    To ensure quality education, the Government must provide services and conveniences to education without any descriminations. To conduct quality education needed some big enough fee therefore for every learner at any unit of education are entitled to tuition fees for those whose parents could not afford to finance their education, and the right to obtain a scholarship for those who has achievment. (Putra & Hardiyanti, 2011).By taking the results of previous research, entitled the application of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani\u27s method for the determination of quantity percentage of scholarship (Research Lecturer Beginners by 2013), on research this time the researcher do application design with combination of algortitma Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani Method and using the Fuzzy Method for designing Databases Tahani decision support system (SPK).Fuzzy tahani is one method of Fuzzy that uses the database standard. the data are classified based on how the data are seen by the user. So that all the results of the algorithms of previous research can be used to create applications by using Fuzzy method Tahani Database.The type of This research is a kind of applied research, it is a bridge from basic research between experimental research. Computer Based Decision Support System (DSS) is built and developed to assist decision makers in the activity of decision making process. DSS includes different components that integrate together out of which the most important part is the model based system. As a result of rapidly increasing and sustainable needs of organizations, suppliers have become essential to any business. On the other hand, decision makers and managers face challengers when they are about to select suppliers due to the strong competitiveness among suppliers, obstacles that they will face when poor decisions are made and many other reasons. Evaluating and selecting suppliers has been considered as the most critical and important process among the whole purchasing processes. This research intends to develop a system using linear weightage model base DSS for supplier selection process that can guarantee better decision making and provide a robust tool for assisting decision makers and managers to make the right decision and select the most suitable supplier.     The system, developed under the FLOW-AID (an FP6 project), is a farm level water management system of special value in situations where the water availability and quality is limited. This market-ready precision irrigation management system features new models, hardware and software. The hardware platform delivers a maintenance-free low cost dielectric tensiometer and several low-end irrigation or fertigation controllers for serving different situations. The software includes a complete, web based, Decision Support System (DSS) that consists of an expert planner for farm zoning (MOPECO) and a universal irrigation scheduler, based on crop-water stress models (UNIPI) and water and nutrient uptake calculations. The system, designed also to service greenhouse fertigation and hydroponics, is scalable from one to many zones. It consists of 1) a data gathering tool which uploads agronomic data, from monitored crops around the world, to a central web Data Base (DB), and 2) a web based Decision Support System (DSS). The DSS processes intelligently the data of the crop using Crop Response Models, Nutrient Uptake Models and Water Uptake Models.     CUI is hazardous because insulation can become wet or contaminated, accelerating corrosion process. Moreover, CUI is particularly serious because it is difficult to predict and to detect. This report is basically brief about the research done and fundamental concepts of the chosen topic, which is; Development of decision-support system for Corrosion under Insulation (CUI) for austenitic stainless steels and carbon steels. The aim of the research project is to develop a decision support system (DSS) to determine the probability of equipment failure due to CUI. The research study consists of two phase, first phase is developing decision support system (DSS) using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Second phase is develop knowledge base database for Corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and combining it into the decision support system (DSS) to create a stand-alone software that can determine the probability of equipment failure due to CUI. The objectives of the stand-alone software are to help and assist people to make decision more precise and accurate.
