Research and analysis on school health in the state of South Australia, Australia

本研究では，オーストラリア，サウスオーストラリア州の学校20校を対象に，学校保健の現状について，ならびにスクールナースが配置されていない公立学校と配置されている私立学校の現状について調査分析し，養護専門職が配置される意義について質問紙法と直接面談法により検討した。サウスオーストラリア州の学校保健は教師，事務職員，外部保健機関，保護者などが関与し，連携と同時に役割分担がされていた。また，公立学校の保健従事者と私立学校のスクールナースの分析では，意識や職務内容に違いがあり，スクールナースなどの養護専門職が果たす役割は大きいと考えられた

Clinical Usefulness of TSH Receptor Autoantibody Using Different Assay Systems

Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody (TRAb) plays an important role in Graves' disease (GD). A second-generation measurement system has been developed and we have gotten a benefit by the system clinically. In this study, we determined 4 kinds of TRAb in 42 GD patients using the current and second-generation measurement systems to investigate the differences between them. The secondgeneration measurement system exhibited higher positive rates and inhibition rates of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) binding than those of the current system. Furthermore, 42 patients with GD were classified into 4 groups by GD activity. The actual values of all TRAbs and positive rates exhibited a tendency to increase significantly with GD activity. Of significance, 2 TRAbs in the second-generation measurement system exhibited high positive rates. However, all actual values of patients did not necessarily agree with these tendencies. The values of TRAb-human detecting anti-human TSH receptors at an approximate cut-off value reflected GD activity more accurately than those of TRAb-CT detecting anti-porcine TSH receptor. This suggests the possibility of specific differences between TSH receptors and further studies are required to further examine these effects

Characteristics of Health-related Concepts of Students Who Aim to Work in the Childcare Field before Taking Childcare “Health” Classes

保育内容「健康」は，近年頻発する災害への対応や感染症拡大等に大きく関連する分野として，その在り方は改めて注目されており，その重要性を認識した保育者の育成については，養成段階から検討していく必要がある。本論では，保育者志望学生が，保育内容「健康」の授業実施前に抱く健康諸概念の特徴と課題を明らかにすることを試みた。具体的には，保育者養成校において，保育内容「健康」の授業前の健康概念を捉えるため，文章完成法（SCT）を用いて記述データを収集した。記述データには主にテキストマイニングを援用した量的分析，及び質的分析を行った。また，各学年の健康諸概念等の比較により，特徴を検討した。これらを踏まえ，授業実施に関する提案を述べた

Relevance between “Physical Body” and “Health” Field of Childcare Contents in Froebel’s “Edsucation of the Human Being” (4th report) : by Focusing on “Section 3 Human Being as a Boy”

本論は，F.フレーベル［1782-1852］の著書『人間の教育』（1826）「第三篇 少年としての人間」の論述に関して，「幼児の活動と身体遊戯」「身体の堕落」「人間の本質としての善」「衝動と身体」等について，その現代的意味を保育内容「健康」領域との関連性において考察した。フレーベルが述べた「幼児の活動と身体遊戯」に関する著述に関しては，「走る」「球技（ボール遊び）」「鬼ごっこ（鬼遊び）」に関連性が見られるものの，「打ち合う」「相撲」「戦争ごっこ」「狩猟ごっこ」に関しては，幼児教育関係告示文や『小学校学習指導要領』を見る限り，関連性は確認できなかった。一連の研究は，本論（第四報）で打ち切りにするため，第一報から第四報の総括をした

Issues of Health Education in Early Childhood and Formation of Young Children's Body Image

本論は，幼児期の健康教育の課題を明らかにすると共に，幼児の身体像の形成が教育的効果を生むことの可能性について検討するものである。健康教育は，「健康や自分の身体への興味関心」「習慣形成等の実践力」「科学的な正しい知識」を並行して育成することが効果的であると考える。発達過程によって重心を置く項目が異なるが，「健康や自分の身体への興味関心」については，幼児教育から中学校教育まで一貫して重要であると考えられる。それには，各発達過程や学校の教育形態の特色を生かした教材の開発が求められる。例えば，幼児期の健康教育においては，自分の身体像や身体感覚を表出する保育教材が想定できる。This paper discusses the issues of health education in childhood and examines the possibility that the formation of the body image of young children can bring an educational effect．We believe that health education would be effective by developing "interest in health and one's own body," "practical skills for habit formation" and "scientifically right knowledge" at the same time. Although which item we should focus on is depending on the developmental process, "interest in health and one's own body" is considered to be consistently important from education in early childhood to education in junior high school. This requires the development of teaching materials that take advantage of the characteristics of each developmental process and school educational format. Results of Musculoskeletal Examinations in Elementary School Students and its Challenges

　児童生徒の運動に関連した現代的健康課題として，運動不足に伴う肥満などの生活習慣病と運動過多に伴う四肢および脊柱のスポーツ傷害が指摘されている。「運動器の10 年」日本委員会1）は，運動器疾患の罹患率を，６～７％と報告しており，「過度な運動，スポーツによる運動器疾患・障害を抱える子どももみられる状況」と指摘している。その流れを受けて，学校保健安全法施行規則の一部改正により検診項目に「運動器」が加えられ，平成28 年度より幼稚園から高等学校までの学校において運動器検診が義務化された。この検診を通じて，運動器疾患の早期発見やスポーツ障害を予防することが目指されている。しかし，平成23年の文部科学省の調査によると内科検診で運動器の検診している学校は，3.2 ～ 4.7％であり多くの学校で運動器検診は，これまで実施されていない。本研究は，平成27 年度に，義務実施に先行して小学校において運動器検診を行い，実施上の問題点や児童の運動器の現状を明らかにした

An Advanced Training Program Development for School Teachers and Staff: Purposes and Activities of Okayama Center, National Institute for School Teachers and Staff Development (NITS Okayama Center)

本論文では，これからの教師の学びの在り方を明らかにしたうえで，教師の学びを保障する場やその特質について考察する。具体的には，まず，近年の教員政策のなかで求められる教師像をもとに，教師の学びがどのように意味づけられるかを明らかにする。そのうえで，既存の教師の学びの場である教育委員会等が企画運営する研修，教職大学院，各学校で行われる校内研修等との比較により，（独）教職員支援機構岡山大学センターが構想する研修プログラムの特色を描出し，教職員の学びが深化するためのしくみを構築することの必要性と重要性を指摘したい。と同時に，教職員の学びの成果を可視化していくためには，研修プログラムに対するアウトカム重視の評価の開発が求められる。この点については今後の課題とする。This paper discusses the issues related to school teachers and staff development towards the future, including matters that how they gradually secure their learning opportunities in each stage of their careers and experiences and how university centers systematically ensure them professional development training programs. NITS Okayama Center has started to provide several training programs, in novelty and requirement distinguished from others: programs by local public bodies, local schools and teaching profession graduate schools. Through an inspection of our pilot programs, we basically point out that, first, the necessity to construct a system of making school teachers and staff’s learning process and outcome visible, and second, the importance to improve an evaluation method for training programs and to design that as an outcome model

Effect of vasopressin V1- and V2-receptor stimulation on blood pressure in DOCA-salt hypertensive rats.

We recently reported that stimulation of the arginine vasopressin (AVP) V1-receptor enhanced the pressor response in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). In the present study, we investigated acute changes in systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR) after intravenous injections of AVP, OPC-21268 (a V1-receptor antagonist), and OPC-31260 (a V2-receptor antagonist), in anesthetized DOCA-salt hypertensive rats (DOCA) and age-matched sham-operated Wistar rats (control) to determine whether the pressor effect is specific to SHR or is present in other hypertensive animal models. SBP increased significantly in DOCA rats 9 min after injection of AVP 5 ng/kg without a concomitant increase in HR. Neither OPC-21268 3mg/kg nor OPC-31260 3mg/kg caused significant changes in SBP or HR. SBP tended to increase when AVP was administered after injection of OPC-31260. HR increased significantly 15 min after the combined treatment with OPC-31260 and AVP in DOCA rats compared with control rats. SBP did not change significantly when AVP was administered after injection of OPC-21268 in DOCA or control rats, but HR decreased significantly from 1 to 4 min after injection of AVP in DOCA rats. Our results suggest that V1-receptor stimulation does not enhance the pressor response in the DOCA rat, which is a model of volume-dependent hypertension, suggesting that the AVP system, especially V1-receptor, is not as important in the development or maintenance of hypertension in DOCA rats as in SHR.</p

The Evidence-based Physical Assessment for headache by Yogo Teacher’s practices

学校において適切な救急処置を行うために，養護教諭には緊急度・重症度の判断が求められている。しかし，養護教諭に必要な救急処置の範囲は明確にされておらず，困難を感じる要因となっている。近年，救急度・重症度の判断のためにフィジカルアセスメントの重要性が認識されているが，これについても必要な項目が明確になっていないのが現状である。そこで，本研究では，養護教諭が保健室で経験する疾患を根拠として，養護教諭に必要なフィジカルアセスメントを明らかにすることを試み，「息苦しい」の訴えに対して必要な項目を示した
