    Implementation of Green Hospital Service Nutrition through Knowledge and Training on Improving Work Ability

    Creating a green hospital environment is a variety of maintaining environmental cleanliness, water, electricity, and green nutrition. This study determines the implementation of green hospitals by creating the quality of nutrition provided through training and training to create sustainable employability at the Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Indonesia. This research method is quantitative, and the study uses 2 types of population, so that the authors conducted a cluster, the population this study were 27 Nutrition Installation officers using total sampling and 250 hospitalized patients in the last 3 months using simple random sampling and the final sample used was 180 with the solving formula. The results showed that the quality of nutrition services in hospitals was more supported by the increase in the work capacity of nutrition installation officers. The workability creates a high level of work awareness and responsibility, and the workability variable is a good intervening variable on the quality of nutritional services. Training needs to be improved in increasing knowledge for the sustainability of the green hospital at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital. The results of this study contributed to the lack of a green hospital concept regarding the role of knowledge and training in improving the quality of nutritional services. Different from other research is the ability to distinguish between knowledge and training in measuring the quality of nutrition services; knowledge is a form of understanding that requires stimulation, while training is a form of action that is carried out deliberately in achieving goals.     Creative and Innovative Power in the Development of Excellent HR Technopreneurship Model Through Triple Helix Synergy in Fisheries Sector SME in Labuhan Maringgai East Lampung

    Small business actors are the main key in regional economic growth. The existence of empowerment of small business sector actors will make business actors prosperous and the community will prosper. The fisheries sector is a potential business opportunity when it is empowered properly. Small fishery business actors in East Lampung Regency are still very far from the reach of technology. The purpose of this research is how to be able to realize creative and innovative power in the development of the Technopreneurship model of superior human resources through Triple Helix synergy. This research is a qualitative research by obtaining information from interviews with the main actors, namely business actors in the fisheries sector, the government and intellectuals who know about the scope of the problem, and information from secondary data, namely online media information. The results of the study show that collaboration is very necessary, the government plays an important role in mediating the provision of facilities and infrastructure for SMEs in the fisheries sector. The government bridges the training in terms of products, marketing and capital. Likewise with educators, although educators have not been maximal in providing initial education about using technology, so that as early as possible they have aroused interest in students and students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. Implication: the novelty model is formed from the collaboration of the government, business actors and educators. The synergy of educators, businessmen, and the government will create a circular pattern, namely: Manufacturing, Feasibility Analysis, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Resources, Marketing, Networking and Digital Product Development.     This study aims to find out the Ethics of Colonial Lecturers to understand Millennial students in communicating to be able to unite their perceptions, to find out Millennial Student Ethics hold and uphold custom and culture as a guideline in communicating or democracy critically in the education and community environment to create creative ideas in innovation, and to find out the Ethical Trade Off of Colonial Lecturers and Millennial Students in Critical Thinking to improve Communication and Teaching and Learning processes in the campus environment. This research was conducted through direct experience and observation in teaching. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and phenomenology. The main informants are 4 students and 2 lecturers. This research was conducted at Indonesia-Bali University of Technology campus. The research results obtained that through a personal approach and understanding, the character of millennial students and treating them as a friend, friend and even a child, from a lecturer, were able to make positive changes in the world of education. Because they feel valued and even given the opportunity to express their opinions and develop creative ideas, but within the boundaries of good ethics in accordance with eastern customs that we have.
