    The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and the role of chaperones on satisfaction with the delivery of PKH assistance in Sidamulya village. For research sampling, researchers used the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and multiple linear regression tests.The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of  2,224 > the t-table value of 1,665. The Chaperone's Role variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. the results of the analysis are proven by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and a t-count value of 5,077 > a t-table value of 1,665. Variables Influence of Public Service Quality and Companion Role have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. 15.810 while the F table value is 3.97, it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.   &nbsp

    AbstrakBank sampah sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mengurangi sampah juga berfungsi menjadi upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat maka dari itu perlu adanya pengelolaan yang efektif dan kontribusi bank sampah terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: keefektifan pengelolaan dan kontribusi bank sampah secara parsial serta simultan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Bank Sampah Santun Asri Pesantunan dan variabel mana yang lebih banyak mendominasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah aktif dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner pada responden baik secara langsung maupun melalui online menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: 1) Keefektifan pengelolaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dengan nilai thitung 4,518 > 1,989 dan kontribusi bank sampah secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dengan nilai thitung 2,019 > 1989. 2) Keefektifan pengelolaan dan kontribusi bank sampah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji F sebesar 16,326. 3) Keefektifan pengelolaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dengan nilai Beta 0,441. Sosialisasi lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar jumlah nasabah meningkat.Kata Kunci: Keefektifan Pengelolaan, Kontribusi Bank Sampah, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Abstract Waste banks as one of the efforts to reduce waste also function as an effort to empower the community's economy, therefore there is a need for effective management and the contribution of waste banks to community economic empowerment. This study aims to find out: the effectiveness of the management and contribution of waste banks partially and simultaneously to the economic empowerment of the community in the Asri Pesantunan Santun Waste Bank and which variables dominate more. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were active customers with a total sample of 86 respondents. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to respondents either directly or via online using google form. The results of the study state that: 1) The effectiveness of management partially affects the economic empowerment of the community with a tcount of 4,518 > 1,989 and the contribution of the waste bank partially affects the economic empowerment of the community with a tcount of 2,019 > 1989. 2) The effectiveness of the management and contribution of the waste bank simultaneously This has an effect on the economic empowerment of the community, this is evidenced by the results of the F test of 16,326. 3) Management effectiveness is the most dominant variable with a Beta value of 0.441.     AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi dan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung maupun online kepada pengunjung Desa Wisata Hutan Mangrove Pandansari Brebes. Data tersebut selanjutnya akan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi analisis data statistic atau diolah dengan SPSS 22.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji F yaitu sebesar 15.548.dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05. Dalam uji t pada variabel harga tiket berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 2.690 > ttabel 1.660. Variabel Fasilitas juga berpengaruh secara sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 3.546 > ttabel 1.660. Dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar thitung 3.363 > ttabel 1.660.Kata Kunci : Harga Tiket, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pengunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ticket prices, facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The data will then be processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS 22.The results of this study state that the ticket price, facilities and service quality variables have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, this can be seen from the results of the F test, which is 15,548 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. In the t-test, the ticket price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is equal to tcount 2,690 > ttable 1.660. Facility variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely tcount 3,546 > ttable 1,660.     AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh harga dan daya tarik wisata di objek wisata mangrove pandansari kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Metode menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan hasil uji t yang menyatakan bahwa variabel, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Dengan nilai t-hitung harga sebesar 3,065> t-tabel 0,1660 dengan nilai signifikan 0,003<0,05 Dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung.
