    Kereta api commuterline ini biasa sering dipakai oleh masyarakat umum terutama disekitar daerah jabodetabek-banten, dari dulu hingga sekarang . Dengan kemajuan teknologi, PT. KAI terus-menerus memperbaiki konstruksi kereta dan  prosedur operasi perawatan kereta baik interior kereta maupun eksterior kereta.    Adapun cara observasi kepada petugas PUK stasiun kereta api cabang Parung setempat dan pengumpulan data-data spesifik lainnya berasal dari jurnal, makalah, dan buku pedoman panduan perkeretaapian di Indonesia.   Dengan ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi teknis pengembangan transportasi terutama kereta api, menunjukkan kelayakan transportasi di Indonesia. Tata lay out dan mesin kereta api commuterline yang sudah diperbarui sampai perubahan sistem-sistem standar operasi kerja dan juga standar operasi maintenance kereta mencakup penggunaan alat dan bahan yang safety dalam proses maintenance berlangsung.Kata-kata kunci : konstruksi kereta api, observasi kepada petugas PUK, standar operasi kerja

    RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR EVAPOTRANSPIRASI BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT)

    Transpirasi merupakan suatu proses pelepasan air yang disertai dengan pelepasan nutrisi mineral dari akar tanaman ke pucuk daun melalui proses fotosintesis. Transpirasi yang tinggi akan menyebabkan kekurangan air terutama di sekitar perakaran. Dengan demikian, transpirasi ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menyatakan status ketersediaan air pada tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun alat lysimeter berbasis IoT untuk mengukur evapotranspirasi aktual di lapangan dengan akurasi sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lysimeter berbasis IoT berfungsi dengan baik. Begitu pula dengan hasil evaluasi kinerja lysimeter menggunakan Back Propagation Artificial Neural Networks (BPANN) menunjukkan kinerja sangat baik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi R= 0,998343 dengan MSE= 0,00000019 pada tahap training, R= 0,9460054 dengan MSE= 0,0000119 pada tahap validation, dan R= 0,99996 dengan MSE= 0,0000693 tahap testing.Transpirasi merupakan suatu proses pelepasan air yang disertai dengan pelepasan nutrisi mineral dari akar tanaman  ke pucuk daun melalui proses fotosentesis.     Pemilihan Lampu Pada Sistem Pencahayaan Perpustakaan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy AHP

    Library is an important aspect that must exist in an educational institution because it is one source of knowledge and learning. Reading activities are the main activities carried out in the library, so the lighting aspect is one aspect that must be considered to create a good library environment. The selection of lamps as artificial light sources must be adjusted to the needs. The selection of lights can be done using the Multi Attribute Decission Making (MADM) method. One of the MADM methods used to analyze parameters and decision making criteria is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Fuzzy AHP method is the development of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which consists of matrix elements that are represented by fuzzy numbers. Although AHP can be used to handle quantitative and qualitative criteria in MADM, fuzzy AHP is considered able to describe vague decisions better than AHP. Besides that, Fuzzy AHP is also able to cover the subjectivity problem in AHP. In this study, the respondents are some people who are considered experts in providing judgments and decisions related to the process of selecting lights in the library. The party is the staff of the Household Section as the party in charge of administration regarding the procurement of goods in the Library, the BMN Managing staff of the electricity section as the party responsible technically about the electrical equipment in the Library and the Procurement Services Unit staff as the party responsible for procurement of goods. There are three alternative lighting brands used in this study, namely Philips, Hannoch and OSRAM. Three alternative lighting brands are used because they have a product with a lumen value that matches the lumen needs of each lamp in the Library. Based on the results of ranking using the fuzzy AHP method, it was found that the lamp chosen at priority one was Philips with a weight of 43%, priority two was OSRAM with a weight of 38%, and priority three was Hannoch with a weight of 18%.Perpustakaan merupakan aspek penting yang harus ada dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan karena merupakan salah satu sumber pengetahuan dan belajar. Aktivitas membaca merupakan kegiatan utama yang dilakukan di perpustakaan, sehingga aspek pencahayaan merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan perpustakaan yang baik. Pemilihan lampu sebagai sumber cahaya buatan harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Pemilihan lampu dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode Multi Atribute Decission Making (MADM). Salah satu metode MADM yang digunakan untuk menganalisis parameter dan kriteria pengambil keputusan yaitu Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Metode Fuzzy AHP merupakan pengembangan dari metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur matriks yang diwakili oleh bilangan fuzzy. Meskipun AHP bisa digunakan untuk menangani kriteria kuantitatif dan kualitatif pada MADM namun fuzzy AHP dianggap mampu mendeskripsikan keputusan yang samar dengan lebih baik dibandingkan AHP. Selain itu Fuzzy AHP juga mampu menutupi permasalahan subjektifitas pada AHP. Pada penelitian ini pihak yang menjadi responden yaitu beberapa orang yang dianggap ahli dalam memberikan penilaian maupun keputusan yang berhubungan dengan proses pemilihan lampu di perpustakaan. Pihak tersebut adalah Staff Bagian Rumah Tangga selaku pihak yang bertanggung jawab secara administrasi mengenai pengadaan barang di perpustakaan, staff Pengelola BMN bagian listrik selaku pihak yang bertanggung jawab secara teknis mengenai peralatan listrik yang ada di perpustakaan dan staff Unit Layanan Pengadaan selaku pihak yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pengadaan barang. Terdapat tiga alternatif merk lampu yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Philips, Hannoch dan OSRAM. Tiga alternatif merk lampu tersebut digunakan karena memiliki produk dengan nilai lumen yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lumen tiap lampu di Perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil perankingan menggunakan metode fuzzy AHP diperoleh hasil bahwa lampu yang terpilih pada prioritas satu  yaitu Philips dengan bobot sebesar 43%, prioritas dua yaitu OSRAM dengan bobot sebesar 38%, dan prioritas tiga yaitu Hannoch dengan bobot sebesar 18%

    This paper studies a facility location with single sourcing problem which simultaneously considering opening some new facilities or closing some existing facilities. This problem comes from the inefficiency of the distribution network because of its distribution process growth. One of the mainly caused is each customer zone, which consist of several demand points, served by more than one warehouses. This policy causes high delivery cost and also makes what called marketing conflict. The objectives of this problem solving is determining number, location and distribution coverage of warehouse that could minimizing total logistic cost. Total logistic cost consist of delivery cost from warehouse to customer zone, storage and operation cost at warehouse and transportation cost from plant to warehouse. The best solution is achieved using heuristic approach and optimized using integer linear programming by examining the best configuration network offering the least total logistic cost.
