Determinan Faktor Struktur Modal Perusahaan Tambang yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Asset Structure (SA), Profitability (ROE) and Company Size (SIZE) partially and simultaneously to the capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The type of research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data, published by Indonesia Stock Exchange. Technique is using purposive sampling. The data used is panel data. There are 14 companies as cross section data and time series for 4 years from year 2013-2016. Research samples are 56. Method analyze data use multiple regression with program of SPSS. The result of the research shows that: 1) Current Ratio (CR) has significant effect to Capital Structure (CS) of Mining Company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, 2) Asset Structure (SA) has no significant effect to Capital Structure CS) Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, 3) Company size (SIZE) significantly influence the Capital Structure (CS) of Mining Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, 4) Return On Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on Capital Structure (CS) of Mining Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016 and 5) Current Ratio (CR), Asset Structure (SA), Profitability (ROE) and Company Size (RO) SIZE) simultaneously have a significant effect on the company\u27s capital structure (CS)

Profil Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa dalam Mengembangkan Pembelajaran Sets Terintegrasi Kearifan Lokal

The demand of KKNI curriculum in the 21st century is the equality of learning achievement including attitudes and values, work ability, scientific mastery, authority and responsibility. For that, PGSD graduate of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University (UST) Yogyakarta is expected to be able to design the learning according to the development of science and technology while maintaining the culture of Indonesia. The embodiment of the graduate's competence is the ability to develop elementary school learning based on Science Environment Technology and Society (SETS) and integrated with local wisdom. The purpose of this research is to describe the skills of critical thinking skills of PGSD students in developing SETS-based learning integrated with local wisdom and indicators that appear in each skill aspect. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research with non-test data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. While the maininstrument in the form of Student Worksheet (LKM), the observation sheet relating to the indicators of critical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques through descriptive statistics interpreted with very good criteria, good, enough, less, and very less then continued with the presentation in the form of tables. The results showed that the average critical thinking ability ofPGSD UST students was 69.24% with good criteria. Indicator of every aspects of critical thinking skills has emerged even though some achievements have not been maximized

This research aim for understanding and get knowledge about teacher\u27s social ability able to communicate with student effectively by learning bahasa Indonesia,this type of research are descriptive and qualitative,the technique to collect the information are interview,observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique by doing data collection,data reduction,data presentation and conclusion, the results this type of research indicate that teacher\u27s social ability in communicate efectivly with student by learning bahasa Indonesia including social interaction with student,able to mastering many word in bahasa Indonesia in order to diliver better information,play role as mentor, give encouragement to make them active,and to be teacher we must not careless.Effort to upgrade teacher\u27s social ability including pay attention every stundent\u27s need,understand student\u27s characteristics,mastering the subject we want share,appy bahasa Indonesia in daily basis,try give them some feed to make communication effective,and make evaluation in every teacher The obstacles in effective cummonucation are including student not yet ready adapt in new environment, not pay attention when teacher explain,and few of them dislike bahasa Indonesia subject, the bahasa Indonesia material not well recived by the student

Analisis Sensitivitas Respon Pasar Terhadapperubahan Desain Sepeda Motor Honda Beat (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Ust dan Uty yang Menggunakan Honda Beat)

This study aims to determine how big the response sensitivity and the direction of consumer response. Research type in this study is an ex post facto research. Subjects in this study were students who had been riding an old and new Honda Beat scooter as many as 100 respondents to represent the population students from Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa and Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta. The results showed that the major changes in response to product Honda Beat scooter is at 44.10 and the level of importance of attributes, the highest average value shown on the body design attributes (3.41), it indicates that the consumer has an interest in the design of the scooter body of Honda Beat. Then, the respondent perceptions of the quality attributes of the old Honda scooter to scooter Honda Beat New Beat at 29.269. Thus, the result that the sensitivity in response to changes in the design of Honda Beat scooter long been a Honda scooter new Beat amounted to 1,191. That is, the sensitivity is sensitive because of the sensitivity value of more than 1

Perbandingan Prestasi Belajar Matematika Siswa dengan Menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan Direct Instruction pada Siswa Kelas V Sdn Jiwan 01 Madiun

This study aimed to compare mathematics learning achievement of students with Mind Mapping learning methods and mathematics achievement of students with direct instruction methods. This research is a quantitative study using an experimental method. This study population is the class V SDN Jiwan 01. The sample consists of two classes, namely class V A total of 30 students by Mind Mapping learning methods and class V B as many as 29 students by direct instruction method. Data taken using the test method. Data analysis using t test. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of the class by direct instruction methods is 53.611 while the average grade by Mind Mapping learning methods is 62.121. Results of t-test showed that the achievement tobs= 2,449 with a significance level of 5% and dk=68 obtained ttabel = 1,645. tobs > ttabel. This means that H0 is rejected. Thus the working hypothesis proposed by the researchers rejected. So student achievement taught using Mind Mapping method of learning is better than learning achievement of students who are taught by the direct instruction method

Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Kebermanfaatan, Persepsi Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pengguna Smartphone Xiaomi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegunaan,kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan dari penggunasmartphone Xiaomi terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Untukmengetahui pengaruh kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan dankepercayaan secara simultan terhadap pengguna smartphoneXiaomi pembelian kembali niat.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa aktifSarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta yang jumlahnya 100responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergandadengan tingkat signifikansi 5%.Hasil yang diperoleh, Kegunaan berdampak positif dansignifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali dengan nilai t-hitunglebih besar dari t-tabel (3,054> 1,98498). Persepsi kemudahanpenggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niatpembelian kembali dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel(3,336> 1,98498). Kepercayaan berdampak positif dan signifikanterhadap niat pembelian kembali dengan dengan nilai t-hitunglebih besar dari t-tabel (2,132> 1,98498). Niat pembelian kembalismartphone Xiaomi dipengaruhi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahanpenggunaan, dan kepercayaan sebesar 56,5%, sedangkansisanya 43,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
