URBAN FARMING DI RW 07 KELURAHAN BUNULREJO, KECAMATAN BLIMBING, KOTA MALANG
Alasan yang melatar belakangi pemilihan subyek dampingan Perencanaan Urban Farming di Kelurahan Bunulrejo, Kecamatan Blimbing, kota Malang berupa penataan area Taman Markisa di RW 07 adalah: pertama, adanya potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai tempat pembudidayaaan, rekreasi anak, dan urban farming lingkungan; dan kedua, perlunya wadah untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dengan peningkatan produktifitas lahan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan edukatif. Output pertama kegiatan, menghasilkan konsep budidaya kembang telang dalam perspektif nilai-nilai Islami pada perencanaan urban farming di kelurahan bunulrejo kecamatan Blimbing kota Malang. Output kedua kegiatan menghasilkan desain perencanaan urban farming untuk kegiatan budidaya kembang telang dalam perspektif nilai-nilai Islami di kelurahan bunulrejo kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang
Reliability Assessment Analysis of Gunung Harta Building in Malang City
Undang-undang Regarding buildings in Indonesia it has
been approved and elaborated in detail within. Undang-Undang No.28 Tahun 2002 tentang Bangunan Gedung. This regulation needs to be implemented in the Local Regulations of all cities and districts across Indonesia. Presently, numerous occurrences persist wherein building structures suffer partial or complete collapse due to natural calamities like strong winds, earthquakes, landslides, alterations in
functionality, and similar factors stemming from structural
deficiencies. It is crucial to conduct reliability checks on both multistory
and single-story buildings. This study emphasizes the
assessment of building reliability, encompassing five aspects: architectural, structural, utility, accessibility, and building and environmental layout. Evaluation will be based on the relevant functional weights assigned to each of these assessment aspects. In general, the methods employed in this research involve visual observation assessment, while for the utility aspect, document study methods will be used additionally. The reliability of each aspect will
be classified according to predefined criteria. Subsequently, a qualitative analysis will be conducted by evaluating each aspect. Comprehensive reliability assessment will be carried out, taking into account relevant functional weights. The building can be classified as reliable, less reliable, or unreliable based on the established reliability classification. Additionally, it will be determined whether
the building is suitable for use or not based on the assessments conducted on the building Gunung Harta in Kota Malang

The assessment of the conversion of the Indomaret Building on Bondowoso Street, Malang City with building reliability
Building conversion involves repurposing old buildings to align with current environmental needs and development standards. Given the complete transformation from the original building typology, a resolution of the building reliability. Building reliability denotes the ability of a building to fulfil its functions effectively and sustainably. However, many buildings are found in unreliable conditions. Thus, the objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of achieving reliable building conversion. The methodology involves field inspection and data collection using qualitative methods and visual observation to assess the physical condition of the building. Several aspects are considered in this assessment, including architectural, structural, utility, accessibility,building planning, and environmental aspects. These aspects serve as parameters to determine the suitability of the building. In the assessment section, the building is categorised as reliable if it scores over 95%, indicating its suitability for operation in compliance with regulations and plans
Religious tolerance, cultural, local wisdom and reliability in the Great Mosque building of Mataram Kotagede Yogyakarta
This study assesses the level of user importance to the building components of the Great Mosque of Mataram Kotagede Yogyakarta. The building components are the excellence and reliability of the mosque as a cultural and religious heritage in Indonesia. This research uses the qualitative and quantitative method. The qualitative method was conducted with contextual and conceptual studies on the comparative history of the Great Mosque of Mataram Kotagede. The quantitative method collected respondent perceptions using questionnaire. The results generate ten building components that the highest important component is the aesthetics appearance of the building, while the least important component is the tomb area. Other components consist of the ornaments and building elements, outdoor circulation, indoor circulation, landscapes and parks, the wall surrounding the mosque and its area, mosque furniture, ablution facilities and lavatories, and access from the mosque area to surrounding areas. The conservation maintains the sustainability of the physical and non-physical aspects of the mosque building. The physical aspects include aesthetics and reliability of building, while the non-physical aspects consist of historical values, heritage, symbols, socio-culture, local wisdom and religious tolerance
