COLLECTION OF WORKS LESIA UKRAINKA IN THE PUBLISHING PROJECT OF THE «EMIGRATION “KNYHOSPILKA”»

У статті досліджено перевидання творів Лесі Українки у 12- ти томах за редакції Б. Якубського 1927−1930рр. видавничим товариством Ю. Тищенка й А. Білоуса у Нью-Йорку 1953−1954 рр. Виявлені і проаналізовані відмінності між виданнями. Звернено увагу на редакторські втручання до тексту вступних статтей що передують окремим творам Лесі Українки, наведені вилучені фрагменти тощо. Йдеться також про участь П. Одарченка у цьому проекті. Reissue researched in the article of Lesia Ukrainka’s works in 12 volumes, and editorshiped by B. Yakubsky 1927−1930. The publishing society of Y. Tishchenko and A. Bilous in New York 1953−1954. Differences between editions were discovered and analyzed. The attention was paid to the editorial interference with the text of the introductory articles preceding Lesia Ukrainka’s separate works, the removed fragments, and more. It is also about P. Odarchenko’s participation in this project

T. G. Shevchenko’s works in B. V. Yakubsky’s researches

У статті проаналізовано шевченкознавчі праці Б. Якубського, виокремлено основні питання, що входили до сфери його дослідницьких інтересів у цій галузі. Представлені праці не тільки вводяться до наукового обігу, а й заповнюють прогалини у бібліографуванні матеріалів про життя й творчість Т. Шевченка. The article is about the research of Shevchenko’s works made by Ukrainian specialist in literature B. Yakubsky, who worked in 20−30s of the 20th century. Major problems concerning the sphere of his research interests are pointed out and analyzed. The investigation of Shevchenko’s poetics is defined as a direction of primary importance in the works of the scholar. B. Yakubsky analyzed metrics, rhythmics, sound harmony and versification of «Kobzar», he was the first in Ukrainian history of literature, who used statistic method of analyzing poetry. The author also estimated the study of Shevchenko’s works in 1920s, paid attention to institutional problems of its development and appealed to bibliographic-statistic aspect, having analyzed Shevchenko’s scientific works in details. Presented and analyzed works of Yakubsky become a part of the scientific circulation as well as fill in gaps in bibliographic materials about T. Shevchenko’s life and work

MIGRATION CAPITAL AS A FACTOR OF FORMATION OF THE FINANCIAL POTENTIAL OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article the main scientific approaches to determining the financial potential and factors of its formation; the definition of migration capital, the author analyses modern tendencies of movement. It is proved that the remittances of labour migrants have a significant impact on the formation of financial capacity as the host country and exporting countries of labor force. Listed on potential socio-economic threats, which may be due to excessive attraction of migration capital into donor countries of labor migration and its outflow from the donor countries, the migration of capital; the necessity of state regulation of migration processes
