    Decision making using multiple attribute has an advantage in determining alternative weight values. In determining to determine the condition of latrines declared healthy or unhealthy using six criteria, including: Knowledge, the number of people using latrines, Institutional Monitoring, Regulations, Cleanliness of Public Facilities, Community Behavior. In this study, to determine healthy latrines, community samples were used in Pringsewu District. The TOPSIS method is applied to determine the priority of unhealthy latrine conditions. The research aims to design a Decision Support System for the feasibility of latrines in public housing in Pringsewu District to realize Pringsewu Open Defecation Free. Testing results are combined with using web mobile to facilitate the Health Office in calculating weight values and following up on the results of calculations as an evaluation material for the service to prepare policy directives to achieve the goal of Open Defecation Free. From the Test Results the system describes the results of calculations and accurate research in accordance with the manual tests conducted. Which alternative 3 has the highest value than the other alternatives while alternative 4 has the lowest value

    Expert system is a computer system that resembles the ability in making decisions of an expert and is part of artificial intelligence, hence with it to detect the growth of watermelon plants not everyone can know the growth of watermelon plants without an expert. The purpose of making these systems and applications to design and build Expert System for Watermelon Plant Growth Based Detection that uses certainty factor for use by farmers and the community to know the growth of watermelon plants without having to ask directly to expert experts, which can be said that the calculation of certainty factor on the characteristics of watermelon disease has a confidence level of 99.70%, because in this case Certainty Factor commonly used for decision making in the face of uncertainty of an event. This app is designed by beginning with SDLC and use case.

    Kemiskinan salah satu masalah mendasar yang menjadi fokus pemerintah di negara manapun. Salah satu program pemerintah yang tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan penerima Raskin. penelitian ini adalah penentuan penerimaan beras miskin dengan menerapkan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ke dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk penerimaan pendataan beras raskin. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetakpan ialah seleksi pekerjaan, seleksi penghasilan, seleksi jumlah tanggungan,seleksi luas bangunan, seleksi kondisi rumah, seleksi sinetasi rumah, seleksi aliran listrik. Dari hasil nilai kriteria yang diperoleh maka V1 adalah pendataan matrik yangbaik dan memiliki predikat nilai 84 dengan rentan nilai sebagai berikut: 50 – 70 = Cukup, 71 – 82= Baik, 83 – 100= Terbaik.Kata kunci: Simple additive Weighting, raskin, system pendukung keputusan,criteria
