    The Covid-19 virus pandemic has destroyed the most important side of the economy, namely supply and demand. From the supply side, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have experienced a reduction in activity due to the policy of limiting social interaction which has resulted in the cessation of the production process, and from the demand side, reduced demand for goods and services has resulted in many MSMEs unable to maximize profits. One of the economic recovery strategies is to connect with the digital ecosystem, by digitizing the market so that business actors can continue to carry out their business activities even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal to be achieved in this activity is to increase the capacity of MSMEs and Hutakalo village people and their sales through digital marketing strategies. The methods used to achieve these goals are socialization and training. Through outreach activities, MSMEs together with the people of Hutakalo village were given general material on digital marketing strategies and how the Hutakalo village's MSMEs and communities were able to increase the value of their business sales by using digital marketing strategies. Meanwhile, training activities are carried out to improve the skills of MSMEs and Hutakalo villagers in using the Marketplace application to market their business products, which is supported by the ability to make product photos to make them look attractive to be marketed

    Gorontalo Medicinal Plants Image Identification System Using Artificial Neural Network with Back Propagation

    The purpose of this research is to design the application of digital image processing system to identify the image of medicinal plants of Gorontalo region using artificial neural network method using back propagation. This research used a digital image processing method with segmentation and extraction techniques. Segmentation process was carried out using thresholding method. Furthermore, a process of characteristic extraction from medicinal plants drawings was carried out using feature and color feature extractions to obtain the value of metric, eccentricity, hue, saturation and value. these five values were used as parameters for input neurons and one output neuron which denoted the class of the medicinal plants image. Data of this research consisted of 91 images which had been divided into two types, training data and test data. The training data consisted of 80 images and the test data consisted of eleven images. A network architecture was obtained from the training result and it provided the highest accuracy level (100%) and least number of iteration with a number of 50 neurons on hidden layer and 143 epochs. The testing result showed a lower accuracy of 54.54%

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui penggunan model pembelajaran explicit instruction dengan bantuan aplikasi acode editor terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pemrograman web bergerak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Dimana masing-masing siklus menggunakan model kemmis dan mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus 1 terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan presentase hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimum (KKM) secara keseluruhan. Yakni 73,91%. Akan tetapi capaian tersebut belum memenuhi presentase hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan yang diharapkan, dimana hasil belajar yang diharapkan yakni 75%. Sehingga penelitian masih perlu dilanjutkan ke siklus 2. Selanjutnya pada siklus 2 terdapat peningkatan presentase lagi terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan, dimana mencapai 86,95%

The 2D Tupperware catalog used by Nurhayati Shop becomes the core problem in serving the customers due to the inefficient time and product description. This study applies Multimedia Life Cycle (MDLC) as the method. The result shows that augmented reality technology integrated into a magic book can be used as the marketing media with android-base. Technology helps the seller in promoting the product throught the android that changes the object into 3D. Besides, it helps the buyer to have an effective time to choose the product

    AbstractIron waste is an object that can be reused for its use value by recycling. To get to the recycling process, iron waste is collected by scrap metal collectors from various areas or various places, then sent to scrap metal dealers to be collected and sent to scrap metal recycling factories. The collectors collect scrap metal to serve as something that has economic value. In editioon, collectors need scrap metal not to be produced but seek and receive scrap metal sales, which will be resold to larger collectors with a higher selling price. The problem that occurs is the difficulty for collectors to locate the presence of scrap metal in the community. Moreover, Another obstacle is that people are still confused about how to infrom scrap metal collectors about the availability of scrap metal in their place. Trus, this research aim to facilitate the collectors to find the location of scrap metal in the community. This system also eases the community to obtain information about the location where the collectors are.     Penelitian ini dilatabelakangi oleh masalah dalam penyusunan RPS dan evaluasi CPL di Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang saat ini masih memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft excel, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyusunan RPS dan evaluasi CPL belum optimal dan efisien terlebih apabila terjadi perubahan maupun berbaikan karena adanya pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype yang diawali dengan tahapan Komunikasi dan Pengumpulan Kebutuhan, Perencanaan Secara Cepat, Pemodelan dan Perencanaan Secara Cepat, Pembentukan Prototype, Penyerahan Sistem dan Umpan Balik. Berdasarkan hasil tahapan – tahapan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti berhasil mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan Evaluasi Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) yang memudahkan penyusunan dan pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan mempermudah Jurusan Teknik Informatika dalam memonitor kelayakan Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL). Selain itu, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui rencana kegiatan pembelajaran setiap pertemuan mata kuliah dan nilai tugas – tugas, nilai midsemester, nilai ujian akhir dan sebagainya yang sesuai dengan Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan yang dibebankan pada mata kuliah

    AbstrakPemberdayaan masyarakat desa merupakan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan dan potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat secara maksimal untuk bertahan dan mengembangkan jati diri secara mandiri baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial, agama dan budaya. Memberdayakan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat tersebut secara sosial ekonomi sehingga mereka dapat lebih mandiri dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidup mereka, namun sanggup berperan serta dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kualitatif yang dilakukan dilapangan (field research), dimana jumlah sasaran Ibu rumah tangga sebesar 25 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 orang, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel. Adapaun alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, dianalisis dengan cara pengambilan kesimpulan dari hal yang bersifat khusus pada hal yang bersifat umum. Desa olele memiliki Sumber Daya khususnya pada bidang ekonomi yang paling banyak pada sektor perikanan. Hasil tangkapan ikan nelayan ±8kg per hari, Pendapatan rata-rata hasil tangkapan nelayan sebesar Rp.100.000 – Rp.200.000 per hari masih belum bisa mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun demikian, proses pemberdayaan pada sektor perikanan masih terasa kurang. Pengelolaan dalam bidang perikanan hanya sebatas menyediakan kapal tangkap ikan sebagai sumber penghasil ikan. Sedangkan pada pengelolaan ikan untuk lebih meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan ekonomi masih belum ada dan Pelatihan pemasaran secara online atau digital marketing terhadap produk ataupun hasil tangkapan ikan nelayan masih kurang.

    Public complaints are a form of community participation to play a role in building the environment as well as a form of monitoring the performance of government agencies. Currently, the North City District Office does not yet have a public complaint service or system. So it is necessary to have a Public Complaints Information System to submit public complaints that are intended specifically for the North City District government and the application responds quickly to complaints, suggestions, a place to accommodate aspirations, first aid for humanitarian and emergency communities. The design used in this research is the Prototype method. This research produces a Quick Response and Community Complaints Information System to make it easier for the public to submit complaints which will be addressed specifically to the North City District government and can speed up the complaint time in real time because it is based on a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be read by sub-district staff and forwarded. to the sub-district head for the complaint process.Keywords: Complaints, PWA, Prototype
