In this research,we focused on the situation that there are many students who don'tlikemathematics and learning mathematics in senior high schooIs.For this situation,we introduced computers in the lesson where students learn the senior high school mathematics such as the topic of an exponential function. Usually, similar researches are implemented for a short time or a single lesson, but in this research, students learned mathematics using computers for two months. Students are in their second year majoring in liberal arts at the highschoolin 2000.We use the research methods which are observation by the teacher, the questionnaire which we made, students'journals and regular test scores. As a result,we can find these points as follows; -when a teacher or ganizes a lesson where he stresses students usefulness and value of applying mathematics in everyday life, they appear to be interested in mathematics and to be able to make use of computers to some extent. -some students were positive in attituds toward studying mathematics. -negative attitude toward learning mathematics are very fixed instudents' mind, and there are some students who show a little effect of the various practices and there are a few students who aren't interested in mathematics. -many studentsadmit the usefulness and value regarding making use of computers. On the otherhand, there are some students who say that it is difficult to operate computers, and they can't understand the process of calculation, and what kind of a test is given, and so on. -there remain some old typed students, comparatively in large number for female ones, though there are almost quick learners who make use of computers

学校間及び学校内比較の結果、perspective(考え方・見方)、endurance(忍耐)、creativity(創造性、独創性)、challenge(挑戦、努力)といった事柄に対する意識が高いほど、実際上の学力も高いということがわかった。さらに、数学に苦手意識をもっている生徒ほど、グループで学習したいと考えており、先生にはめられるとうれしいと感じていること、家庭学習の時間が極端に不足していることなどがわかった

Satb1 regulates the effector program of encephalitogenic tissue Th17 cells in chronic inflammation.

The genome organizer, special AT-rich sequence-binding protein-1 (Satb1), plays a pivotal role in the regulation of global gene networks in a cell type-dependent manner and is indispensable for the development of multiple cell types, including mature CD4+ T, CD8+ T, and Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in the thymus. However, it remains unknown how the differentiation and effector program of the Th subsets in the periphery are regulated by Satb1. Here, we demonstrate that Satb1 differentially regulates gene expression profiles in non-pathogenic and pathogenic Th17 cells and promotes the pathogenic effector program of encephalitogenic Th17 cells by regulating GM-CSF via Bhlhe40 and inhibiting PD-1 expression. However, Satb1 is dispensable for the differentiation and non-pathogenic functions of Th17 cells. These results indicate that Satb1 regulates the specific gene expression and function of effector Th17 cells in tissue inflammation
