The researched and found field materials - tapestries were applied to new models of fashion and other areas that were the subject of research. The old tapestry was also used on old wooden chairs as a cushion. The tapestries found application in architecture in conveying the image of the tapestries on the facade of a building

Composite materials based on e-glass woven textile structures as reinforcement

Textile composites are materials composed of two basic elements, one which is called a matrix or basic material, which is a continuous phase and the other element or component i.e. reinforcement (textile preforms), often referred as dispersed phase. Textile preforms are diff erent textile structures made by using traditional textile processes such as weaving, knitting, braiding, stitching, etc. Textile preforms not only play a key role in the transformation of fi ber properties into complex composite performance, but also aff ect the easy or diffi cult infi ltration of matrix and consolidation. In this paper three diff erent types of two dimensional E-glass woven structures as reinforcement for composite materials are discussed. The tensile strength and elongation of E-glass fabrics in the longitudinal and transverse directions was experimentally determined according to the standard ASTM D 5035. Characterization of the structure of woven textile materials i.e. the way of interlacing of warp and weft with binocular microscope was also made. The structural characteristics of the fabrics have a major infl uence on the physical and mechanical properties of the fabrics and their performance in the fi nal composite. They are usually determined by the yarns from which they are made, as well from the process parameters of the weaving machines. Mechanical characterization of glass fabric / epoxy composites

Textile composite materials present a class of advanced materials reinforced with textile preforms used for primary structural applications. Using the unique combination of light weight, elasticity, strength and toughness, the textile structures have long been recognized as an attractive reinforcement component for production of different types of composite materials for various applications. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of different types of two - dimensional textile structure as a reinforcing component on mechanical properties of composite materials. For that purpose, E-glass fabric/epoxy resin prepress have been fabricated by using the hand lay-up technique and used in the production of laminated composite samples with help of compression technology. Flexural properties of manufactured samples were determined with help of three-point bending test in accordance with the procedure described in the standard EN ISO 14125. Comparison between results of specimens manufactured at same technological parameters, but from textile fabric with different weave pattern shown that all samples tested at MD direction had performed better flexural properties in comparison to the samples tested at CD direction

Меѓународен фестивал на Власите „Традицијата и културата обединуваат“

Фестивал во кои се интегрирани повеќе содржини меѓу кои доминантни се културата и традицијата, во кои се дадени можности за истражување на традиционалниот текстил кои се изработувал во државите на Балканот, а кои како уметнички симболи чуваат инкорпорирани податоци за текстилното творење во Северна Македонија, Србија, Грција и Романија, а кои меѓусебно се поврзани преку материјалната и духовната култура на овие простори. Истражувањето на традицијата преку прибирање на податоци од материјалното создавање на традиционалните носии и зачувувањето на таквото богатство ги обелоденува нивните вредности кои укажуваат на постоењето на овие народи и култури на овие простори. Овие маркатни симболи и денес ги овековечуваат текстилните богатства создавани на овие простори. Преку овој меѓународен фестивал се откриваат етнолошкото, духовното и фолклорното богатство преку разновидноста и другите карактеристики присутни во целата содржина на фестивалот, а посебно народните носии кои го бележат овој регион. Па така секоја држава учесничка ги има своите специфики во народната носија, обичаите и фолклорот. Во претходниот период, со прибирање на етнолошки материјал, фрагменти од носии и народни носии во целост, се истражени голем број на носии и се поставени во изложбата која е дел од овој фестивал. Со тоа овој фонд за изложба на традиционални влашки носии прилично се збогати и даде особен придонес кон целиот фестивал, покрај другите држави учесници. Работилница за изработки на традиционални носии која се одржа во рамките на фестивалот на која се изработени 20 носии
