    This article aims to identify the Analysis of the Relationship Between Work Stress and Work Environment with Turnover Intention through an analysis of literature reviews in the field of human resource management. The writing approach in this scientific article is to use qualitative methods and library research with the help of the latest references obtained from Google Schoolers and Mendeley citation searches. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between Work Stress and the Work Environment with Turnover Intention. Where, Work Stress and Work Environment have a positive effect on Turnover Intention in a company. Therefore, in keeping employees from making work transfer requests, the company needs to maintain the mental condition and work environment of employees so that it is more conducive

    This study aimed to verify the role of the psychological contract and Apprenticeship Participation and Turnover Intention for Ethnic Papuans. This research was used through two psychological contract approaches: transactional and relational. The hypothesis of this study is the role of psychological contracts and the participation of the Nemangkawi Mining Institute IPN apprenticeship on Turnover Intention for Ethnic Papuans; the involvement in this study amounted to 110 apprenticeship participations that have been placed in several contracting companies and the privatization of Mimika district, the measuring instrument used is the Turnover Intention scale, psychological contracts, and apprenticeship participation scale—multiple regression analysis as the processing of the data obtained.     Kualitas produk adalah kombinasi dari properti dan karakteristik yang menentukan sejauh mana output dapat memenuhi prasyarat kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Mengkaji buku-buku sastra yang sesuai dengan teori yang sedang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Strategis. Ini termasuk melihat artikel ilmiah yang dihormati dan artikel ilmiah yang kurang dihormati dari jurnal. Mendeley dan Google Scholar berfungsi sebagai sumber untuk semua artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan pembahasan pada artikel ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
