    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ 45 yang Listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif  dengan menggunakan Metode porpusive sampling untuk menentukan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan 45 perusahaan LQ45 sebagai populasi dan terdapat 24 sampel perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019. Data ini diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap kebijakn dividen, namun secara parsial hanya profitabilitas yang berpengaruh signifika

    This study is aimed at investigating the effect organizational environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment on PT Wahyu Daya Mandiri employes. The exploratory study to investigation to find out and explain the influence of variables aimed at testing the theory or hypothesis. The analytical tools using Smart-PLS 3.2.8 and the research method used is quantitative of path analysis. The sample in this study was taken 34 and used saturated or census sampling, which is PT Wahyu Daya Mandiri employes request to respond to the questionnaire. The results show that organizational culture, organizational climate have a positive significant impact on job satisfaction in PT Wahyu Daya Mandiri and organization culture, job satisfaction have a positive significant on organizational commitment

    This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, compensation suitability, internal control, motivation, organizational culture and information asymmetry on the potential for fraud in village funds (study in all villages in Kudus Regency). The population in this study were all village officials in all villages in Kudus Regency. The method used is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 117 respondents from 57 villages. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents by setting certain criteria. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24. The results show that the variables of accountability, internal control and information asymmetry have a positive effect on the potential for fraud in village funds. The variables of compensation suitability, motivation and organizational culture have no effect on the potential for fraud in village funds

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji minat bagi kalangan investor muda yaitu mahasiswa muslim dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Kajian ini berlandaskan theory of planned behavior yang menjelaskan hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku seseorang dengan konstruk attitude toward behavior, subjective norm dan perceived behavior control. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulungagung pada semester 5. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan di dapatkan sebanyak 84 responden. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang diolah memakai Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa attitude toward behavior, subjective norm dan perceived behavior control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan akan minat berinvestasi saham syariah di pasar modal syariah. Motivasi yang kuat di kalangan investor muda ini karena adanya pemahaman, pengetahuan, manfaat dalam berinvestasi.

    Abstract:This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using primary data collected by survey techniques. The respondents of this study were 56 employees in the Regional Research and Development Agency of the Kutai Kartanegara. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of organizational culture on employee performance, organizational culture on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results also show that organizational commitment acts as a partial mediator of the organizational culture's relationship to employee performance.     At the beginning of 2020, all countries in the world were hit by the Covid-19 Virus pandemic. This pandemic has prompted the government and numerous business sectors to adjust in carrying out their business activities. One sector that has experienced massive changes in this adjustment is the education sector in Indonesia. This research was conducted to find out how the impact of distance learning policies carried out by the government on student interest in continuing their education. The model used in this study is a confirmation expectation model. There are 240 respondents obtained in this study who are students of the Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan who actively use the Open Learning platform. The results of this study indicate that there are some variables that significantly affect student interest in continuing distance learning (PJJ) through the Open Learning platform

    This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Non-Financial Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling using the Saturated Sampling (census) technique. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested with data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. All these tests were carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 26 for Windows program. The results showed that non-financial motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana
