Study on Aesthetic Value of Subtitle Translation of Within and Beyond the Great Wall from the Perspective of Translation Aesthetics

With the advancement of cultural diversity and the increasingly frequent communication between the East and the West, more and more high-quality documentaries are presented to the foreigner. Chinese documentaries have become an important carrier for foreign audiences to understand Chinese culture, so the subtitle translation of documentary plays an important role in the spread of documentary. Translation aesthetics theory will help the study on the aesthetic values of subtitle translation and broaden the research scope of documentary subtitle translation. This paper selects the documentary Homeland Dreamland--Within and Beyond the Great Wall as research object to analyze the subtitle translation. From the perspective of translation aesthetics, this paper discusses how the aesthetic value of subtitle translation achieve and what translation methods translators use to show the aesthetic effect

Nonclassical photon pairs generated from a room-temperature atomic ensemble

We report experimental generation of non-classically correlated photon pairs from collective emission in a room-temperature atomic vapor cell. The nonclassical feature of the emission is demonstrated by observing a violation of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. Each pair of correlated photons are separated by a controllable time delay up to 2 microseconds. This experiment demonstrates an important step towards the realization of the Duan-Lukin-Cirac-Zoller scheme for scalable long-distance quantum communication.Comment: 4 pages, 2 figure

Learning a Practical SDR-to-HDRTV Up-conversion using New Dataset and Degradation Models

In media industry, the demand of SDR-to-HDRTV up-conversion arises when users possess HDR-WCG (high dynamic range-wide color gamut) TVs while most off-the-shelf footage is still in SDR (standard dynamic range). The research community has started tackling this low-level vision task by learning-based approaches. When applied to real SDR, yet, current methods tend to produce dim and desaturated result, making nearly no improvement on viewing experience. Different from other network-oriented methods, we attribute such deficiency to training set (HDR-SDR pair). Consequently, we propose new HDRTV dataset (dubbed HDRTV4K) and new HDR-to-SDR degradation models. Then, it's used to train a luminance-segmented network (LSN) consisting of a global mapping trunk, and two Transformer branches on bright and dark luminance range. We also update assessment criteria by tailored metrics and subjective experiment. Finally, ablation studies are conducted to prove the effectiveness. 护理安全品管圈在血管外科护理中的应用效果

Objective: To study the effects of nursing safety quality control circle in the nursing in department of vascular surgery. Methods: Totally 230 patients in vascular surgery department from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Assessment the risk factors of disease for each patient , 115 cases in the control group, the shift nurses nurse by traditional method; 115 cases in experimental group ,who were given quality control circle to improve the nursing quality., and the adverse event and compliance,satisfaction to nurses of the patients were compared. Results: The incidence of adverse events and complications (6%) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (15.5%). The patients' satisfaction with nurses' job (97.4%) was higher than that of the control group (87%). Conclusion: The implementation of nursing safety quality control circle activities in vascular surgery nursing, effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications during hospitalization, improve the quality of nursing and help patients recover soon.目的  探讨护理安全品管圈在血管外科护理中的应用效果。方法  随机选取2015年1月—2016年1月在本科住院患者230例并随机将其分为两组，对每位患者进行疾病危险因素评估，对照组115例，各交接班护士采用传统护理方法；实验组115例，对患者实施护理安全品管圈活动提高护理质量，比较两组的不良事件和并发症的发生率、患者对护士工作的满意度、患者住院天数。结果  实验组不良事件和并发症的发生率（6%）均低于对照组（15.5%）；患者对护士工作的满意度（97.4%）高于对照组（87%），住院天数较对照组也大大缩短。结论  在血管外科护理中实施护理安全品管圈活动，有效的降低了患者住院期间不良事件和并发症的发生率，提高了护理质量，有助于患者早日康复
