O MARKETING DO PRODUTO NAS PEQUENAS EMPRESAS

The present study aims to control the variables of product marketing within companies from a recombination of factors, taking its role into consideration particularly for retailing companies such as Shoprite Supermarket, evaluating the equation of offer to customers’ needs and the product marketing in relation to business success. The results demonstrate that Shoprite Supermarket fails to adapt its offer to customers’ demands on the dimensions of value for money and product perspective and waiting time. However, it effectively conforms the dimensions of product durability, packaging quality and attention to complains. Therefore, in the process of this study, based on the descriptive research model combined with a realistic perspective, it was also noticed that the Shoprite Supermarket is not well positioned in the product quality dimensions, neither in factors related to prices nor in those related to guarantees.O presente trabalho tem como objectivo analisar as variáveis do marketing do produto nas empresas, a partir de uma recombinação de factores, tendo em atenção o seu papel, sobre tudo nas empresas retalhistas, como é o caso do supermercado Shoprite, fazendo uma avaliação da adequação da oferta às necessidades dos clientes e do marketing do produto, em relação ao sucesso empresarial. Os resultados indicam que o supermercado Shoprite não consegue adequar a sua oferta aos seus clientes, nas dimensões do valor do dinheiro e do produto, tempo de espera, mas que conforma efectivamente nas dimensões da durabilidade dos produtos, qualidade das embalagens e atenção às reclamações. Assim, durante a realização do nosso trabalho, tendo em conta a utilização do modelo de investigação descritiva, numa abordagem realista, verificou-se também que, o supermercado Shoprite não está melhor posicionado nas dimensões da qualidade dos produtos, preço dos produtos e suas garantias

GENERAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT CONSIDERATIONS. EVALUATION OF THE TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS In the article, there is a characterization of the current state of the quality assessment process, both in production, services and in the educational sector. The evolutionary process of quality as a system and the methods or methods for assessing the quality of services are described. The general characteristics of the models are given as: Gaps, SERVQUAL scale, SERVPERF scale, perceived quality, service triangle and others. Emphasis is placed on assessing the quality of education and the fundamental characteristics that this system should have; It is a systematic process, is based on valid and reliable information, refers not only to the products, but also to the processes, contexts and inputs of education, is used to judge, qualify and committed to educational change, with improvement.No artigo, há uma caracterização do estado atual do processo de avaliação da qualidade, tanto na produção, serviços quanto no setor educacional. O processo evolutivo da qualidade como um sistema e os métodos ou métodos para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços são descritos. As características gerais dos modelos são dadas como: Lacunas, Escala SERVQUAL, Escala SERVPERF, qualidade percebida, triângulo de serviço entre outros. ANÁLISE DA EFICIÊNCIA TÉCNICA NAS UNIDADES ORGÂNICAS DA UNIVERSIDADE JOSÉ EDUARDO DOS SANTOS.

This work aims to analyze the technical efficiency in the organic units of the University of Eduardo dos Santos (UJES) in the period 2012 to 2014. In methodological terms, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model was used, which is the largest programming model in the analysis of technical efficiency in public institutions. The results showed that there are four inefficient UJES organic units with an efficiency level ranging from 20% to 98% and the remaining four were at the optimum efficiency frontier throughout the analysis period and in general terms the trend of technical efficiency is increasing at a slow pace.Este trabalho tem como objectivo analisar a eficiência técnica nas unidades orgânicas da Universidade José Eduardo dos Santos (UJES), no período 2012 a 2014. Em termos metodológicos, usou-se o modelo Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) que é o maior modelo de programação linear na análise da eficiência técnica nas instituições públicas. Os resultados revelaram que existem quatro unidades orgânicas da UJES ineficientes e com um nível de eficiência que varia entre 20% a 98% e as quatro restantes situaram-se na fronteira de eficiência óptima, durante todo o período de análise e em termos gerais, a tendência da eficiência técnica é crescente a um ritmo lento

ANALISE TEÓRICA DO MODELO DISCIPLINAR DE CRESCIMENTO DAS EMPRESAS

On the face of the difficulties with which companies are confronted when trying to identify solid and lucrative strategic directions in today´s competitive markets, the present study is proposed to critically analyse the importance of each of the directions suggested on the growth matrix, opening the possibility of not only to instruct but also to reveal the most solid and lucrative direction based on the present discussion´s point of view. In terms of methodology, the research has been narrowed down to critical consulting of secondary data through literature discussion. Finally, the study concludes that although all strategic directions are valid, the diversification appears to be dominant amongst the others. In other words, all the strategies converge in diversification, which clearly not only distinguishes such strategy from others but also provides it with a unique characteristic of solid and lucrative.Diante da dificuldade com que se confrontam as empresas em identificar as direcções estratégicas mais sólidas e lucrativas, nos mercados competitivos de hoje, o presente estudo propõe-se analisar de forma crítica a importância de cada uma das direcções sugeridas no modelo de crescimento, abrindo assim a possibilidade de não só instruir como também revelar a direcção mais sólida e lucrativa na visão da presente abordagem. Em termos metodológicos, a pesquisa está limitada em consulta crítica dos dados secundários por vias da discussão de literatura. Finalmente, o estudo conclui que, embora todas direcções estratégicas sejam válidas, a diversificação aparece como estratégia dominando todas outras. Por outras palavras, todas estratégias convergem na diversificação, o que claramente não só distingue tal estratégia das outras, como também atribui a esta a característica única de solidez e lucratividade

PROPUESTA DE ADECUACIÓN CURRICULAR PARA LA CARRERA ENSEÑANZA DE LA QUÍMICA EN LA ESCULA SUPERIOR PEDAGÓGICA DE NAMIBE

The work that is offered is the result of an investigation that addresses a problem of the Teaching-Learning Process of the subject of Physics in the Teaching of Chemistry course at the Higher Pedagogical School of Namibe. In the same we used different scientific methods, theoretical and empirical level, to diagnose the existing difficulties that impact on the compression and academic performance of first year students of chemistry course. The result of the investigation was a proposal of Curricular Adaptation for the subjects of Mathematics and Physics; this was submitted to specialists and users who evaluated it as appropriate.El trabajo que se ofrece es resultado de una investigación que aborda una problemática del Proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje de la asignatura de Física en la carrera Enseñanza de la Química en la Escuela Superior Pedagógica de Namibe. En la misma se utilizaron diferentes métodos científicos, de nivel teórico y empírico, para diagnosticar las dificultades existentes que repercutieron en la compresión y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del primer año de la carrera enseñanza de la Química. El resultado de la investigación fue una propuesta de Adecuación Curricular para las asignaturas de Matemática y Física, esta fue sometida a especialistas y usuarios que la evaluaron de adecuado

PERFIL DE ENTRADA DOS ESTUDANTES DO CURSO DE BIOLOGIA 2018 DO ISCED-HUAMBO

The performance of students in Higher Education depends on the skills they bring from Secondary School on basic contents of the core subjects of the courses they attend. This article aims to identify the cognitive potential of 1st year students of ISCED - Huambo / 2018 Biology course. An exploratory research was carried out, with a bibliographic review. A questionnaire with open and closed questions was applied, focusing on knowledge about basic concepts, the ability to observe, interpret and analyze biological phenomena. The sample of 25% of the student population was randomly chosen. From the analysis of the answers to the questionnaire it was concluded that students have scientific knowledge that allows them to succeed in the course they attend, but they reveal a fragility in the ability to relate these concepts to observation, interpretation and analysis, when submitted to reasoning questions.O desempenho dos estudantes no Ensino Superior depende das aptidões que estes trazem do II Ciclo do Ensino Secundário sobre conteúdos básicos de disciplinas nucleares dos cursos que frequentam. O presente artigo tem como objectivo identificar as potencialidades cognoscitivas dos estudantes do 1º ano do curso de Biologia do ISCED – Huambo/2018. Realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória, com revisão bibliográfica, foi aplicado um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas, tendo como foco o conhecimento sobre os conceitos básicos, a capacidade de observação, interpretação e análise dos fenómenos biológicos. A amostra de 25% da população estudantil foi escolhida de forma aleatória. Da análise feita às respostas ao questionário concluiu-se que os estudantes têm conhecimentos científicos que lhes permitem ter sucesso no curso que frequentam, contudo revelam uma fragilidade na capacidade de relacionar estes conceitos à observação, interpretação e análise, quando submetidos a questões de raciocínio

SENSIBILIZAÇÃO AMBIENTAL DAS COMUNIDADES DE CACHINDONGO E BONGA, PROVINCIA DE HUAMBO

The present work aimed to sensitize from an environmental point of view the communities of Cachindongo, the commune of Cuima, municipality of Caála and the community of Bonga pertaining to the commune of Alto-Hama, municipality of Londuimbali, both municipalities of Huambo Province. Participatory rural diagnosis was used as work methodology. The interviewees were selected using a simple random sample, with a sampling error of 5% and a confidence level of 95%. 59 individuals participated in the diagnosis in the community of Bonga, 7 of the female genome and 52 of the male genome. Already in the Cachindongo 167 individuals participated in the diagnosis, of which 11 were from the female genre 156 male genre. The communities studied have shown interest in this work and recognize the dangers that may arise if they continue to produce coal in an unsustainable way. However, they point out that there are two main factors influencing the pressure on the forest, namely the level of poverty still prevalent within communities and the enticement by the intermediaries in the process of selling charcoal.O presente trabalho visou sensibilizar desde o ponto de vista ambiental as comunidades de Cachindongo, pertencente a comuna de Cuima, município da Caála e a comunidade de Bonga pertencente a comuna do Alto-Hama, município da Londuimbali, ambos municípios da Província do Huambo. Utilizou-se como metodologia de trabalho o diagnóstico Rural participativo. Os entrevistados foram seleccionados mediante uma amostra aleatória simples, com um erro amostral de 5% e nível de confiança de 95%. Participaram da entrevista na comunidade de Bonga 59 indivíduos, sendo que 7 do género feminino e 52 do género masculino. Já em Cachindongo foram entrevistados 167 indivíduos, sendo que 11 foram do género feminino 156 género masculino. As comunidades estudadas demostraram interesse aquando da realização do presente trabalho e reconhecem os perigos que podem surgir se continuarem com produção de carvão de forma insustentável. Contudo invocam existir dois principais factores que influenciam na pressão sobre a floresta, nomeadamente o nível de pobreza que ainda prevalece no seio das comunidades e o aliciamento por parte dos intermediários, no processo de venda do carvão vegetal

ESTUDO DAS DINÁMICAS DA EDUCAÇÃO E CULTURA EMPREENDEDORA: A ÁFRICA SUBSARIANA

STUDY OF THE DYNAMICS OF EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURING CULTURE: SUBSARIAN AFRICA The relevance of entrepreneurship and innovation is increasingly evident due to the fundamental role they play in society and economy, which has made this thematic an important target for study. The search for understanding the spirit of initiative from its origin has been increasing, in the sense of perceiving the best way to stimulate more and better entrepreuneurs. This work aims to stimulate students and not only to develop the spirit of undertaking in various aspects and also to have some notion of how entrepreneurship is developing in sub-Saharan Africa. This article has as evidence the review of a certain bibliography related to the process of entrepreneurship in the broad sense and its particularities as well as the search for a database Global Entrepreneurship Monitor that provided us with the data to carry out the work we propose on entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa.A relevância do empreendedorismo e inovação é cada vez mais evidente devido ao papel fundamental que desempenham na sociedade e economia o que tem tornado esta temática num importante alvo de estudo. A procura pela compreensão do espírito de iniciativa desde a sua origem tem sido crescente, no sentido de perceber qual a melhor forma de estimular cada vez mais e melhores empreendedores. Este trabalho tem como objetivo estimular os estudantes e não só a desenvolverem o espírito de empreender em várias vertentes e também para terem alguma noção de como vai se desenvolvendo o empreendedorismo na região subsariana de África. O presente artigo teve como evidencia a revisão de certa bibliografia relativa ao processo de empreendedorismo no sentido lato e suas particularidades bem como a busca de uma base de dados Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) que nos forneceu os dados para realização do trabalho a que nos propomos sobre o empreendedorismo na África Subsariana. &nbsp

UM ESTUDO SOBRE COMPETÊNCIAS ESTATÍSTICAS NAS INVESTIGAÇÕES EDUCATIVAS

This paper aims to analyse the contributions of a statistical research composed of contextualized activities, for teaching and learning statistics in the students´ teacher training. To achieve the proposed objective, we adopted the methodology of teaching by research, covering the statistics’ basic contents in two classes of students of second year of the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié, which belongs to the 5th academic region, in the municipality of Cuito, Angola. Results regarding students’ performance were analysed under a qualitative approach based on content analysis, which allowed us to highlight the intervention and contribut in those students so that they can have a meaningful learning regarding statistic basic contents and the development of statistical skills.Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar quais as contribuições de uma investigação estatística, composta de atividades contextualizadas, para o ensino e a aprendizagem de Estatística nos estudantes na formação de professores. Com a intenção de alcançar o objetivo proposto, foi adotada a metodologia de ensino por investigação educativa contemplando os conteúdos básicos de Estatística em duas turmas de estudantes do 2° ano da Escola Superior Pedagógica do Bié, pertecente a V Região Académica, no município do Cuito, Angola. Os resultados do desempenho dos estudantes foram analisados sob a abordagem qualitativa de análise de conteúdo que permitiu evidenciar a contribuição da intervenção realizada para que houvesse uma aprendizagem significativa em relação aos conteúdos básicos de Estatística e no desenvolvimento das competências estatísticas
