PENGARUH SISTEM KERJA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN TAMU PADA DEPARTEMEN FRONT OFFICE DI HOTEL BWALK, DAU, MALANG
Tourism is the most potential sector to be developed. BWalk is an educational tourism object in Malang Regency, which combines the concepts of hotel, food court, educational facilities, sports and entertainment. As the author explains in his book entitled Practical Administration and Front Office Work Procedures that the front office must provide excellent service that not only gives satisfaction and attention to customers but how and how to find out what customers want, so that it can give a positive impression and value from customers. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) The Effect of Work Systems on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction, 2) The Effect of Service Quality on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction, 3) The Effect of Work Systems and Service Quality on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction at BWalk Hotels , Dau, Malang. This type of research is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at BWalk hotel guests, Dau Malang. The sampling method used in this study is the method / technique of determining the sample based on chance meeting at the front office when guests check out and are willing to fill out the questionnaire. The total population of this study is 50 guests / customers who stay at BWalk. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work System has no significant effect on Guest Satisfaction, 2) Service Quality has a significant effect on Guest Satisfaction, 3) Work System and Service Quality have a significant effect Together on Guest Satisfaction at BWalk Hotel, Dau, Malang. PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT CITRA MANDIRI DISTRIBUSINDO
The purpᴏse ᴏf this study was tᴏ identify the partial effect (t test) and simultaneᴏus (F test) between the cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline and incentives ᴏn the perfᴏrmance ᴏf emplᴏyees at PT Citra Mandiri Distribusindᴏ. The research methᴏd utilized was descriptive research methᴏd with a quantitative apprᴏach, data analysis using SPSS sᴏftware prᴏgram versiᴏn 21. Data cᴏllectiᴏn techniques was undertaken by distributing questiᴏnnaires to 112 tᴏ respᴏndents. The results denoted that the R Square value ᴏf cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline, and incentives affected emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance while the t test fᴏr cᴏmmunicatiᴏn comprised a value ᴏf 3.189 > 1.98177 with a significant value ᴏf 0.002 1.98177 and a significant value ᴏf 0.007 1.981777 and a significant value ᴏf 0.000 2.45 and a significant value ᴏf 0,000 < 0.05 demonstrating that cᴏmmunicatiᴏn, wᴏrk discipline and incentives simultaneᴏusly gave a significant effect ᴏn emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance
PENGARUH NILAI PERSEPSI DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP PERILAKU KEWARGANEGARAAN PELANGGAN (CCB) APLIKASI GRAB DI JAKARTA BARAT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanpengaruh nilai persepsi dan kualitas layanan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna aplikasi transportasi daring Grab di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Grab se-Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan salah satu metode sampling non probabilitas yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik sampling tersebut, sebanyak 200 orang sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan sebagai subyek penelitian.Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada responden. Metode statistik yang digunakan sebagai analisis data adalah analisis regresi linear untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial mempengaruhi mediasi pada kualitas layanan dengan perilaku kewarganegaraan pelanggan. PENGARUH PROMOSI MELALUI SOSIAL MEDIA DAN REVIEW PRODUK PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ( Studi pada Mahasiswa STIE Pasaman )
Fenomena belanja online akan semakin pesat pertumbuhannya dan menjadi pilihan bagi sebagian besar orang dikarenakan belanja melalui dunia maya dapat menghemat waktu tanpa perlu mengunjungi lokasi perbelanjaan. Masyarakat tidak perlu bersusah payah pergi keluar dari rumah, berpanas-panasan, mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas hingga mengantri untuk membayar demi membeli satu set baju keluaran terbaru merek ternama, kini obline shop memanjakan masyarakat dengan menghemat eneri meraka barang sampai ditempat tujuan hanya dengan duduk manis didepan gadget-gadget yang Anda miliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh promosi melalui sosial media terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. (2) pengaruh review produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. (3) pengaruh promosi melalui sosial media dan review produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu sampling accidental dan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Penlitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Variabel dependen ( Y ) dari penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian. Variabel independen ( X) berupa promosi melalui sosial media dan review produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Ada pengaruh signifikan antara promosi melalui sosial media terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. (2) Ada pengaruh signifikan anatar pengaruh review produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of social media platforms on AMSS Padang student achievement. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Respondents in this study were active AMSS students in the academic year 2019/2020 who took 60 subjects. The research technique used was a census. PENGARUH FAMILY BUSINESS IMAGE PROMOTION SORAYA BEDSHEET TERHADAP SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT DENGAN BRAND AUTHENTICITY DAN CONSUMER-COMPANY IDENTIFICATION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (SURVEY ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM USERS)
This study aims to examine the effect of family business image promotion on social media engagement with brand authenticity and consumer-company identification as mediating variable. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The sample of this study was Facebook and Instagram social media users who were conditioned to visit social media from Soraya Bedsheet before filling out questionnaire. The result of this study indicate that family business image promotion conducted online on Soraya Bedsheet brand can influences the formation of brand authenticity, brand authenticity influences the formation of consumer-company identification, ultimately consumer-company identification influences social media users to do social media engagement with Soraya Bedsheet brand. The result also indicate that family business image promotion conducted online on Soraya Bedsheet brand can’t influences social social media users to do social media engagement without mediation by brand authenticity and consumer-company identification.Keywords: Family business image promotion, brand authenticity, consumer-company identification, social media engagement
PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN PEMBERDAYAAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KESBANGPOL KABUPATEN KERINCI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Dan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pegawai Badan KESBANGPOL Kabupaten Kerinci. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inia dalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan responden berjumlah 27 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Keadilan Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,724 > 2,05954). Pemberdayaan berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,330 > 2,05954). Keadilan Organisasi dan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pegawai pada BadanKesbang, Politik dan Linmas Kabupaten Kerinci secara serempak atau bersama-sama, ini dibuktikan dengan Fhitung > Ftabel (5,933 >3,40). Besarnya pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi dan Pemberdayaan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pegawai pada Badan Kesbang, Politik dan Linmas Kabupaten Kerinci adalah sebesar 33,1% Sedangkan sisanya 66,9 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN PAYAKUMBUH UTARA KOTA PAYAKUMBUH
ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DENGAN ANALISA DATA PANEL PADA MULTI-BISNIS DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2007-2017
The issue of dividends is very important to show the prospects for the company's growth in the future, and also important in the company's capital structure. Dividend policy can be influenced by profitability and other variables. In this study, profitability is chosen due to its role as main indicator that shows the company's capacity to pay dividends. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on dividend policy. The study population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposively selected eight companies that have a good liquidity category. Data for each company is taken from 2007 to 2017. With this data structure, the analysis used is panel data regression analysis. Panel data analysis models include the Common Effect Model (CEM) Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The best model was tested with the Chow test and Hausman Test and obtained The Fixed Effect Model. Dividend policy is measured by the variable dividend payout ratio. The findings in this study conclude that the dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) is influenced by ROE, EPS and NPM, where these independent variables have a positive and significant influence on DPR
