    Adopting Indonesian Folklore as an Instructional Media Through Cards Games

    Psychologically, humans tend to love games compared to learning. Therefore, learning should be delivered through fun ways and not boring just like a game. This research aims to develop card games as learning media of Interpersonal Skill Course at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. This course was chosen based on the availability of minimum teaching materials, the level of material abstractness which is high enough, and there is still no innovative learning that can support the learning. Beside easing the students in comprehending the materials of Interpersonal Skill through fun ways, this card game at once also reminds the students about deep philosophy contained in Indonesian folklores. The chosen folklores cover the stories developing and frequently told in the society such as Timun Emas, Malin Kundang, and so on. The research design used research and development method referring to ADDIE model which is limited until the developing stage. The result of this research is learning media the card game which is an innovation in learning process replacing conventional learning. Based on the results of expert test conducted, the learning media in the form of card games adopting Indonesian folklores is valid and successfully developed

    Educational institutions are one of the growing organizations with the complexity of existing problems. Started from applying Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, where lecturers are required to be able to carry out teaching activities, research and dedication to the sustainable society every year. In addition to the activities undertaken in campus environment as a whole that already underway requires an evaluation conducted to maintain the quality. In addition, management also requires and goals to be achieved. A tool for evaluating and monitoring activities and can be used as a prevention tool and a decision maker in problem solving that occurs. Internal audit is a tool used in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia to ensure the activities at the institution have been run in accordance with the procedures they have. The institute hopes to improve management effectiveness in every field. Mismatch implementation of the procedure that occurs is a problem that must be overcome to know how effective internal audit quality is done so as to improve the effectiveness of management in solving existing problems.From the problems disclosed, the author tries to conduct research on STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the implementation of Internal Audit existing in the institution and to know the role of Internal Audit in supporting the achievement of effectiveness in STMIK STIKOM Indonesiamanagement. The research was conducted by analyzing Internal Audit system at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The research phase starts from literature study then continued with data collection needed in research. After all the data collected proceed with the analysis. Based on the results of questionnaires dissemination and hypothesis testing conducted, that the implementation of internal audit in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been adequate and internal audit also play a role in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. Itsconcluded that the presence of adequate internal audit will assist management in achieving the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system.</p

    Using social media has become a habit of living in the world, including Indonesia. The way people communicate is changing with the use of the social media. Not just a place to communicate and socialize with family, friends, business partners as well as a place to find new contacts but also used as an effective place to promote or advertise products online. Communication can be done directly with consumers. By utilizing social media as a means of promotion, of course, will save time and costs for the owners of the product. In Indonesia social media like Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, Instagram also be an option in the promotion of products, by following any Instagram account that they think will have a great potential to buy their products such as an account that has a lot of followers. Even the owner of the product utilizing any existing comments column of the account that is followed for the promotion but the response of the users of Instagram particularly disturbing account owner. Response conducted by the account owner diverse signifying that they interfere with the sale of products made in their comments column. It is important for owners to know the product in the promotion of ethics in social media in particular by using the comments field followed by the account owner

    Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Intelligence Quotient pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi dan menguji Emotional Quotient dan Adversity Quotient dapat memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang akan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen dengan dua variabel pemoderasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Jurusan TI&nbsp; dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 56 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan&nbsp; Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Intelligence Quotient berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Artinya semakin tinggi intelligence quotient mahasiswa maka tingkat pemahaman terhadap akuntansi akan semakin meningkat, Emotional Quotient dan Adversity Quotient tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh positif Intelligence Quotient pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi

    Usaha Mikro atau Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah kelompok usaha yang memiliki persentase serta kontribusi yang besar di Indonesia. Selain itu, kelebihan dari kelompok usaha ini adalah sudah terbukti tahan terhadap berbagai macam goncangan ekonomi. Perkembangan UMKM baru terlihat dari sisi jumlahnya saja. perhitungan harga pokok penjualan di industri terdapat beberapa unsur yang harus diperhatikan, diantaranya adalah elemen-elemen pembentuk harga pokok produksi yaitu biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik. Harga Pokok Produksi merupakan kumpulan dari biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mengolah bahan baku menjadi barang jadi. Perhitungan yang benar akan menghasilkan harga pokok penjualan yang tepat dimana selanjutnya akan dapat ditetapkan harga jual yang tepat pula, sehingga nantinya mampu menghasilkan laba yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Perhitungan harga pokok penjualan di industri terdapat beberapa unsur yang harus diperhatikan, diantaranya adalah elemen-elemen pembentuk harga pokok produksi yaitu biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik. UMKM memiliki kontribusi atau peranan cukup besar, yaitu: perluasan kesempatan kerja dan penyerapan tenaga kerja, maka sudah menjadi keharusan untuk melakukan penguatan kelompok UMKM yang melibatkan banyak kelompok. Perkembangan jumlah UMKM dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. Perkembangan UMKM baru terlihat dari sisi jumlahnya saja. Secara umum, khususnya dalam aspek finansial, hanya sedikit UMKM yang mengalami perkembangan dalam hal kinerja keuangannya. Hal ini tak lepas dari ketidaksadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan merupakan proses sistematis untuk menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan bagi penggunanya

    Media sosial saat ini tidak hanya sekedar menjadi media promosi namun juga digunakan sebagai alat pemasaran interaktif, pelayanan, membangun komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan, serta sebagai alat untuk menjual dan membeli produk secara online. IKM menjadi roda penggerak ekonomi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat ekonomi menengah dan ekonomi bawah. Semakin meningkatnya jumlah IKM menjadikan pelakunya dituntut menerapkan berbagai macam strategi bisnis untuk dapat mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalankan. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya dengan manfaatkan teknologi, inovasi dan kreativitas. Permasalahan IKM khususnya yang ada di Provinsi Bali adalah pemasaran atau promosi produk bisnis yang kurang terhadap pengelolaan pemanfaatan sosial media dan pengembangan konten yang ada didalamnya. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada para IKM dengan membimbing membuat animasi dan konten kreatif yang dapat dijadikan sebagai teknik marketing atau promosi produk dengan memanfaatkan Sosial Media. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah ditemukannya permasalahan utama yang yang dialami oleh para IKM, yaitu penguasaan teknologi informasi dan sosial media yang belum memadai dan belum familiar dengan konten marketing di sosial media. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dalam pelatihan diberikan tips dan trik untuk membuat konten promosi yang menarik, yaitu: menampilkan informasi umum produk, menerapkan USP (Unique Selling Point), menampilkan fun fact, memberikan promo atau give away dan konten edukasi.Today's social media is not only a promotional medium but is also used as an interactive marketing tool, service, building communication with customers and prospective customers, as well as a tool to sell and buy products online. IKM is the driving force of the community's economy, especially the middle and lower economic communities. The increasing number of IKM makes the perpetrators required to implement various kinds of business strategies to be able to maintain the business they are running. Strategies that can be carried out include utilizing technology, innovation and creativity. The problem with SMEs, especially those in Bali Province, is the lack of marketing or promotion of business products in managing the use of social media and developing the content in it. This training is given to SMIs by guiding them to create animations and creative content that can be used as marketing techniques or product promotions by utilizing social media. The result of this training was the discovery of the main problems experienced by SMEs, namely the inadequate mastery of information technology and social media and not yet familiar with marketing content on social media. Based on these problems, tips and tricks were given in the training to create interesting promotional content, namely: displaying general product information, applying USP (Unique Selling Point), displaying fun facts, providing promos or give aways and educational content

    The learning process at theInstitute of Business and Technology Indonesia (INSTIKI) uses teaching materials in the form of slides, teaching materials and modules. All teaching materials used are PDF files which are copies of printed materials. Information cannot flow directly into the presentation of teaching materials and learning objectives cannot be achieved. The purpose of this research is to develop a Data Flow Diagram Design E-module to support the Information Systems Analysis and Design course. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&amp;D) method, which uses the stages of the ADDIE access model. This research was conducted in several stages, namely in the first stage, student needs analysis and curriculum analysis were carried out. The second step is design which defines the elements needed. The third phase is the product implementation phase according to the design. The fourth step is to implement the e-module using Flip Bookmaker. In the fifth phase, the implementation results are evaluated through group tests and the effectiveness of the product is verified. This E-module product will be tested by testing the level of student understanding, material test and media expert test

    The declining use of the Balinese language, especially among the younger generation, is something that the Bali Provincial Language Center needs to pay attention to immediately holding a language revitalization program. One of the activities in the regional language revitalization program is a photography training activity (motrek) for junior high school teachers which aims to revitalize language starting from the school realm, namely teachers and students. His hope in everyday life is not far from photography. The resulting photos can be given a description in Balinese, especially when uploading to social media. The training lasted for 4 days, attended by 75 State Middle School teachers. The training was filled with delivery of material, discussions, questions and answers and hands-on practice using each participant's cell phone. The results of the posttest showed an increase in understanding of the material by 48% from the results of the previous pretest.Pemakaian Bahasa Bali yang menurun terutama di kalangan generasi muda menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh Balai Bahasa Provinsi Bali untuk segera mengadakan program revitalisasi Bahasa. Salah satu kegiatan dalam program revitalisasi Bahasa Daerah adalah kegiatan pelatihan fotografi (motrek) untuk Guru SMP yang bertujuan agar revitalisasi bahasa dimulai dari ranah sekolah yaitu Guru dan Siswa. Harapannya di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak jauh dari fotografi,. Foto-foto yang dihasilkan dapat diberikan keterangan dalam Bahasa bali terutama saat menggunggah ke sosial media. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 4 hari, menghadirkan peserta sejumlah 75 Guru SMP Negeri. Pelatihan diisi dengan penyampaian materi, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung menggunakan ponsel peserta masing-masing. Hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman materi sebesar 48% dari hasil pretest sebelumnya
