    Neoliberal Postmodernity and Hyperimperialism

    The article describes transformation of the ideology of liberalism and the associated practices of economic domination at the transition stage from the socio-philosophical Modern paradigm to Postmodern paradigm.Aim. Identify the link between the rhetoric of modern liberalism, Postmodern paradigms and trends in the evolution of the world economic system.Tasks. Consider the historical conditions for the formation of liberal and neo liberal ideology; determine the place of neoliberal discourse in the ideological landscape of our time; correlate it with other relevant discourses that claim to explain economic, social and cultural processes; to analyze the features of modern practices of developed countries economic domination in relations with the others world countries.Methods. The article, using logical analysis, establishes the main features of modern liberal ideology, allowing us to talk about a new stage in the history of the liberalism development. Comparative analysis allows us to find out the points of liberalism convergence at this stage with other ideological directions in present time. However, statistical analysis reveals important economic factors impeding the reduction of the distance between developed and developing countries.Results. The study showed that to date, the liberal discourse has undergone significant changes, which allows us to talk about a completely new stage in the development of liberal ideology. On the one hand, it was significantly influenced by a general paradigm shift that affected the entire spectrum of socio-economic thought in the 20th century, which we define as an intensifying transition from the Modern paradigm to the Postmodern paradigm. On the other hand, the analysis of the historical path of imperialism and its inherent practices of domination also allows us to talk about its sig nificant transformation in the conditions of the post-industrial economy and the information society. Parallel consideration of these aspects (ideological and practical), the continuous correlation of theory with economic realities allows the authors to define such a complex concept as hyper imperialism. This term is proposed to be used to refer to a specific form of imperialism in a post-industrial manner. At the same time, the intrinsic inseparability of various types of expansion — economic, ideological and, more broadly, civilizational — is taken as its key feature.Conclusion. In the context of a large-scale socio-economic and ideological transformation of a global nature, the need for new forms and means of confronting economic hegemony and finding a path to independent economic and social development is increasing

    Improvement of modern technical systems and technologies. Increasing the productivity of modern agricultural machines with increasing their weight, which leads, in the course of their work, to a significant compaction of the soil. The heterogeneity of the soil, as a bearing surface, causes not adjustable fluctuations in the workplace, which makes automation of the application of robotics more difficult. Modern solutions to the problems of reducing the negative impact on the soil, increasing the permeability of aggregates due to the reconstruction of the propulsors do not give the proper effect. More cardinally solve these problems, as well as the ability to implement automation and robotics bridge systems such as ABAC, moving along rail tracks, AASP on vertical piles and point gravel-halide supports with concrete platforms. The most promising of these is the AAS platform, which is a 30x10 m bridge structure that moves by step-by-step extension, the beams onto 3 subsequent pads located 10 m away.     The difficulties in translating the attributive group of nouns, known as "nouns chain", – the chain of nouns, in the titles of documents on the material of English-language editions of scientific and technical literature entering the electronic catalog of BEN RAS are discussed. For the first time, the peculiarities of translation of titles are considered under the condition that unions and prepositions are included in the constituent title of the attribute group, as a result of which the "rule of a number" does not work. This situation suggests the emergence of structural and lexical units of a new type, which the authors distinguish as attribute groups with branching nouns. In the practical work of the cataloger it is recommended to use an approach to avoid possible confusion in the translation of these structural and lexical units. In the process of translation it is recommended: to carry out grammatical analysis of the English title, to select the attribute group and to structure it in the proposed template in order to establish logical and semantic links between individual words. A visual representation of the links allows the cataloging translator to see and evaluate the information order of words within the framework of the discussed phenomenon. The recommended analysis makes it possible to identify phrases that meet the known terminological constructions, adequate translation of which contributes to the choice of the correct index of systematization.Обсуждаются трудности, возникающие при переводе атрибутивной группы существительных, известной как «noun chain» – цепочка существительных, в заглавиях документов на материале англоязычных изданий научно-технической литературы, поступающей в электронный каталог БЕН РАН. Впервые рассмотрены особенности перевода заглавий в случае, когда в составляющую заглавие атрибутивную группу входят союзы и предлоги, вследствие чего «правило ряда» не работает. Такая ситуация говорит о появлении структурно-лексических единиц нового типа, которые авторы выделяют как атрибутивные группы с ветвлением существительных. В практической работе каталогизатора рекомендуется использовать подход, позволяющий избежать возможной путаницы при переводе этих структурно-лексических единиц. В процессе перевода рекомендуется: провести грамматический анализ английского заглавия, выделить атрибутивную группу и структурировать её в предложенном шаблоне для установления логических и семантических связей между отдельными словами. Наглядное представление связей позволяет переводчику-каталогизатору увидеть и оценить информационный порядок слов в рамках обсуждаемого явления. Рекомендуемый анализ позволяет выявлять словосочетания, отвечающие известным терминологическим конструкциям, адекватный перевод которых способствует выбору верного индекса систематизации

    Based on the analysis of scientific literature and experience, the article discusses the strategic goals of developing innovative education in Russia and modern interactive technologies of interaction between teachers and students in the educational process of the university. The authors consider the leading methodological approaches (humanistic, system-activity, competence-developing, creative, technological) and methods for studying the problem of interaction between teachers and students in the holistic educational process of the university (design, simulation, monitoring, experiment). The main content of the article is devoted to the characteristics of the theory of interaction of activity subjects and practical experience of the departments of the universities of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the conceptual apparatus, the authors analyze the essence of cooperation, interaction and innovative technologies, describe their use in teaching and educating students (characteristics of the use of innovative technologies and practical recommendations for their use. It is proved that the level of university teachers’ professionalism and mastery depends on the development of their technological competence and active interaction with students and colleagues of the university departments. The experience of designing and using interactive technologies of interaction of activity subjects can be used in the educational process of the universities.Basado en el análisis de la literatura científica y la experiencia, el artículo analiza los objetivos estratégicos del desarrollo de la educación innovadora en Rusia y las modernas tecnologías interactivas de interacción entre profesores y estudiantes en el proceso educativo de la universidad. Los autores consideran los principales enfoques metodológicos (humanísticos, de actividad del sistema, de desarrollo de competencias, creativos, tecnológicos) y los métodos para estudiar el problema de la interacción entre profesores y estudiantes en el proceso educativo holístico de la universidad (diseño, simulación, monitoreo, experimentación). El contenido principal del artículo está dedicado a las características de la teoría de la interacción de los temas de actividad y la experiencia práctica de los departamentos de las universidades de la Federación Rusa. Sobre la base del aparato conceptual, los autores analizan la esencia de la cooperación, la interacción y las tecnologías innovadoras, describen su uso en la enseñanza y la educación de los estudiantes (características del uso de tecnologías innovadoras y recomendaciones prácticas para su uso. В последующих разделах статьи раскрываются ведущие методологические подходы (гуманистический, системно-деятельностный, компетентностно-развивающий, креативный, технологический) и методы исследования проблемы взаимодействия преподавателей и студентов в целостном педагогическом процессе вуза (проектирование, моделирование, мониторинг, эксперимент). Основное содержание статьи представлено в характеристиках теории взаимодействия субъектов деятельности и практическом опыте кафедр вузов Российских Федерации. На основе понятийного аппарата раскрывается сущность сотрудничества, взаимодействия и инновационных технологий, их использования в обучении и воспитании студентов (признаки использования инновационных технологий и практические рекомендации их применения).     Aim of the study was to consider a clinical example of diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, complicated by a tubular intestinal fistula of the anterior abdominal wall and cicatricial stricture of the sigmoid colon. Material and methods. Patient B., 76 years old, was admitted to the proctology department with complaints of the presence of a fistula with purulent discharge in the area of the surgical scar. Preoperative examination with MRI, colonoscopy, fistulography revealed diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, complicated by a tubular intestinal fistula of the anterior abdominalwall and stricture of the sigmoid colon at the level of the internal opening of the fistula.     Self-activated ultrahigh chemosensitivity of oxide thin film nanostructures for transparent sensors

    One of the top design priorities for semiconductor chemical sensors is developing simple, low-cost, sensitive and reliable sensors to be built in handheld devices. However, the need to implement heating elements in sensor devices, and the resulting high power consumption, remains a major obstacle for the realization of miniaturized and integrated chemoresistive thin film sensors based on metal oxides. Here we demonstrate structurally simple but extremely efficient all oxide chemoresistive sensors with similar to 90% transmittance at visible wavelengths. Highly effective self-activation in anisotropically self-assembled nanocolumnar tungsten oxide thin films on glass substrate with indium-tin oxide electrodes enables ultrahigh response to nitrogen dioxide and volatile organic compounds with detection limits down to parts per trillion levels and power consumption less than 0.2 microwatts. Beyond the sensing performance, high transparency at visible wavelengths creates opportunities for their use in transparent electronic circuitry and optoelectronic devices with avenues for further functional convergence.open181

    Three-Dimensional Dynamical Instabilities in Galactic Ionization Fronts

    Ionization front instabilities have long been of interest for their suspected role in a variety of phenomena in the galaxy, from the formation of bright rims and 'elephant trunks' in nebulae to triggered star formation in molecular clouds. Numerical treatments of these instabilities have historically been limited in both dimensionality and input physics, leaving important questions about their true evolution unanswered. We present the first three-dimensional radiation hydrodynamical calculations of both R-type and D-type ionization front instabilities in galactic environments (i.e., solar metallicity gas). Consistent with linear stability analyses of planar D-type fronts, our models exhibit many short-wavelength perturbations growing at early times that later evolve into fewer large-wavelength structures. The simulations demonstrate that both self-consistent radiative transfer and three-dimensional flow introduce significant morphological differences to unstable modes when compared to earlier two-dimensional approximate models. We find that the amplitude of the instabilities in the nonlinear regime is primarily determined by the efficiency of cooling within the shocked neutral shell. Strong radiative cooling leads to long, extended structures with pronounced clumping while weaker cooling leads to saturated modes that devolve into turbulent flows. These results suggest that expanding H II regions may either promote or provide turbulent support against the formation of later generations of stars, with potential consequences for star formation rates in the galaxy today.Comment: 16 pages, 9 figures, accepted to Ap
