Exploring the Possibilities of Care Prevention by Acupuncture Therapists

近年、鍼施術による痛みや運動器の傷害に対する有効性が認められている。鍼施術は補完代替医療に位置付けられているが、近代西洋医学に統合した治療的介入も試みられている。超高齢社会において、予防医学や介護予防の領域が一層重視されてくると思われる。本稿の目的は、介護予防領域での鍼灸師の取り組みに焦点をあて、これまでに報告されている文献を通して、鍼灸師による介護予防の取り組みの現状と可能性について検討することである。医学中央雑誌、科学技術情報発信・流通総合システム（J-STAGE）、メディカルオンライン、全日本鍼灸学会学会誌検索システム等を介して鍼施術の効果及び鍼灸師による介護予防に関する文献を収集した。検索のキーワードは「鍼灸」「介護予防」である。レビューによって、これらの文献を、鍼灸の効果を示すもの、介護予防活動に関する実践報告、他職種との連携に関するものの３つに大別し、考察した。鍼灸師による介護予防の分野における専門性として、鍼や東洋医学的知識を用いて痛みを緩和するとともに、心理的・精神的、身体的にも効果をもたらす可能性が考えられる。これまで鍼灸師による介護予防に焦点を当てた研究は少なく、医療や介護予防分野における鍼灸や鍼灸師の業務に対する認知度は低い。一般的に鍼灸や鍼灸師の業務に対する理解が得られていないことが、認知度が低い最大の要因であろう。鍼施術は健康の維持増進に向けて予防法としての活用も期待されている。鍼灸師による介護予防活動に関するエビデンスを蓄積するとともに、一般に広く普及させることが重要であると考えられる。Recently, acupuncture has been the focus of many studies due to its potential usefulness in the treatment of pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Although acupuncture is classified as a type of alternative complementary medicine; it is a therapeutic intervention that tries to achieve the same results as modern western medicine. In an aged society, preventive medicine and care prevention play a greater role. This study aims to investigate the current status and possibilities of care prevention for elderly people by acupuncture therapists using the information provided in the existing literature. The online database of the Japan Medical Abstracts Society, J-Stage, JJSAM was searched for the following keywords: "acupuncture" and "care prevention". The studies obtained in the search results were classified into three categories: effects of acupuncture therapy, practical reports of care prevention activities by acupuncture therapists, and collaboration with other occupations. Expertise in the care prevention field was defined as an acupuncture therapist practicing acupuncture with a knowledge of oriental medicine, which was considered to be effective not only in reducing pain but also in maintaining the patients\u27 pschological, mental, and physical health. It is significant to note that acupuncture and acupuncture therapists are not understood well by the medical community at large. Acupuncture is considered a preventive intervention for maintaining and promoting general health. Our literature review revealed that, at present, there are few, lesser-known studies that investigate elderly preventive care in terms of acupuncture. It is important to accumulate further evidence of acupuncture efficacy and popularize the delivery of care prevention for elderly people by acupuncture therapists

対人関係ゲームが学級集団の育成に功を奏する条件

Abstract "Social interaction games" are counseling techniques that facilitate developing relationship among classmates using games and activities which require interaction and cooperation among participants. Teacher support and guidance are important factors for the games to be successful(Tagami, 2010; Kishida, 2013). Case reports on teachers\u27 classroom management and application of the games were examined regarding the issues in the classroom, the relationship between school life and social interaction games, and the relationship between teachers and students. It was found that the games were effective when they were included in daily school activities or when they were related with school events. The suggested timing of applying the games was after student guidance or when students come back to school after long absence. The games were also found to be successful when combined with social skills training, for first year students, and for graduating students. It was concluded that the games should be arranged based on the classroom situation or specific issues in the class

雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保のために,「男女雇用機会均等法」が成立し,妊娠や出産を理由として職場で不利益な取り扱いをすることは禁じられている1).さらに,「男女共同参画社会基本法」が施行され,2006 年には日本医師会に男女共同参画委員会が設立している2).しかし,我が国の女性医師の就労に影響を与える因子を検討した先行研究によると,性差による就労上の不利益を経験した女性医師が多く,就労格差を女性医師は強く認識しているという結論となっている3).このことは日本ばかりではなく,海外でも同様に報告されている4,5).特に,女性医師は男性医師に比較して,非常勤パートタイムで勤務することが多いと報告されている3,4).パートタイムで働く主たる理由は,出産と子育てである5).多くの女性医師が子育てを優先するために仕方なくパートタイム勤務を選択していることは事実である.また,母性を優先させる選択は職場での昇進・キャリアアップを閉ざすという結果につながる 3).しかし,一方で女性にとって出産や育児は非常に大切な母性の獲得であり,出産を経験した女性医師は医師を職業として選択したことにより満足していると報告されている6).これが女性医師にとってのワーク・ライフ・バランスのジレンマになっている.さらに,現在,医師を養成する大学医学部では,男女は平等に入学できるが,過酷な労働を強いられる大学病院では,女性医師は常勤勤務から離職せざるを得なくなるというアンバランスが生じている.本研究は,本学の女性医師支援のあり方を考える予備的研究として,本学同窓会会員の現況報告を検討し,さらに女性医師支援に関する先行文献を考察することを目的とした

大学シーズと地域ニーズのマッチングによる持続的な地域健康福祉システム補完モデルの構想：仙台市荒井地区をフィールドに

In this research project, we will conceptualize a new complementary model based on active and subjective community citizens for a regional health and social care system, which makes the present public sector centered passive and objective citizen based regional health and social care system more sustainable and more stable. This article will describe the research framework and interim report. Our research field is the Arai East district in Wakabayashi Ward, Sendai City, where public disaster renaissance group housing has been built as a group relocation of Arahama district, which was terribly damaged by the tsunami. Following proceeding research, we temporally adopted the "Value Creating NETS" innovation ecosystem model of Vantaa and Espoo in Finrand as a working hypothec. In Vantaa city and Espoo city, series workshops among local 1st sector, 2nd sector, 3rd sector, universities, citizens and so on have been held as BA where community needs and various seeds were to be matched to solve various public community challenges. Accumulation of these small successful collaborative experiences in this BA of matching, which have more community needs and seed, and advanced to effective and efficient BA proceeded to gather more and more community needs and seed, and advanced to effective and efficient BA of matching, which have created various innovations. We are planning to adapt this model to Sendai and add social work function so that we can advocate voices of the socially weak better. However, there is a risk of the mixing of Wants and Needs. To screen advocated community wants and needs, in addition to social service experts\u27 view, we research community needs with community assessment methods, which are popular with public health nursing. Real community needs will be advocated next year, but in advance we developed a community based rehabilitation program collaborating with university students based on knowledge of the university as a feasible option to realize advocated community need and will make a feasibility test within this fiscal year
