System perfection for personell motivation in trading enterprise.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir salīdzināt kā gada laikā ir mainījies motivācijas līmenis uzņēmumā SIA “Balteco Venta” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tirdzniecības uzņēmuma darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidei. Praktiskajā daļā tiek veikti pētījumi, izmantojot kvantitatīvo metodi. Kvantitatīvās izpētes metodei tiek sastādīta un izmantota aptaujas anketa. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autors izvirza priekšlikumus uzņēmuma SIA “ Balteco Venta” vadītājam un darbiniekiem, ka ir jāsaglabā labvēlīgās attiecības, kas valda gan starp darbiniekiem, gan arī ar tiešo vadītāju, kā arī jārada veselīga konkurence darbinieku starpā, kas viņus ieinteresētu strādāt labāk un produktīvāk. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 73 lappuses, tai skaitā 1 pielikums uz 1 lapas, kas pievienots darba beigās. Darbā iekļauti 35 attēli un 35 tabulas.The goal of the Bachelor’s Thesis is to compare how the level of motivation has changed in the time frame of one year in Ltd „Balteco Venta” and to work out proposals for the development of employee’s motivation in the commercial enterprise. The practical part deals with the investigations using the quantitative method. For the quantitative method the questionnaire is worked out and used. In conclusion the author gives proposals to the manager and employees of Ltd „Balteco Venta” to maintain good interrelations, existing both between employees and with the direct management, as well as competition between employees should be created, to motivate them to do their job better and more productively. The Bachelor Thesis consists of 73 pages, including 1 supplement on 1 page at the end of the Thesis. The Thesis includes 35 pictures and 35 tables
