PENGARUH FRAUD PENTAGON TERHADAP PERILAKU KECURANGAN AKADEMIK

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the fraud pentagon on academic fraud behavior. Collecting data in this study was carried out with a quantitative type of research by distributing questionnaires to 100 (one hundred) students. The data analysis method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the fraud pentagon had a positive and significant effect on academic fraud behavior. Partially there is a positive and significant effect of pressure on academic cheating behavior, there is an insignificant effect of opportunity on academic cheating behavior, there is an insignificant effect of rationalization on academic cheating behavior, there is a positive and significant effect on the ability of academic cheating behavior and there is positive and significant influence of ethics on academic deficiency behavior

Analysis of Sales Strategy Factors Against Consumer Purchase Interest in Buying Motorbike: Empirical Study on Sinar Baru Dealer Pamekasan

The purpose of this study was to determine the sales strategy which consists of determining targets, serving and selling simultaneously influencing consumer buying interest in buying motorbikes at the new Sinar pamekasan dealer. To find out which factor has the most dominant influence on consumer buying interest at the new Sinar Baaru dealer in Pamekasan. This study uses a quantitative method, using multiple linear regression equation techniques, and the population in this study are all consumers who are making purchases at a new ray dealer in pamekasan, so from that the population in the pamekasan new ray dealer is not counted or unlimited. The sample used in this study is random sampling, which is 100 respondents are needed within 4 days, but if within 4 days the respondent is still less than the target, the researcher will ask for more time to reach the targeted number of respondents. In the calculation of the analysis using SPSS, it can be seen that R = 0.870, which value is in the range between 0.80 - 1.00, which means that the correlation or relationship level of the 3 independent variables is in the "very strong" level. Acquisition of SPSS calculation results, which is F count 99.258, this value is greater than FTable (99.258> 2.70). (X2) obtained TStat 9.960> Ttable 1.987, and selling (X3) TStat 2.887> Ttable 1.987. which has the greatest t coefficient value is serving (X2) which is equal to tcount 9.960> Ttable 1.987. Thus, it can be concluded that serving has a dominant effect on consumer buying interest at Sinar BaruPamekasan Dealer

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE (TPR) IN TEACHING ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM AT ACOUNTING DEPARTMENT IN UNIVERSITAS MADURA

In today's complex business environments, the quality of information management and information systems has become a key factor of success. This subject needs to use a variety of teaching and learning strategies to provide students with a hands-on approach to learning about accounting information systems. Lectures are interactive and are used to impart important theoretical and practical concepts. the writer formulates the questions as follows: (1) How to apply TPR Method in teaching Accounting Information Systems at Unira?, (2) What are the student’s response toward the implementation of TPR in teaching Accounting Information Systems at Unira? The researcher uses descriptive qualitative method to get the aim. There are one lecturer and 32 students so that the researcher tries to concentrate the subject of this research. Data of the research collected by Observation, Interview and Questioner.Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that during learning process taking place in the class by using Total Physical Response (TPR) method was very good, the lecturer can apply the method well and the students can give good response to the material by using this method.This is shown by their interaction in the class, usually they are not interested to study, but by applying this method can reduce the passive student to be active students, and they began to interest to study. Based on the result above can be described on the percentage of the student who fill the questioner that provided by the lecturer to measure the students interest, there for about 64.7% students are interested to study vocabulary by using TPR method because they can enjoy the material by using action, and only a few students are not interested to this method with several reason such as; they don’t have self-confident, even they misunderstanding to the materia

OPTIMALISASI PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN BANK SAMPAH GUNA MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN

Sampah dapat menjadi salah satu sumber daya penting dalam mengangkat perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini dapat terjadi dengan adanya pengelolaan sampah dengan baik. Pemanfaatan sampah sampah tersebut harus diprioritaskan sebelum terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan dari masyarakat. Partisipasi masyarakat juga dipengaruhi oleh jumlah anggota keluarga, dimana semakin besar jumlah anggota keluarga berarti semakin besar pula jumlah kebutuhan keluarga yang harus dipenuhi. Dengan kerja sama tim pengabdi yang baik dan peran serta aktif dari penyuluh/ narasumber dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini maka semuanya telah berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan harapannya dapat memverikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah dan menjadi nasabah banksampah untuk mendapatkan lingkungan yang sehat serta peningkatan pendapatan perekonomian masyarakat

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA UD GENTENG KARANG PENANG SAMPANG

Setiap organisasi ingin menciptakan suasana yang kondusif di dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Hal ini tentunya harus didukung oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kinerja karyawan. Apabila kinerja karyawan menurun maka akan berakibat tingkat pelayanan pada masyarakat juga akan menurun sehingga masyarakat kurang puas, hal ini akan berakibat tujuan organisasi juga tersendat. Adapun turunnya kinerja karyawan ini disebabkan oleh (1) Tingkat pengetahuan karywan yang kurang sehingga kurang mengerti tugas dan tanggung jawab dari pekerjaannya (2) Disebabkan oleh tingkat kedisiplinan yang kurang tepat sehingga menyebabkan karyawan kurang bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang di berikan oleh atasan sehingga tingkat produktivitas perusahaan tidak sesuai harapan (3) kurangnya kompensasi yang menyebabkan turunnya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja sehingga gairah kerja menurun karena merasa kurang adanya perhatian dari atasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan.6

ANALISA EBIT-EPS TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL OPTIMAL PADA PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk

One of the problems in the capital is how to set the optimal capital structure for the company, because the capital structure is a balance between foreign capital and the capital itself. The effectiveness of capital structure will determine whether or not the efficiency of the use of funds given the level of EBIT-EPS that the company had achieved. Currently, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has the optimal capital structure with 27.1% the proportion of debt and equity capital of 72.9%. The purpose of this study was to determine how the EBIT-EPS analysis of the optimal capital structure of the company for five years (2010-2014) using quantitative descriptive research method with a kind of case study at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk through the analysis process EPS, EBIT analysis -EPS to determine the optimal capital structure. The results showed that the optimal capital structure in PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk occurred in 2014. This is evidenced by the size of the acquisition EBIT amounted to Rp 7,155,668,037 and net profit of Rp 5,565,857,595 so that EPS has increased as high as Rp 938. Based on the EBIT-EPS approach the company in expanding Preferred Shares should use alternative because it will obtain a high EPS. Therefore, companies also need to consider in the selection of an optimal capital structure that will generate the highest value of EP

PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA

Kedisiplinan adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang dalam mentaati peraturan perusahaan dan norma•norma sosial yang berlaku. Kinerja sumber daya manusia adalah prestasi kerja atau hasil kerja (output) baik kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai SDM persatuan periode waktu dalam melaksanakan tugas kerjanya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif terhadap penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu mengenai disiplin dan kinerja karyawan pada UD.Barokah Pademawu Pamekasan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil jawaban dari responden sebanyak 22 orang yang menjawab 5 butir pertanyaan mengenai disiplin dan jumlah rata-rata sebesar 76.2 dari tanggapan responden sebanyak 22 orang yang menjawab 5 butir pertanyaan mengenai kinerja pada UD.Barokah Pademawu Pamekasan

ANALISA KUALITAS PELAYANAN SERTA PENGARUH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MEMILIH

Dalam era perdagangan bebas, setiap perusahaan menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Meningkatnya intensitas persaingan dari pesaing menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta berusaha memenuhi harapan konsumen dengan cara memberikan pelayanan yang lebih memuaskan daripada yang dilakukan oleh pesaing. Dengan demikian, hanya perusahaan yang berkualitas yang dapat bersaing dan menguasai pasar. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel secara random sebanyak 125 responden dari Masyarakat kecamatan Kota Pamekasan yang menjadi nasabah PT Asuransi Jiwasraya Pamekasan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear ganda. PT Asuransi Jiwasraya Pamekasan adalah suatu lembaga yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan perasuransian sehingga lebih berorientasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka distribusi frekuensi jawaban responden adalah sebagai berikut: Variabel Bebas yaitu pelayanan (X) terdiri-dari: tepat waktu, akurasi pelayanan, kesopanan dan keteraturan, tanggungjawab, kelengkapan, kemudahan dan kenyamanan. Variabel Terikat yaitu Minat konsumen (Y) dengan indikator: kebutuhan, mencari informasi, evaluasi informasi, keputusan dan evaluasi layanan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar PT Asuransi Jiwasraya memberikan pelayanan terbaik terhadap semua nasabahnya. Selain itu PT Asuransi Jiwasraya Pamekasan juga bisa konsisten berupaya membangun komunikasi dengan para nasabahnya. Komunikasi ini antara lain dengan bagaimana menangani keluhan maupun pujian yang dilontarkan nasabah.Yang kemudian di tindak lanjuti dengan pengawasan yang sangat ketat dan cermat

Laporan Realisasi anggaran merupakan jenis laporan keuangan daerah yang lebih dahulu dihasilkan sebelum kemudian diisyaratkan untuk membuat laporan neraca dan laporan aruskas.Anggaran dalam pemerintahan merupakan tulang punggung (back-bone) penyelenggaraan pemerintahan.Usaha pemerintah daerah dalam menggali sumber danayang berasal dari potensi daerah yang dimiliki serta kemampuan mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber dana yang ada tercermin dalam anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). In achieving the level of compliance of the Individual Taxpayer, it is necessary to evaluate the public awareness to comply with the rules that apply as a Taxpayer, at this time the Taxpayer has been introduced to e-filing which with all the conveniences and benefits offered to support the level of compliance of taxpayers' reporting. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of applying online tax reporting or e-filing to the level of compliance of Individual Taxpayer reporting at the Pamekasan Primary Tax Service Office.              The theory used in this study, namely the impact and satisfaction of the use of e-filing, and the factors that affect taxpayer compliance. While the type of research used is qualitative research using data tabulation techniques obtained. While the data source used in this study uses primary data and secondary data.               The results of this study indicate that the application of online reporting or e-filing is sufficient to have a good impact on Individual Taxpayers and Pamekasan Taxpayers in improving tax reporting compliance through e-filing. The number of tax reporters through e-filing is increasing, it's just that there is a need for an evaluation of system performance and detailed guidance information so that users are more comfortable and understanding when using e-filing, so that more Taxpayers will use e-filing
