Taking advantage of potentials that are owned by surroundings has not yet the concern of many people despite their promising benefits, including those living in Tanah Datar Regency. It is a fact that Tanah Datar has so many economic potentials due to its tourism objects, its culture, and its cullinary tour. Unfortunately, those potensials have not been well used yet. One of the potentials that it has is its halal tourism for the foreigners, especially for those from Middle East because this area has Moslems as the majority of its population. Since English has been widely used as a means of communication in tourism world, taking advantage of halal tourism economic potential for the empowerment English Foreign Language Learners is a wise action. This paper, therefore, discussess the ways to take advantage of halal tourism economic potential for the empowerment EFL Learners.

Optimalisasi Kinerja Guru melalui Budaya Organisasi Dinamis dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional di SMPN 36 Sijunjung
This research aims to optimize teacher performance at SMPN 36 Sijunjung through the application of a dynamic organizational culture and transformational leadership style. The research method used is a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, document analysis and triangulation to ensure the validity of the data. The research results show that a dynamic organizational culture, which encourages innovation, collaboration and open communication, can increase teacher motivation and involvement in carrying out their duties. Apart from that, the transformational leadership implemented by the school principal, which involves inspiration, collaboration, motivation, knowledge updates and teacher empowerment, has a positive effect on improving teacher performance. Thus, the combination of dynamic organizational culture and transformational leadership has proven effective in optimizing teacher performance at SMPN 36 Sijunjung. This research provides an important contribution to the development of school management strategies in improving the quality of education

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bahwa organisasi adalah lebih utama dibanding pembaharuan yang hanya bersifat struktural, kerena dengan budaya organisasi menjadikan satu kesatuan pandangan yang menciptakan keseragaman berperilaku atau bertindak dan dapat pula dirasakan manfaatnya dalam kontribusi bagi efektivitas organisasi secara keseluruhan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian yang secara spesifik digunakan dalam penelitian. Alur kerja yang sederhana tidak perlu dibuat skema. This article aims to determine the implementation of the Madrasah head's leadership towards increasing teacher professionalism at MIN 2 Sawahlunto City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The data collection technique used is by examining or exploring several journals, books, and documents (printed or electronic) as well as other data sources that are considered relevant to this article. The findings of this article are based on eight principal leadership principles that can be applied to develop their madrasah. The principles in question consist of constructive, creative, participatory, cooperative, delegative, integrative, rational, pragmatic, exemplary, and adaptable and flexible. Where the madrasa head is responsible for fostering and forming professional teachers in order to build quality madrasas. Therefore, the leadership of the Madrasa head and teacher professionalism are two factors that influence each other
Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan UKS di SDN 19 Santur Kota Sawahlunto
This study aims to find out the strategy devised by the principal of SDN 19 Santur in compiling a UKS activity program, so that it can be useful for other schools in the city of Sawahlunto as well as in any regional schools in order to develop and implement this strategy in improving the UKS program in their respective schools. respectively, this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources were obtained from interviews with informants. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. SDN 19 Santur has a total of 196 students consisting of 84 male students and 112 female students.. There are 4 strategies drawn up by school principals in the UKS activity program including, firstly making policies according to school conditions, secondly establishing collaboration with school residents, school committees, and health centers, thirdly compiling the UKS program which will be implemented including the little doctor program, health education, health services, and healthy school environment development programs, and the fourth is to evaluate the activity programs that have been implemented
Studi Kasus Perilaku Organisasi Di MAN Kota Sawahlunto: Inovasi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Menyiapkan Siswa Untuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri
This research aims to describe a case study of organisational behaviour in MAN Kota Sawahlunto with a focus on the principal's innovation in preparing students to continue their education to public universities. The type of research used is explorative with a qualitative approach. Descriptive analytic method is used to describe and answer the problem of existing phenomena, both in single variables and correlation or comparison of various variables. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model technique consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, there are several innovations implemented by the head of MAN Sawahlunto, which include building a conducive academic environment, improving the quality of teaching, career guidance, and counselling. These innovations proved to be effective in helping students achieve their goal of continuing their education to public universities.
