PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH DAN GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN KERINCI

This study aims to determine the Effect of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is employees at the Kerinci Regency, using the sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Respondents in the study are from the parts or devices related to this study. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data was collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that Regional Financial Management has an effect on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.670 > 1,99346). Good Governance has an effect on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency, this is proved by t count > t table (6,072 > 1,99346). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency that can be proven by F count > F table (37,508 > 3,12). The magnitude of the influence of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency was 51%. While the remaining 49% is explained by other causes that were not examined in this study

ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI KEUANGAN REGIONAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS INFORMASI UNTUK UNIT KERJA DAERAH BANDUNG

This results are aimed at determining (1) the implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD), (2) the information quality (3) the influence degree of the implementation of the Region Finance Information System (SIKD) on the information quality for Regional Work Unit of Bandung. Results method used is a descriptive method. The data collection technique conveyed is a survey method. Data of the application region finance information system in increasing the information quality is a data primer which derives from questionnaires distributed to 23 respondents by involving the Agency and the Department of Bandung.The results data showed that the implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD) in Regional Work Unit of Bandung has been running well, included in the high rate category. Meanwhile, the information quality on Regional Work Unit of Bandung, included in the middle rate category. The implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD) has a positive impact for the information quality in Regional Work Unit of Bandung by 38,81% and the balance of 61,19% influenced by other factors not examined in this results

PENGARUH LAYANAN LANGSUNG TERHADAP MINAT NASABAH MENABUNG DI PT. BPRS BARAKAH NAWAITUL IKHLAS KOTA SOLOK

This research was conducted at the customer PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. The aim of this study was to determine how much influence the direct services to save customers' interest in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. The method used is the method of purposive sampling techniques that are considered representative of the population. Sample taken from the population of 50 respondents, the data collection methods used is to use observations, questionnaires, to the library.Based on simple regression analysis of the variables affecting the direct service and save customers' interest in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok Y = 1.432 + 0,953X. T test conducted found variables significantly influence the direct services to save customers' interest in PT. SRB Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok with direct service variable value of 12.242 > 1.677 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.From the analysis, it was found that the indicator of the effectiveness of the variable direct services is an important factor in the implementation of the formation of customer interest. Service can directly support increased interest of customers, which will have an impact on the achievement of organizational goals while managerial recommendations that can be given, namely, manager of PT. SRB Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok as the leader of the Organization should pay more attention to the aspects relating to employee service improvement. Can be adequate facilities and infrastructure and the establishment of working procedures neat and orderly fashion adapted to the prevailing conditions such as the place of execution of customer pick-saving schedule

PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MEGA FINANCE CABANG KANDIS KABUPATEN SIAK

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency, amounting to 45 people. The determination of the sample in this study was to use the census method, so the entire population in this study was sampled. Data analysis in this study, researchers used descriptive and quantitative methods. The test was conducted to determine the relationship between the job satisfaction (independent variable) with the employee work discipline (dependent variable). Based on the results of research that has been carried out, that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency with a calculated t value greater than t table is 21.559> 2.017 which means Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Job Satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency. While R square can be 0.915 which means job satisfaction has a contribution of 91.5% towards employee work discipline

PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT LAUTAN LESTARI SHIPYARD

Sumber daya manusia yang penting bagi perusahaan adalah karyawan karena karyawan merupakan pelaksana utama kegiatan operasional suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu, diharapkan perusahaan mampu mengelola sumber daya manusianya sebaik mungkin supaya tujuan perusahaan bisa tercapai secara maksimal berdasarkan apa yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 137 yang merupakan populasi karyawan lapangan yang kerja di PT Lautan Lestari Shipyard di kota Batam. Metode analisis yang diterapkan merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu yaitu menggunakan program bernama SPSS, versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,3%. Hasil penelitian uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta hasil uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawa

ANALISIS PENERAPAN MFCA (MATERIAL FLOW COST ACCOUNTING) PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Unipres Indonesia)

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang penerapan material flow cost accounting (MFCA) pada industri manufaktur dengan unit analisis PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan material flow cost accounting pada industri manufaktur yang dititikberatkan pada PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penerapan MFCA ditinjau berdasarkan framework (Pasal 5, ISO 14051:2011) yang terdiri dari pusat kuantitas (quantity center), keseimbangan material (material balance), alokasi biaya (cost allocation) dan model aliran material (material flow model). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan member checking sebagai uji validitas dan reliabilitas data. Hasil penelitin dapat disimpulkan bahwa  penerapan MFCA di PT. Unipres Indonesia sudah dilakukan secara optimal berdasarkan empat aspek yang diukur quantity center, material balance, cost allocation dan material flow model. Hasil penerapan MFCA menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki biaya kerugian material dari biaya energi, biaya sistem dan biaya material sebesar Rp Rp. 650.325 untuk setiap produk suku cadang yang diproduks

ANALІSІS SALURAN PEMASARAN TANDAN BUAH SEGAR (TBS) KELAPA SAWІT DІ KABUPATEN PASAMAN

Penelіtіan іnі bertujuan untuk mengіdentіfіkasі saluran pemasaran kelapa sawit yang ada dі Kecamatan  Kinalі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dan membandіngkan efіsіensі saluran pemasaran tandan buah segar (TBS)  kelapa sawіt yang ada dі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Teknіk pengambіlan sampelnya adalah non probabіlіty samplіng dengan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 30  orang petanі kelapa sawіt dan 6 orang pengumpul. Hasіl penelіtіan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran TBS kelapa sawіt dі kecamatan  Kіnalі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yaіtu saluran І (petanі - pengumpul - peron - pabrіk), Saluran ІІ (petanі – peron - pabrіk), sedangkan saluran ke III ( petani – pabrik). Saluran yang palіng banyak dіgunakan oleh petanі adalah saluran І (petanі - pengumpul – peron - pabrіk) dіkarenakan petanі mandіrі memіlіkі kebun yang sedikit,  lokasi yang jauh dari pabrik dan  tіdak memіlіkі  transportasі untuk membawa  langsung ke pabrіk kelapa sawіt. Bagіan petanі yang dіterіma darі harga jual TBS untuk saluran pertama sebesar 67,64% lebіh kecіl dіbandіngkan saluran kedua yaіtu sebesar 84,88%.sedangkan saluran ketiga sebesar 100% (sesuai harga yang ditetapka pabrik). Kata Kuncі: tandan buah segar, kelapa sawіt, saluran pemasaran

PENGARUH GAYA HIDUP, IKLAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE MELALUI SHOPEE

Perkembangan Teknologi Digital telah melahirkan konsep e-commerce yang diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana fenomena yang paling menonjol saat ini adalah perilaku belanja online. Perkembangan ini diikuti dengan berdirinya sejumlah lapak online yang salah satunya tergolong cukup menonjol adalah Shopee.  Diantara variabel yang diduga erat kaitannya dengan perilaku belanja online adalah gaya hidup, iklan dan harga. Penelitian ini  dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel ini terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang civitas akademika STIE Pasaman yang menjadi konsumen Shopee. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua variabel ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee dimana kontribusinya mencapai 67%. Temuan ini merekomendasikan kepada pengelola Lapak Online agar senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan gaya hidup konsumen, memaksimalkan periklanan dan penetapan harga yang lebih baik. Kata kunci : Gaya hidup, iklan, harga dan keputusan pembelian

PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KREATIVITAS DOSEN DENGAN EFIKASI DIRI KREATIF SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

AbstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the role of perception of transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy of employee (lecturer) creativity. The research methodology used is explanatory research through hypothesis testing. The object and population of this study are Bung Hatta University Lecturers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria was Bung Hatta University Lecturer who had working period  more than 1 (one) year (n = 170). The data analysis technique in this study use SEM-PLS (Smart PLS). PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KEUANGAN DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP PERILAKU MA NAJEMEN KEUANGAN (STUDI PADA RUMAH TANGGA DI NAGARI PERSIAPAN ANAM KOTO UTARA KECAMATAN KINALI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT)

Manjemen keuangan keluarga perlu dilakukan sebab orang pada dasarnya memiliki ketidak pastian yaitu ketakutan akan masa depan kehidupan finansial, karena pada hakekatnya hidup adalah ketidakpastian dan tidak ada seorangpun yang mampu untuk mencegah kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat,(2) pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (3) pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan dan Kepribadian secara simultan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kausal asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat sebanyak 73 KK.Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pengetahuan Keuangan dan kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Kepribadian, Perilaku Manajemen Keuanga
