Referencias sobre los vascones que aparecen en libros hasta el año 810 d.C. Las primeras noticias se dan en el libro 91 de Livio. Se mencionan todas las referencias para hacer un examen cronológico. Parece ser que habitaban el Ebro superior entre Calahorra y Logroño aunque también llegaron al mar.
