and feasible) for the storyline. In conclusion, the Gen.Zas game serves as an educational adventure game that addresses bullying in school environment while incorporating assertiveness techniques to help Generation Z manage bullying behavior effectively

Application of Buerger Allen Exercise in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus with Ineffective Peripheral Perfusion Nursing Problems : Case Study Report

Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by uncontrolled hyperglycemia, which disrupts peripheral blood flow due to the accumulation of sugar products in the blood, disrupting nerve impulse transmission and damaging blood vessel walls. One way to improve blood circulation in the legs is through the Buerger Allen Exercise, using the ankle-brachial index as an assessment indicator. This study employed a problem-solving method with a nursing care approach. The author employed a descriptive technique, highlighting the patient's facts and circumstances. After the Buerger Allen Exercise nursing intervention, Mrs Y's ABI increased from 0.79 (moderate) on day 1 to 1.0 (normal) on day 5. After nursing intervention with Buerger Allen Exercise, the ABI value increased. With the increase in the ABI value, peripheral perfusion also increased followed by the achievement of the desired outcome criteria. So the problem of ineffective peripheral perfusion nursing in Mrs Y was resolved. It can be concluded that Buerger Allen Exercise can increase ABI values in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with ineffective peripheral perfusion nursing problems

DAMPAK KEMAMPUAN PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS KEUANGAN BUM DESA (The Impact Of Financial Reporting Capability On Financial Accountability Of Village-Owned Enterprises)

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low financial reporting capability in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) which has implications for their financial accountability, especially after the issuance of the Minister of Village Decree Number 136 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Preparing BUM Desa Financial Reports which requires stricter accounting standards. This study aims to analyze the impact of financial reporting capability on BUM Desa's financial accountability and identify factors influencing it. The research method used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussions at BUM Desa Sekar Makmur, Sekarpuro Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The results show that the majority of BUM Desa management faces substantial challenges in preparing financial reports according to applicable accounting standards due to limited knowledge and skills in accounting. BUM Desa financial accountability cannot be optimally realized due to the inability to prepare systematic and transparent financial reports, thus hampering the supervisory function of the Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) and community participation in evaluating BUM Desa performance. This research concludes that financial reporting capability significantly impacts BUM Desa's financial accountability, necessitating human resource capacity enhancement, implementation of integrated accounting information systems, and strengthening of monitoring mechanisms to realize accountable and transparent BUM Desa financial management

STUDI EVALUASI TAMAN LINGKUNGAN DI KOTA MALANG

An Environmental Park is an urban green open space that plays a crucial ecological, social, and aesthetic role. However, several established environmental parks in Malang City, namely Merjosari, Slamet, Merbabu Family, and Trunojoyo Parks, are experiencing a decline in visitors. This decline is attributed to a lack of functional optimization and aesthetic appeal, compounded by competition from newer parks. This research aims to evaluate the functional performance of these specific parks. The study employs the Key Performance Index (KPI) methodology to assess key aspects, including physical conditions, park quality, spatial design, park elements, and visitor activities. The results indicate that only Merjosari Park meets the standard criteria. Otherwise, Slamet Park, Merbabu Family Park, and Trunojoyo Park were categorized as below standard. These findings highlight the urgent need for the Malang City Environmental Agency, as the managing authority, to implement comprehensive improvements. Recommendations focus on enhancing the parks' physical components, quality, spatial layout, and amenities to revitalize their function and better serve the community

Penerapan Desain Lambung Berbasis Variasi Sudut Deadrise untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Perahu Wisata Skala Kecil di Waduk Lecari

Lecari Reservoir in Wringinagung Village, Gambiran, Banyuwangi, is a new natural tourism destination resulting from a community initiative that has successfully transformed a slum area into a clean and comfortable tourist area. Although the number of visitors is relatively high, especially on weekends, tourism development still faces obstacles such as the lack of variety of water rides, so visitors easily get bored. The solution offered is the design of a two-person tourist boat, with attention to good maneuverability so that it can operate optimally in the relatively narrow reservoir (area 1,829 m², depth 7 meters, width ± 25 meters). Maneuverability analysis is the primary focus because it affects the safety and comfort of boat operations. As part of the community service activities, research was also conducted to evaluate the effect of variations in the deadrise angle of the boat's hull on the Curve of Sectional Area (CSA) and boat resistance performance through numerical simulations. Five deadrise angle configurations (13°, 15°, 17°, 19°, and 21°) were tested at a speed of 15 knots. The results show that a 21° deadrise angle produces the lowest total resistance of 0.66 kN, thus recommending its application in the design of tourist boats in Lecari Reservoir. The results of this community service contribute to the design of a more efficient and environmentally friendly small-scale tourist boat hull to support the development of local tourism based on natural potential.ABSTRAKWaduk Lecari di Desa Wringinagung, Gambiran, Banyuwangi, merupakan destinasi wisata alam baru hasil inisiatif warga yang berhasil mengubah kawasan kumuh menjadi area wisata yang bersih dan nyaman. Meski jumlah pengunjung cukup tinggi, khususnya pada akhir pekan, pengembangan wisata masih menghadapi kendala pada kurangnya variasi wahana air, sehingga pengunjung mudah merasa bosan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah perancangan perahu wisata berkapasitas dua orang, dengan memperhatikan kemampuan manuver yang baik agar dapat beroperasi optimal di waduk yang relatif sempit (luas 1.829 m², kedalaman 7 meter, lebar ±25 meter). Analisis manuver menjadi fokus utama karena mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kenyamanan operasional perahu. Sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pengabdian, dilakukan juga penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi sudut deadrise lambung perahu terhadap Curve of Sectional Area (CSA) dan kinerja tahanan perahu melalui simulasi numerik. Lima konfigurasi sudut deadrise (13°, 15°, 17°, 19°, dan 21°) diuji pada kecepatan 15 knot. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sudut deadrise 21° menghasilkan tahanan total terendah sebesar 0,66 kN, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada desain perahu wisata di Waduk Lecari. Pengembangan Teknik Aquaponik: Budidaya Tanaman Dengan Ikan

Teknologi aquaponik adalah teknologi yang mengkombinasikan kegiatan budidaya tanaman dan perikanan dalam satu siklus kegiatan yang saling bersinergi. Perkembangan teknologi ini masih jarang digunakan, disebabkan kekurangan inovasi dan informasi terkait teknologi tersebut. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Gapoktan Beji Makmur, Batu, sebagai langkah transformasi pengetahuan dan teknologi yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Selain meningkatkan pengertian di dalam teknik aquaponik di kalangan petani, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengenalkan teknologi budidaya tanaman musiman dalam konsep pertanian berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Gapoktan Beji Makmur dan diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Anggota kelompok tani ini dibantu oleh mahasiswa KKN. Kegiaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa agenda antara lain sosialisasi dan praktek pembutan instalasi aquaponik, serta praktek budidaya tanaman dengan sistem aquaponik dan pemeliharaan terkait budidaya ikan. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi, ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani. Dalam hal ini sebagai solusi teknis, petani dapat beradaptasi dengan penyesuaian ikan (lele dan nila) untuk mengurangi mortalitas. Untuk pengendalian nutrisi pupuk, petani beralih menggunakan pupuk organik dari kotoran ternak. Pembelajaran dari rekomendasi ini mengajak petani untuk menggunakan teknologi budidaya berwawasan lingkungan

Penerapan Teknologi Asap Cair Dan Enriched Biochar Untuk Peningkatan Produksi Cabai Rawit Di Desa Limbung Kabupaten Kubu Raya

Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang terletak di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat merupakan daerah kawasan sentra produksi cabai rawit. Kelompok Tani Trisno Subur sebagai mitra kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) memiliki pertanaman cabai rawit seluas 1,5 Ha. Namun, pada Tahun 2023 mengalami gagal panen cabai rawit akibat serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman, serta kondisi perubahan cuaca yang ekstrem. Hasil observasi di lapangan, petani mitra mengalami gagal panen sekitar 60% sampai dengan 100%. Pada lingkungan kelompok Tani Trisno Subur, sekam padi merupakan limbah pertanian yang melimpah dan belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi cabai rawit kelompok tani melalui teknologi asap cair sekam padi dan biochar berbasis limbah sekam padi yang diperkaya Trichoderma sp. Metodologi PKM meliputi observasi lapangan, sosialisasi dan koordinasi kepada mitra sasaran, pelaksanaan program PKM (pelatihan pembuatan asap cair sekam padi dan biochar menggunakan teknologi pirolisis, pelatihan biochar diperkaya Trichoderma sp. dan aplikasinya di pertanaman cabai rawit),  penerapan hasil kegiatan, dan evaluasi program kegiatan. Program PKM memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi kelompok tani dalam aspek teknologi dan produksi. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mitra rata-rata diatas 80% kategori tinggi (efektif) dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam teknologi pirolisis dan biochar yang Trichoderma sp. Hasil panen cabai rawit meningkat, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas, sekaligus mendukung pengelolaan lahan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil angket kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan sangat antusias dan diharapkan adanya program lanjutan untuk peningkatan keterampilan kepada kelompok tani.

Improving Quality of Care on Patient Satisfaction in Health Service Facilities by Rating on Google Maps: Literature Review

Quality health services are services that are provided effectively and efficiently, tailored to the needs and expectations of patients, but still in accordance with existing codes of ethics and standards, thus enabling the achievement of optimal levels of health.  Health service institutions for the community, where every health facilities are required to always improve the quality of service in order to achieve the highest level of health. Every patient who has received service can provide their opinion through the Google Maps comments section which can describe the quality of service of the health facilities. The method used in this article is a literature review and the search for articles is carried out through 2 online databases: Google Scholar for national journals and PubMed for international journals. According to the reviewed literature, the rating given by health facility visitors affects the quality of the health facility. This is due to dissatisfaction with the health services received in the form of reviews with narratives describing feelings of annoyance, anger, and disappointment. Ratings on Google Maps provides real-time information about the quality of service at a health facility based on patient reviews.

PERAN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI GURU

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of differentiated learning management in developing teacher competencies. Employing a literature review methodology, this study examines and synthesizes various relevant scholarly sources addressing the concept of differentiated learning management and its connection with enhancing teachers' competencies. The findings reveal that the implementation of differentiated learning management—encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning focused on meeting diverse student needs (through differentiation of content, process, and product based on readiness, interests, and learning profiles)—significantly challenges and sharpens teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies. This process encourages teachers to be more innovative in instructional design, effective in managing heterogeneous classrooms, and adaptive to curriculum demands. It is concluded that differentiated learning management is a crucial and effective approach for the sustainable improvement of teachers' competencies, thus fostering an inclusive and high-quality learning environment
