The effect of tensor interaction in splitting the energy levels of relativistic systems

In this paper we solve analytically Dirac equation for Eckart plus Hulthen potentials with Coulomb-like and Yukawa-like tensor interaction in the presence of Spin and Pseudo-spin Symmetry for any k number. The Parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used to obtain the energy Eigen-values and wave functions. We also discuss the energy Eigen-values and the Dirac spinors for the Eckart plus Hulthen potentials for the spin and pseudo-spin symmetry with PNU method. To show the accuracy of the present model, some numerical results are shown in both pseudo-spin and spin symmetry limits.Comment: 19 Pages, 13 Figures,6 Tabl

Two-Center Gaussian Potential Well for Studying Light Nucleus in Cluster Structure

The clustering phenomena are very important to determine structure of light nuclei and deformation of spherical shape is inevitable. Hence, we calculated the energy levels of two-center Gaussian potential well including spin-orbit coupling by solving the Schrödinger equation in the cylindrical coordinates. This model can predict the spin and parity of the light nuclei that have two identical cluster structures

This paper studies the relationship between emotional intelligence and its components, self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness and relationship-management, with managers’ innovative work behavior. The research statistical population includes 100 managers of private bank branches in the city of Tehran selected with the random sampling method. The research type is descriptive-correlation. The tool for data aggregation is comprised of two questionnaires of emotional intelligence by Bradberry and Greaves (2006) [Bradberry, T., & Greaves, J. (2006). The emotional intelligence quick book: Everything you need to know to put your EQ to work. Simon and Schuster.] and innovative work behavior based on the studies of Janssen (2000) [Janssen, O. (2000). Job demands, perceptions of effort‐reward fairness and innovative work behaviour. Journal of Occupational and organizational psychology, 73(3), 287-302.]. The Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis have been used for data analysis. The results indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its components with innovative work behavior of managers. In addition, regression analysis showed that the self-management variable had the highest effect in estimating the managers’ innovative work behavior followed by relationship-management, self-awareness and social-awareness

Purpose – To investigate the impact of salesperson features factors on of subway passengers Design/methodology/approach – Based on Belk’s framework on situational factors in a sales situation, the study employed a dataset of subway station in Iran (Tehran city) and regression for analysis. Findings – It is found that, whether in the individual sample, two main factors considered significantly affected shoppers’ purchases of food or non-food products. However, situational influences on purchases varied according to the types of products bought. More importantly, the findings on the impact of some factors were consistent across three or two samples, suggesting that their external validity may be extended to certain conditions. Research limitations/implications – The study had a limitation in the selection of the stations where the interviews were conducted, so some of the findings may be station-specific rather than representative of the general population of shoppers in the nations or regions. Practical implications – The information disclosed here may help the practitioners to better understand shoppers’ (especially Chinese shoppers’) behaviour in malls and, as a consequence, to undertake more efficient marketing strategies in malls (especially in the malls in China). Originality/value – The distinguished feature of this paper is that it simultaneously examined the impacts of 2 main factors on subway passengers purchase decisions. Keywords :Buying behavior, product features ,salesperson feature

Today many companies are spending significant dollars to develop relationships with their customers. CRM, one-to-one marketing and increased communications are but a few of the strategies companies are using to secure and retain customers. Another approach is to gain customers and their loyalty by providing them value beyond the intrinsic value of their product or service through Customer Clubs, customer club is a marketing way that cause the absorb and retention more customer for their companies. In this article, we investigate and prioritizing the factors that effect the member of customer club to be more loyal, so, we had interview with 32 manager in saderat bank and ask them to prioritizing the important factor that derived from the model, that effect customer retention in customer club. We use Freidman test for prioritizing the factors. And we use regression test for testing the analyses the data, and finding show that all of the hypothesis be accepted
