    Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento para fortalecer el clima organizacional en la dirección de impuestos y aduanas nacionales – dirección seccional de aduanas de Cartagena

    El presente proyecto de grado, tiene como fin principal fomentar el fortalecimiento del clima organizacional en la DIAN- Seccional de Aduanas de Cartagena mediante la propuesta de un plan de mejoramiento, cuyas estrategias permitan la generación de acciones que aporten a corregir, mejorar y mantener las condiciones que enmarcan el proceso o gestión de comunicación interna y ofrecer unos lineamientos que permitan a la Entidad dar solución los inconvenientes referentes al clima laboral para con sus empleados. Para ello se emanó a realizar el estudio de la acción problemática que yace en la Entidad, analizando situaciones puntuales, así como acciones que conllevan a no tener un clima laboral agradable. La investigación se efectuó en 5 Capítulos: los 4 primeros enfocados en el análisis y la descripción del problema, la situación problema, objetivos e importancia, el marco referencial, antecedentes de la investigación, la metodología del diagnóstico y la elaboración de 186 encuestas realizadas a la muestra seleccionada. Los resultados de estas encuestas se tabularon generando la información requerida y así obtener las bases necesarias para la elaboración de un plan de mejoramiento, cumpliendo con los objetivos del estudio. Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre el estudio, alcanzando el objetivo de la investigaciónThe present thesis of degree, it has as principal end promote the strengthening of the work climate in DIAN-Sectional Direction of Customs of Cartagena by means of the creation of a plan of improvement, which strategies the generation of actions allow to reach to correcting, to improve and support the conditions that frame the process or management of communication hospitalizes, and to offer a few limits that allow the Entity to solve the disadvantages relating to the labor climate for with his workers. For it, one came to realizing the study of the problematic action that lies in the Entity, analyzing punctual situations, as well as actions that incite not to have a labor agreeable climate. The investigation was affected in 5 Chapters, the 4 first ones focused of in an analysis of the description of the problem, the situation problem, aims and importance, the referential frame and the precedents of the investigation, the methodology of the diagnosis and the production of 186 surveys realized to the selected sample. The results of these surveys, they were tabulated generating the necessary information to obtain the bases necessary for the production of a plan of improvement, expiring with the aims of the study. Finally, they present the conclusions on the study, reaching the aim of the investigation

    The main aim of this international consensus document on obstructive sleep apnea is to provide guidelines based on a critical analysis of the latest literature to help health professionals make the best decisions in the care of adult patients with this disease. The expert working group was formed primarily of 17 scientific societies and 56 specialists from a wide geographical area (including the participation of 4 international societies), an expert in methodology, and a documentalist from the Iberoamerican Cochrane Center. The document consists of a main section containing the most significant innovations and a series of online manuscripts that report the systematic literature searches performed for each section of the international consensus document. This document does not discuss pediatric patients or the management of patients receiving chronic non-invasive mechanical ventilation (these topics will be addressed in separate consensus documents)
