    ABSTRACT WIWIT SETIONINGSIH. The Influence of Entreprenuer Ability To Revenue Cooperation Members Industry Wood dan Furniture at East Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Economics Education Study Program, Economics Cooperation Education of Consentration, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to gain information and knowledge based on the data or the fact that valid or invalid, true and trustworthy about how much the influence of entreprenuer ability to revenue cooperation members wood and furniture at East Jakarta The research was conducted cooperation members its furniture enterprenuer at East Jakarta for three months from September 2012 to November 2012. This study uses a survey method with the ordinary least square approach. The population reseach was all cooperation members with total 134 enterprenuers, with 30% from the population is 40 enterprenuer for sampling and used random sampling. Colecting X variable data (enterprenuer ability) adn Y variable data (revenue) using quesioner Likert scale model. Before that it has construct validity terst by validations prosess, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and realibility test using Alpha Crobanch formula. Reabiliy X variable (enterprenuer ability) is 0,846. That is instrument of effectiviness founding has so high reability. The analysis test by founding regression equation, that is Y=11,74 + 0,476X, after that data normality test estimated galat by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount (0,111) Ftable (4,10), showing that it has significance regression. Regression linier test and result is, Fcount (-1,02) < F table (2,12), showing that it has coefficient regression linier. While regression linier, the result of product moment of correlations coefficient test is r xy = 0,550, countinued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount (4,06) > ttable (1,68). Its means there are significance and positive correlation between enterprenuer ability with revenue. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 30,27% its means 30,27% revenue determined by enterprenuer ability and 69,73% by the others

This study aims to describe clearly about the celebrity endorser (X), brand image (Y), and the purchase decision (Z) on the user's Clear shampoo visitors Buaran Carrefour Plaza. The second objective is to measure how strong the influence of the celebrity endorser of the brand image, the third objective was to measure how strong the influence of brand image on purchase decisions, and the fourth objective is to measure how strong the influence of celebrity endorser of the purchase decision. The hypothesis proposed in this study is, H1) There is the influence of the celebrity endorser of the brand image, H2) there is the influence of brand image on purchase decisions, and H3) are among the celebrity endorser to influence purchasing decisions. This type of research is descriptive, using nonprobability method and more specifically using purposive sampling techniques. The population of this study is the visitor Buaran Carrefour Plaza by the number of 125 respondents. Sampling of the research is that consumers have been buying and using a shampoo Clear in the study period. Analysis of the research was conducted using SPSS statistical application program (Statistical Package for the Social Science). Results of simple linear regression that shows celebrity endorser influence the brand image, brand image influence on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorser influence on purchase decisions, (5% level of significance) with a significance value of X to Y (0.00), then Y to Z ( 0.00), and X to Z (0.00). Results of analysis of determination in this study shows the contribution to the celebrity endorser for 44.1% of brand image, brand image on purchase decisions for 35.4%, celebrity endorser of the purchasing decisions of 31.9%. Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Cooperative Economics Education, Department of Economics And Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. Purpose of this research is to find empirical data, valid and reliable fact, about the possibility correlation between self-esteem with consumtive behavior. The research was conducted at Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta since March 2012 until June 2012. The research used survey methods by correlation approach. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The population in this study were all the students of economic faculties in State University of Jakarta are amounted to 2.981 peoples. Affordable population in this study is a first year students of economics faculties who have and use the information and communication products are amounted to 748 peoples. Samples taken is 10% of the affordable population total as many as 75 peoples. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with liliefors test, results in Lcount = 0,0384, and Ltabel for n = 75 which level significant of 0,05 is 0,102306, because Lcount Ftabel , is 26,39 > 3,97, it’s mean that the regression equation is significant. And linearity regression test yield, in F count < Ftabel is 1,16 < 1,85 that can be interpreted that the regression equation is linear. Result of hypotesis test which pearson’s product moment show’s that rxy = -0,515, then significance of product moment correlation test with t-test which yields tcount = 5,133 and ttabel = 1,68. It can be result that product moment correlation rxy = 0,515 is significant. Coefficient of determined obtain equal to 26,55%, it’s mean that 26,55% consumtive behavior determined by self-esteem. The result of this research was shown that there is negative correlation between selfesteem with consumtive behavior

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT Afix Sukabumi. This research was conducted interrupted ma four months in February 2016 to May 2016. This research method using descriptive and survey methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Afix Sukabumi. The population of inaccessibility is the number of employees of the Division of Plant and Product Quality & Engineering. The sampling technique used was simple random technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents. The data collection technique using the technique of recording documents, interviews and questionnaires. To collect data of job satisfaction (Y), work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is the test that consists atasnormalitas requirements analysis and linearity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of f and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between physical work environment and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed value 5.814> 1,983. Organizational culture partial effect on job satisfaction, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value 2.787> t 1,983. Physical work environment and organizational culture simultaneously influence on job satisfaction, it is seen from the results of data table analysis showed 32.227 F 3:09. The regression equation is obtained , Based on the test determination coefficient R count> 2 values obtained amounted to 0.388 which means the physical work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2) effect on job satisfaction (Y) amounted to 38.8%. The research aims to get the valid data accurately and reliably about how far the relationship between Locus of Control With Teacher’s Performance at 14 Vocational High School Jakarta. This research conducted over five months from November to March. the research method used is survey method with correlation approach. The study population was all teachers at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta totaled 52 people. The sample collection technique using non-probability sampling is purposive who is Civil Servants Teachers in SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta totaled 28 people. To gather data variable X (locus of control), shaped instrument used questionnaire which were distributed to teachers at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta, after it tested the validity of the content through a validation process that is the calculation of correlation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Teacher Performance) used secondary data Employee Performance Goals SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Results of the reliability of the variable X (locus of control) amounted to 0,877. The data analysis technique begins with finding regression equation is Y = 71.11 + 0,13X. Test requirements analysis is the estimated regression error normality test on X using Liliefors test and obtained Lcount = 0.145 compared with Ltable at the 0.05 significance level of 0.168, the Lo <Lt. This means that the estimated error of Y over X normal distribution. While the linearity test produces Fcount = (0.28) <F table (2.51), this means that used linear regression models. Significance test of regression is Thitung = (15.06)> F table = (4.23), authenticate that the regression is meaning. Product moment correlation coefficient r xy yield of 0.606. Then proceed with the tests of significance coefficients using the t test. The result is t = (3.881), whereas ttable at dk = n - 2 = 28-2 = 26, with a significance level of 0.05 was 1.7 means tcount> ttable. Calculation of the coefficient of determination produce rxy2 = 0.6062 = 0.3668. It shows that 36.68% variable locus of control is determined by the performance. It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between the locus of control of the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta

The research conduct at SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta. The research method used is survey method. The population in this study of students class XII accounting in SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta as many 104 students. The sample used as many as 82 students. The sampling technique in this study is proportional sampling. To get data from two variables, researcher using likert scale model for emotional intelligence (Variable X) and learning motivation (Variabel Y). Regression equation in this study is Ŷ = 131,24+0,34X. Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated regression error Y over X with obtained Liliefors test L count (Lo) 0,07830 < L table (Lt) 0,09784. This indicates that the regression model are normally distributed. While the linearity regression testing obtained Calculate F count (0,59) < F table (1,68). This shows that the linear regression model. Test the significance of regression is known that F Calculate the mean regression model F count (7,53) > F table (3,96). Hypothesis tests with test product moment correlation coefficient using the formula product moment r xy = 0,293, then this means that there is a relationship (positive) between student learning time management skills with the learning outcomes. From the t-test calculation known t count = (2,74) > t table = (1,99), so this shows that there is a significant relationship (significant) between student learning time management skills with the learning outcomes. While the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination values obtained 8,60% which shows that self-efficacy determines study independence by 8,60%

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical data, valid and reliable fact concering whether or not there is correlation Self Confidence with Achievement Motivations. This research conducted at SMKN 50 Jakarta, during 2 months counted from February 2016 up to march 2016. The research used survey method with correlation approach. Technique intake of used sample that is simple random sampling with proportional, the population in this study were all student’s of SMKN 50 Jakarta. With the population is affordable total of 141 students. Then, based on samples from population tables, as many as 100 students were taken samples with a sampling error of 5%. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 42,40 + 0,673X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce L count liliefors test = 0,049, while the L table for n = 100 at 0,05 significant level is 0,089. Because the L count < L table then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces F calculated ii < F table is 0,81 < 1,65, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression produces F count > F table , which is 47,59 > 3,92, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = 0,572, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting T count = 6,90 and T table = 1,67. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient r xy = 0,572 is significant. The coefficient of determibation obtainedfor 32,69% which shows that 32,69% of the variation of achievement motivation is determined by the self confidence

The purpose of this study to determine a positive relationship between customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Nokia mobile user in RW 08 Kelurahan Jatinegara Kecamatan Cakung, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in RW 08 Sub Djatinegara Cakung subdistrict, East Jakarta. For four months, starting from March 2014 until June 2014. Research method is a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all residents of RW 08 Kelurahan Jatinegara Kecamatan Cakung, East Jakarta. Population inaccessibility is a resident of RT 09 RW 08 Kelurahan Jatinegara Kecamatan Cakung, East Jakarta, as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used is simple random technique as many as 30 people. To capture the data from the two variables used questionnaire Likert scale model for Customer Satisfaction (Variable X) and Customer Loyalty (Variable Y). Before this instrument is used to test the validity of these two variables. For a variable X, of 30 validated the statement after the statement that there are three drop, while meeting the criteria or valid statement consists of 27 items. For variable Y, of 26 validated the statement after the statement that there are 6 drop, while meeting the criteria or invalid consists of 20 framed items. The calculation of the reliability of both variables using Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.86 and Y variable reliability results by 0.48. This result proved that the instrument is reliable. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 30.52 + 0.44 X Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated regression error Y over X with Liliefors generate test Lhitung = 0.0769, whereas for n Ltable 40 at significance level of 0.05 was 0.147. Because Lcount <Ltable the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount> Ftable, is 11.06>4.10, meaning that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.475, then test the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test and the result of t = 3.325 and t table = 1.67. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.2254 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 22.54% 22.54% which indicates that the variation is determined by customer loyalty customer satisfaction

This study attempts to knows the difference variable solvability ( der ), profitability ( roe, npm, caused and return shares in manufacturing companies the industrial sector consumer goods.After that, in do analysis influence der, roe, npm and caused to return shares in manufacturing companies the industrial sector consumer goods.The data used to research this in the form of annual bank ( annual report ) and financial report 29 manufacturing companies the industrial sector consumer goods that in published and obtained from indonesia stock exchange during the period 2011-2014.The analysis used use independent sample w- test.The results show that that there are significant differences between der, roe, npm and caused to companies manufacturing the industrial sector consumer goods in indonesia.Election model regression used the data panel by test chow and hausman first and is found the best result use random effect. The results of the study showed that der and roe not influential and not significantly to return stock manufacturing the industrial sector consumer good. So also with npm and eps not influence significantly to return of stocks of companies manufacturing industry sector consumer goods.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance, perencanaan pajak dan tax avoidance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari data laporan keuangan dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia serta data harga saham dari website www.yahoo-finance.com. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012 – 2014. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapat secara keseluruhan 63 observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, perencanaan pajak dan tax avoidance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan dari hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, perencanaan pajak dan tax avoidance berpengaruh terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan
