E-learning support system is a mandatory attribute of the modern educational process. What criteria laid down in its development depends largely on the effectiveness of further applications of the entire system. The evaluation of the training effect depends on various factors, each of which is determined by many interrelated criteria. In conditions when there are resource constraints (financial or time), the actual becomes the problem of determining the factors (criteria) that have the most significant impact on the effectiveness of e-learning system. The article offers step-by-step method of constructing a model that allows to represent the original set of criteria of evaluation of the training effect of the use of e-learning system in the form of appropriate level of influence grades. Introduces the concept of configuration vector and weight vector configuration, ranking models and based on them describe the procedure of finding the most substantive relationship between the criteria. Provides formulas to calculate appropriate weighting factors for current connections. An indicator of the importance of communication is the change of vector configuration, ranking models, and quantitative characterization of the dominant relations is defined as the difference between the weight coefficients of the respective vectors of the configuration options ranking of the analyzed models. The obtained results can be applied when developing holarchical models, support systems, e-learning, which allow us to quantitatively justify decisions regarding the choice of appropriate alternatives

SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF PREVENTION OF MAN-MADE EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN CONSEQUENCE OF FIRE IN THE PREMISES OF THE OBJECT

    Get PDF
A systematic analysis of the occurrence of man-made emergencies due to a fire at the facilities is performed. It is established that in the event of fires, the gaseous medium in the premises of the facility serves as a means of transmitting hazardous effects to the facility. The object of influence may be maintenance personnel, technological equipment, units, the design of the room or the object itself. In this case, the state of the object of influence can be characterized by a certain scalar parameter, which in the general case represents the amount of loss (damage or risk) caused to the object by the influence of the danger object. It is shown that the scalar parameter is a certain functional of the states of the hazard object and the gas environment, characterizing the degree of emergency, numerically equal to the amount of losses caused to the object of exposure by the hazard object in the room. The possibility of preventing a man-made emergency due to a fire based on monitoring the parameters of the state of the gas environment in the premises of the facility is substantiated. It is noted that in real conditions there is no information about the indicated disturbances and the state of the hazard object. This is the main difficulty in reliably preventing a man-made emergency due to a fire in the premises of the facility. An experimental verification of the dynamics of the parameters of the state of the gaseous medium in the premises of an object during the combustion of alcohol, paper, wood and fabric in a model chamber is performed. The obtained data indicate that the real dynamics of the temperature, smoke, and CO content of the gaseous medium in the chamber upon ignition of the tested materials is not deterministic, but is clearly unsteady and non-linear with obvious signs of an unsteady trend and random disturbances. It is established that the nature of the random dynamics of the states of the gaseous medium at the time of ignition of materials changes dramatically. Moreover, these changes are of an unequal nature, depending on the type of combustible material. The obtained results indicate the possibility of preventing a man-made emergency due to a fire by means of operational monitoring of the parameters of the gas environment in the premises of the facility

The possibility of using conventional cutters, in which the super-hard materials Hexanit R acts as the material for the diamond knurling of shaft sections made of steel 10, has been investigated. It is recommended to use damaged replaceable tips with super-hard material as tool blanks, which requires either re-grinding or recycling. The possibility of restoring the working properties of such cutters by regrinding is established, provided that the core of the tool is precisely located relative to the axis of rotation of the workpiece. The design of tooling in the form of a mandrel for fixing the tool on a lathe is proposed. It allows flexible clamping of the tool to the workpiece. Design and operational processing parameters are recommended for diamond knurling using tips made of superhard Hexanit-R material: knurler radius –5 mm; clamping forces – 200 N; feed – 0.05 mm/rev; workpiece rotation frequency – 630 rpm. According to the knurling results, the roughness was Ra 0.8 μm when lubricated with I-20A mineral industrial oil. An increase in the number of passes greater than four did not lead to a significant improvement in surface roughness. No signs of wear, damage to the working surface of the tool after an operating time of 40 hours were found
