3callMakeDistorted_SA.m
This script lets you state your optical system design parameters, and calls the function makedistorted to generate the final MFG pattern.
This script that takes as input a binary grating function that can be a binary grating function or one lithography layer of a multi-level grating function. Both binary and multi-level grating functions can be generated using the pixelflipper
Data 1
Raw MFM movie of CCaMP in two clusters of sensory neurons in C. elegans imaged in a microfluidic chip with a 60x silicon oil NA=1.3 objective. Sensory stimulation (benzaldehyde odor) starts around frame 100 (t=30 s) and ends around frame 200 (t=60 s). Successive focal planes are separated by 2 microns and lateral FOV in each plane is around 40x40 microns
makeDistorted_SA.m
This code is called by callmakedistorted and generates the MFG by applying an aberrationfree refocusing function based on the parameters for the optical system (such as NA and wavelength) provided in the callmakedistorted script
2maskLevelExtractor_SA.m
This code takes an eight-level grating function and splits it up into three binary lithography mask layers. It can be modified to handle other numbers of levels grating functions
