    The dire situation surrounding street children is a significant problem. The purpose of the research is to find the problems of children living on the street and present a general picture of the mentioned problematic issue acording on various studies and reports. Social services in the country function with significant gaps, which is caused by the lack of various resources available in these services. The damage that social services can do by not being properly involved in studying and addressing the problematic issues surrounding street children has been highlighted.     Introduction. After leaving the shelter, young people without parental care have various problems, which is related to finding a residential apartment and employment. The goal of survey is to study problems about people who became adult and left shelter. Methodology. Within the qualitative research was conducted in-depth interviews with social workers and young people without parental care. Results. Conclusion. After leaving the shelter, the state no longer helps young people, which causes bad consequences on certain contingencies. The majority of adults canโ€™t return home and have problems about employment and finding a place of residence.     Vaccination is the most cost-effective mechanism that aims to prevent and reduce the risk of some infectious diseases. The research goal is to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and experiences of mothers towards child immunization. In the framework of cross-sectional research, 188 mothers, who have child less than 5 years of age, were interviewed. The majority of mothers (97%) have positive attitudes towards immunization. The majority of mothers believe that vaccination plays an important role in preventing diseases. Though, 32% of mothers do not have the sufficient knowledge/information concerning routine vaccination schedule. 36% of children have incomplete vaccination. The reasons for incomplete vaccination are: the lack of knowledge on routine vaccination schedule (25,5%), less information about the necessity of second/third dose (18.6%), fear of post-vaccination side effects (16%), child illness (9.6%). Significant association was found between mothersโ€™ education, practice and attitude regarding immunization. Health institutions (49.5%) and internet sources (21.3%) were the most frequent sources of information regarding immunization.     Introduction. There are many hindering factors in Georgia, which cause problems in the educational system. One of the most important issue is an inclusive educational model. It is not easy to implement it perfectly in Georgian schools. Involvement of special education needs in general education institutions is not a simple process. Despite the active efforts to improve the situation, the public still lacks information about the inclusive education model. Additionally, a large number of physically unadulterated schools and the absence of appropriate educational materials is a particular problem. Active involvement of each person, especially academic staff and parents in the school process is important for establishing an inclusive education model. Increasing of their role will lead to reach new successes to establish this model in the system. It will help new generation to development their skills and the level of education. The research aim is to identify the problems and barriers that have student of special educational needs in public schools. At the same time, we are interested in to research the hindering factors that prevent students from taking full-fledged education with their peers. Methodology. Methods of qualitative research used in the study, such as in-depth interviews, analysis of second data, observation and review of literature. We deliberately chose 8 respondents: inclusive education specialist, psychologist of psychological center on the basis of mandatory, school teachers, parents of typical development students and parent of a special educational need student. Results. The most important of the problems around inclusive education is the low level of awareness of inclusive education. According to the specialist, parents and teachers are not fully aware of this issue, they do not possess full information about their rights and obligations, which often do not work properly, so there are to many problems. Teachers and people in general in this field need to increase their qualifications. The second biggest obstacle is the attitude of students with special needs and teachers. There is also a problem of dependence p between parents and special needs students. Parents often do not want their children to learn in a class with a special needs pupil. Recommendations. Additional financial and human resource allocation for educational resources. It is necessary to create an adaptive physical environment in accordance with universal design. Review the issue of funding of supporting specialists. Long-term and effective trainings should be made to increase the level of information and to learn about inclusive principles. It is also important to improve cooperation and communication between the school and family and introduce the institute of social work in the educational system.แƒจแƒ”แƒกแƒแƒ•แƒแƒšแƒ˜.     Introduction: The problem of bullying is very relevant both in Georgia and in other countries. The formation of a child as an independent person starts from school age. Therefore, it is important to show them the right directions, to provide information regarding bullying, for which the intervention of the teacher is necessary. The purpose of the study is to study the attitude of teachers towards overt and covert bullying and the effectiveness of the intervention. Methodology: an in-depth interview of elementary and high school teachers was conducted within the scope of the qualitative research method. Results, conclusion: the research showed that the child\u27s aggression is facilitated by the instability and disturbance of his psychological state, the cause of which can be family conflicts. Teachers are as involved as possible and try to prevent and eliminate bullying. It is important to establish good relations in the classroom, mutual respect and teamwork, which the teacher can achieve after a lot of work. Students should understand that friendship and unity have a lot of power. The best way to resolve the conflict is for teachers to talk a lot with students about bullying, to listen and help them with their problems, to bring students closer to each other and to build friendships between them.     This paper concerns a comprehensive study of the Family Law legal terminology and attempts to determine its communicative role and functions in linguistic, sociolinguistic and socio-cultural aspects. Increased contacts between people, societal changes associated with migration processes, and more frequent mixed marriages have led to dynamic socio-cultural values and changes to traditional cultural stereotypes.     Introduction. Inclusive education is based on the idea that every every child has the right to an education. Inclusive education was developed in Georgia from 2006 and this process continues. We were interested in what kind of opinions school teacherโ€™s and parentโ€™s have about this process. Methodology. Within qualitative research we interviewed 17 respondents. We selected 10 parents, 5 schoolteachers and 2 psychologists as our respondents and we were observing two school in Tbilisi. Results. Parents of typically developing children do not have discriminative attitude towards children with special educational needs, but because of lack of information, they can not realize the importance of inclusive education. Parents of children with special educational needs appreciate system of inclusive education, but they think that in Georgia their children can not get all benefits from this process because of not straightened infrastructure and lack of special resources.     According to the World Health Organization, sexual and reproductive health is an integral part of human health. Women\u27s rights in terms of reproduction is quite a broad topic and significantly depends on the cultural and ethnic characteristics of the society. Protection of women\u27s reproductive rights is significantly influenced by the efficiency of the health care system, the professionalism of medical personnel, the level of development of the state, the religious and moral values and values of society, and others. It should also be noted that the quality of protection of women\u27s reproductive rights is an important prerequisite for the functioning of the health care system. In states with a well-functioning health care system, gross violations such as unprofessionalism of medical personnel, unsolved sanitary-hygienic issues, restriction of freedom of choice are minimized.     Introduction: The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child considers a child with special needs and recognizes that he or she is a full member of society. Children are people with special rights and not passive objects of rights. The school is required to provide the deaf / hearing-impaired child with an environment that is adapted for him / her, and the multidisciplinary team, if necessary, develops an individual development plan. The purpose of the study is to investigate the availability of adapted environments in Georgian schools for deaf / hard of hearing students. Methodology: Secondary data analysis and literature review were conducted as part of the qualitative study. Results: In spite of the responsibility for existing local and international legislation, the creation of an inclusive environment and access to it is a major problem in Georgia. In the case of deaf / hearing-impaired children, adequate access to the physical environment remains a challenge for schools to adapt to FM systems, which consist of a radio transmitter, a microphone and a receiver. The radio and the microphone were attached to the clothes (teachers in this case). The FM receiver contains the signal receiver and is attached to the child\u27s (listener\u27s) technical equipment. The FM system can be individual and collective. There is also a problem with the level of awareness and relevance in educational systems to create an inclusive environment. In addition, the barrier is the lack of comprehensive national statistics that would allow us to analyze the number of deaf / hard of hearing children in the public and private schools, their individual needs and the real challenges in the schools. Conclusion: It is important to adapt schools to FM-systems, to produce statistics and accurate descriptions of the number of deaf / hearing-impaired children in educational settings, retraining and training of school personnel. You need to train people who have direct or indirect contact with children.
