Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Obsahuje vhodné strategie pro dosažení vysoké prosperity podniku. K posouzení úrovně progrese je vypracován podrobný marketingový plán a návrh řízení finančních zdrojů. Práce se dále zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů a dalšímu nezbytnými součástmi podnikatelského plánu. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické, z analýzy problémů současné situace a z vlastního návrhu řešení.This Master’s Thesis is engaged with creating an Entreprenurial Project. The Thesis includes appropriate and right strategies to accomplish a high success of a business firm. To considerate the level of progress, a detailed marketing plan and financial analysis were created. Thesis also deals with human resources management as well as other important parts of an entreprenurial project This Thesis consists of the theoretical part, analysis of the current situation and of the part designing own business solution.

Proposal for Improving Communication and Customer Relationship Management in the Company Hydroma, spol. s r. o.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení komunikace a řízení vztahů se zákazníky společnosti Hydroma, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části autor klade důraz na pochopení významu CRM a popisuje marketingovou komunikaci. Praktická část se opírá o teoretická východiska. Nejprve se zaměřuje na společnost Hydroma, spol. s r. o. a analýzu současného stavu komunikace se zákazníky a řízení jejich vztahů. Závěr práce tvoří návrhy, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současné situace.The thesis is focused on improving communication and customer relationship management company Hydroma, spol. s r. o. In the theoretical part, the author emphasizes the importance of understanding and describing CRM marketing communications. The practical part is based on theoretical foundations. First, it focuses on the company Hydroma, spol. s r. o. and analysis of the current state of communication with customers and manage their relationships. The thesis concludes with suggestions that should lead to an improvement of the current situation.

Proposal of optimal solution for start internet commerce in a company

Diplomová práce se pokusila analyzovat problémy spojené s návrhem internetového obchodování ve firmě a především obsahuje návrh zabývající se výběrem optimálního řešení pro zavedení elektronického obchodu v podniku.This diploma work tried to analyse problems concerned with proposal of internet commerce in a firm and especially it includes the proposal of optimal solution for start internet commerce in a company.

Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Performance Using Benchmarkingu Approach

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční výkonností podniku. Metoda, pomocí které bude výkonnost měřena se nazývá benchmarking. Vybraným podnikem je společnost Tente s.r.o., která bude na základě zvolené metody srovnávána s vhodnými konkurenčními podniky. Dle zjištěných výsledků analýzy budou dále navržena vhodná opatření pro zvýšení současné finanční výkonnosti.This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company. The financial performance will be measured by the method called benchmarking. The chosen company is Tente s.r.o., which will be compared with the appropriate competitors based on the chosen method. According to the results of the analysis, will also suggest effective measures to increase the current financial performance.

Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of Changes

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců. Analytická část hodnotí současný systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti, včetně vnitřních a vnějších vlivů působících na daný systém. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navrženy změny současného systému odměňování za účelem zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.The master’s thesis is focused on the system of remuneration for employees in the selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of the employee remuneration. The analytical part evaluates the current system of remuneration for employees in the company, including internal and external factors influencing the system. Based on this analysis, changes to the current remuneration system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
