PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MEGA FINANCE CABANG KANDIS KABUPATEN SIAK

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency, amounting to 45 people. The determination of the sample in this study was to use the census method, so the entire population in this study was sampled. Data analysis in this study, researchers used descriptive and quantitative methods. The test was conducted to determine the relationship between the job satisfaction (independent variable) with the employee work discipline (dependent variable). Based on the results of research that has been carried out, that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency with a calculated t value greater than t table is 21.559> 2.017 which means Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Job Satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee work discipline at PT. Mega Finance, Kandis Branch of Siak Regency. While R square can be 0.915 which means job satisfaction has a contribution of 91.5% towards employee work discipline
