    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep matematika melalui model pembelajaran Means-Ends Analysis (MEA) dengan mengontrol adversity quotient. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X MIPA SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain The Non Equivalen Posttest Only Control Group Design, melibatkan sampel sebanyak 68 orang peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran, variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini berupa pemahaman konsep matematika dan variabel kontrol adalah adversity quotient. Instrumen penelitian yaitu tes pemahaman konsep matematika dan kuesioner adversity quotient . Analisis data menggunakan t-test dan ANAKOVA satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika antara peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran MEA dengan yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, 2) bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika antara peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran MEA dengan yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional setelah dikontrol adversity quotien

    The purpose of this research is to know the effect of performance assessment approach and the the ability to think creatively to the study result of mathematics student class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh, and to know which assesssment approach is better used in obtaining better result of mathematics. In the implementation, in the experimental group is given treatment in the form of performance assessment and control group is given treatment in the form of conventional assessment. This research is categorized quasi experiment with the design of Treatment by Level.The population in this research is all the students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh which consist of 346 people.The study sample involved as many as 78 people in the experimental class and 77 people in the control class. Samples were taken randomly with multistage random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is the test for result of mathematic and the ability to think creatively. In this research data analysis using analysis of variance test (ANAVA) Two Path and further test that is Tukey test. The result of this study show there is the differences result of mathematics between students who were assessed using performance assessment with students assessed using conventional assessment. Further interaction between the assessment form and the level of the ability to think creatively toward the the result of mathematic. For learners who have high creative thinking ability more suitable given the performance assessment, while learners who have low creative thinking ability more suitable given conventional assessment

    This study aims to determine the level of student learning difficulties in the Introduction to Basic Mathematics courses in the mathematics education study program FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Bali. This type of research is based on the formulation of research problems, so this study is categorized into descriptive research types. This is intended to manage the data obtained from respondents based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers. The research subjects were mathematics education study program students who had completed the subjects of introductory to basic mathematics in this case were students of the 2017 class. Based on the results and discussion it could be concluded that the level of difficulty of students in understanding the subjects of introductory to basic mathematics in the Mathematics Education Study Program of FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Bali was high

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK

    The main purpose of this research was to find out the presence of the influence of project based learning model against the interest learn and learning results mathematics on students  grade VIII Smp Dharma Wiweka Denpasar in the academic year of  2017/2018.           The type of research that was used was quasi eksperiment and the design of the research used the non equivalen posttest only control grup design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of Dharma Wiweka Denpasar junior high school by 9 classes involving 2 class samples taken by using simple random sampling technique. The nstrument of the research that was used to gather the data was questionnaire of interest learn and learning results mathematics. the next data was analyzed using the MANOVA test  with SPSS 23.0 for Windows test with score of Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.            The results of the analysis showed that : (1) there were differences in linterest learn between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA, (2) there were differences in the learning result mathematics between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA, and (3) there is a simultaneous difference of learning interest and learning results mathematics between the students that followed the learning model of  Project Based Learning with students  that followed  the conventional learning model of grade VIII at SMP Dharma Wiweka Denpasar. It could be seen from the result of the MANOVA.So there are an effect from the learning model of Project Based Learning contain towards the student’s mathematics learning interest and result
