Impacto pandêmico no ambiente de trabalho e vida docente feminina

The aim was to understand the main changes in the work environment and teaching life in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Study with a qualitative approach, developed in a higher education institution located in the northwest of Paraná, with women belonging to the faculty of undergraduate courses in health and biological sciences. Data collection was carried out through intensive interviews until theoretical saturation, with the aid of virtual tools, use of MaxqdaPlus software version 2020 and through Bardin's content analysis, the results were verified through the elaboration of a word cloud and subsequent emergence of categories. With a total of 20 people interviewed, it was evident that the work routine and its needs for acquisitions and adaptations in the female context sometimes affected relationships, psychology and productivity. However, it was evident that positive aspects were obtained from technologies, acquisition of skills and abilities, and lower risk and locomotive expense. The pandemic led to changes in work conformity, in the teacher-student relationship, and the need to adapt, sometimes causing discouragement and insecurity. However, the need for in-depth research on the teaching psychology in the post-pandemic period is revealed.Objetivou-se compreender as principais alterações no que emergem o ambiente de trabalho e vida docente com o contexto da Pandemia COVID-19. Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvido em uma instituição de ensino superior localizada no noroeste do Paraná, com mulheres pertencentes ao corpo docente dos cursos de graduação em saúde e ciências biológicas. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas intensivas até saturação teórica, com auxílio de ferramentas virtuais, utilização de software MaxqdaPlus versão 2020 e por meio da análise de conteúdo de Bardin, os resultados foram verificados por meio da elaboração de nuvem de palavras e subsequente emersão das categorias. Totalizando em 20 pessoas entrevistadas, evidenciou-se que a rotina de trabalho e suas necessidades de aquisições e adaptações no contexto feminino por vezes afetou as relações, o psicológico e a produtividade. Porém foi evidente que se obteve aspectos positivos advindo das tecnologias, aquisição de competências e habilidades, e menor risco e gasto locomotivo. A pandemia levou a mudanças na conformidade de trabalho, na relação professor-aluno, e a necessidade de adaptação ocasionando por vezes em desânimo e insegurança. Contudo revela-se a necessidade de pesquisas aprofundadas quanto ao psicológico docente no pós-pandemia

A assistência de enfermagem diante à uma reanimação cardiopulmonar no âmbito pré-hospitalar

The aim was to identify in the literature the performance of the nurse and the actions performed to direct a cardiorespiratory arrest in the extra-hospital environment. Integrative review, carried out through the survey of scientific data from the last 10 years, through PubMed databases and the Virtual Health Library portal. Original articles in English, Portuguese and Spanish referring to the period from 2012 to 2021 were selected. First, the titles and abstracts were read, and then recruitment of journals that responded to the research intention so that they were analyzed in full. The research complied with the ethical aspects of Resolution CNS n.º 466/12. In view of the evaluation of those selected, the fragmentation into three categories was clarified, namely: performing care in different locations, using the criteria for completing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and identifying the needs for adequate patient care. Presenting scientific knowledge and having autonomy in the face of cardiopulmonary resuscitation favors adequate assistance, regardless of the location where the procedure is performed, and reduces impasses in the handling of human and material resources.Objetivou-se identificar na literatura a atuação do enfermeiro e as ações desempenhadas para o direcionamento de uma parada cardiorrespiratória no ambiente extra-hospitalar. Revisão integrativa, realizada através do levantamento de dados científicos dos últimos 10 anos, por meio das bases PubMed e o portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Foram selecionados artigos originais na língua inglesa, portuguesa e espanhola referente ao período de 2012 a 2021. Primeiramente, foram lidos os títulos e resumos, e em seguida, recrutamento dos periódicos que respondiam a intenção da pesquisa para que fossem analisados na íntegra. Contexto atual diante ao processo de doação de órgãos e seus impasses com a pandemia de COVID-19

The aim was to identify in the literature the impact of the pandemic on organ donation concerning waiting time and reduction in donors. Integrative review, carried out by collecting scientific data from the last 2 and a half years, through the PubMed databases and the Virtual Health Library Portal. Original articles were selected in English, Portuguese, and Spanish from 2019 to June 2022. First, the titles and abstracts were read, and then, articles that responded to the research intention were recruited so that the analysis could be carried out in full. Given the evaluation of those selected, the fragmentation into three categories is clarified, namely: Justifying the decline in the incidence of donors during the COVID-19 pandemic, family consent in the donation process, and identifying the sociodemographic profile of donors and recipients of organs. Scientific knowledge was presented, understanding organ donation during and after the pandemic, is a vital issue that needs to be carefully addressed.Objetivou-se identificar na literatura o impacto da pandemia na doação de órgãos em relação ao tempo de espera e diminuição de doadores. Revisão integrativa, realizada através do levantamento de dados científicos dos últimos 2 anos e meio, por meio das bases PubMed e o Portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Foram selecionados artigos originais na língua inglesa, portuguesa e espanhola referente ao período de 2019 a junho de 2022. Primeiramente, foram lidos os títulos e resumos, e em seguida, recrutando os artigos que respondiam a intenção da pesquisa para que se realizasse a análise na íntegra. Diante à avaliação dos selecionados, esclarece-se a fragmentação em três categorias, sendo: Justificando o declínio na incidência de doadores durante a pandemia de COVID-19, consentimento da família no processo de doação, e identificando o perfil sociodemográfico dos doadores e receptores de órgãos. Apresentou-se conhecimentos científicos, compreendendo sobre a doação de órgãos durante e após a pandemia, sendo uma questão vital que precisa ser cuidadosamente abordada

Fatores que influenciam os pacientes na adesão ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial sistêmica

The aim was to investigate factors that influence patients' adherence or non-adherence to SAH treatment. This is an integrative review, in which the following databases were used to search for articles: SciELO, LILACS, and the PubMed platform over 5 years (2018 - 2022). The main factors that contribute to adherence to systemic arterial hypertension treatment are socioeconomic and clinical issues, family support, education, and social issues. Factors for non-adherence include low education, inadequate diet, high quantities of medications, and difficulty accessing medications. Nurses have the fundamental role of promoting continuous education, in addition to providing both physical and psychological assistance. It is concluded that the appropriate factors must be taken into consideration during periodic consultations, in addition to the fact that education is essential for awareness work and thus improves the quality of life of these patients.Objetivou-se investigar fatores que influenciam os pacientes na adesão ou não ao tratamento da HAS. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, aos quais, para a busca dos artigos foram utilizadas as bases de dados: SciELO, LILACS e a plataforma PubMed em um período de 5 anos (2018 - 2022). Os principais fatores que contribui para adesão ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial sistêmica são: questões socioeconômicas e clínicas, o apoio familiar, escolaridade e questões sociais. Já sobre os fatores para a não adesão incluem: baixa escolaridade, dieta inadequada, altas quantidades de medicamentos e dificuldade de acesso aos medicamentos. O enfermeiro tem o papel fundamental de promover a educação contínua, além de prestar a assistência tanto física, quanto psicológica. Conclui-se que os devidos fatores devem ser levados em consideração nas consultas periódicas além de ser fundamental a educação para o trabalho de conscientização e assim melhorar a qualidade de vida desses pacientes

Saúde sexual e o autocuidado entre jovens e adolescentes

The aim was to analyze in the literature the factors inherent to the process of information about sexual orientation for young people and adolescents. Integrative literature review, carried out using the Virtual Health Library and PubMed scientific databases, from 2012 to 2022, using the Boolean operator “AND”. Complete, free and original articles were included. After the findings, the final selection of six articles was made. After the analysis, three categories were divided, the first identifying the relationship between gender and the search for knowledge, the second comprising the search for knowledge and easy access to unsafe information, and the third identifying the unpreparedness of parents to their children about sex education. It found the difficulty that parents have in exposing the theme of sexuality with their children, denoting shyness and inflexibility. On the other hand, the children feel the need to pass on information, and often end up seeking it with inconsistent sources. Having seen, guidance on sex education within the family and in other aspects is necessary in order to overcome the challenges encountered in this study.Objetivou-se analisar na literatura os fatores inerentes ao processo de informação sobre orientação sexual para jovens e adolescentes. Revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada através das bases de dados científicos Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde e PubMed, no período de 2012 á 2022, utilizando-se do operador booleano “AND”. Foram inclusos artigos completos, gratuitos e originais. Após os achados, deu-se à seleção final de seis artigos. Posterior á análise ocorreu a divisão de três categorias, sendo a primeira, identificando a relação entre gênero e a busca por conhecimento, a segunda, compreendendo a procura por conhecimento e o acesso facilitado com informação não segura e a terceira, identificando o despreparo dos pais para com os filhos acerca da educação sexual. Constatou a dificuldade que os pais apresentam em expor a temática sexualidade com seus filhos, denotando timidez e inflexibilidade. Em contrapartida, os filhos sentem a necessidade do repasse de informações, e por muitas vezes, acabam buscando com fontes inconsistentes. Tendo visto, a orientação sobre a educação sexual no âmbito familiar e em outros aspectos se faz necessária, a fim de superar os desafios encontrados nesse estudo

NEOTROPICAL ALIEN MAMMALS: a data set of occurrence and abundance of alien mammals in the Neotropics

Biological invasion is one of the main threats to native biodiversity. For a species to become invasive, it must be voluntarily or involuntarily introduced by humans into a nonnative habitat. Mammals were among first taxa to be introduced worldwide for game, meat, and labor, yet the number of species introduced in the Neotropics remains unknown. In this data set, we make available occurrence and abundance data on mammal species that (1) transposed a geographical barrier and (2) were voluntarily or involuntarily introduced by humans into the Neotropics. Our data set is composed of 73,738 historical and current georeferenced records on alien mammal species of which around 96% correspond to occurrence data on 77 species belonging to eight orders and 26 families. Data cover 26 continental countries in the Neotropics, ranging from Mexico and its frontier regions (southern Florida and coastal-central Florida in the southeast United States) to Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, and Uruguay, and the 13 countries of Caribbean islands. Our data set also includes neotropical species (e.g., Callithrix sp., Myocastor coypus, Nasua nasua) considered alien in particular areas of Neotropics. The most numerous species in terms of records are from Bos sp. (n = 37,782), Sus scrofa (n = 6,730), and Canis familiaris (n = 10,084); 17 species were represented by only one record (e.g., Syncerus caffer, Cervus timorensis, Cervus unicolor, Canis latrans). Primates have the highest number of species in the data set (n = 20 species), partly because of uncertainties regarding taxonomic identification of the genera Callithrix, which includes the species Callithrix aurita, Callithrix flaviceps, Callithrix geoffroyi, Callithrix jacchus, Callithrix kuhlii, Callithrix penicillata, and their hybrids. This unique data set will be a valuable source of information on invasion risk assessments, biodiversity redistribution and conservation-related research. There are no copyright restrictions.
