    Through an investigation carried out, whose results are synthesized in the present article, we deal with the problem related with the insufficiencies in relation to the students’ knowledge of mechanical movement in the Higher Institute of Sciences of Education, -Bachelor of Education, Physics- at Huila, Popular Republic of Angola. We propose a model of systemic character and its structure expresses relations among subsystems of main concepts, revealing the essence of such singular physical object.A través de la investigación, cuyos resultados se sintetizan en el presente artículo, al abordarse la problemática relacionada con las insuficiencias que en relación con el conocimiento del movimiento mecánico presentan los estudiantes de la Carrera Licenciatura en Educación Opción Física del Instituto Superior de Ciencias de la Educación (ISCED) de Huila, en la República de Angola se propone un modelo de carácter sistémico, cuya estructura expresa relaciones entre subsistemas de conceptos fundamentales que expresan la esencia de tan singular objeto físico

    Estrategia pedagógica para fomentar la formación continua en los docentes de la figura profesional electromecánica en el bachillerato técnico

    The research aimed to develop an effective pedagogical strategy to promote continuous training in teachers and students of the electromechanical technical high school. Adopting a quantitative and descriptive approach, gaps identified in existing strategies were addressed. The study population was 65 teachers, with a sample of 15 technical teachers and 2 directors of the 13 de Octubre Educational Unit. The analytical-synthetic method was used to examine the theoretical basis, while the inductive-deductive method guided the identification and formulation of effective strategies. The system approach and modeling facilitated the harmonious design of the strategy that considers the complexities of continuous training in electromechanics. The empirical phase included interviews with managers and a survey of teachers, exploring institutional policies, allocated resources, challenges and perceptions about continuous training. In addition, specialists were consulted to validate the proposal. The results highlighted the urgency of aligning the institutional vision with contemporary educational standards and addressing challenges such as outdatedness and lack of interest in continuous training. The pedagogical strategy proposal was submitted to validation by specialists, who supported its feasibility and effectiveness in overcoming the identified gaps. In summary, this research offers practical and applicable solutions to close the gap between theory and practice in continuous training, improving the educational quality of the electromechanical technical baccalaureate.La investigación se propuso desarrollar una estrategia pedagógica efectiva para impulsar la formación continua en docentes y estudiantes del bachillerato técnico electromecánico. Adoptando un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, se abordaron las carencias identificadas en las estrategias existentes. La población de estudio fue de 65 docentes, con una muestra de 15 docentes técnicos y 2 directivos de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Octubre. Se utilizó el método analítico-sintético para examinar la base teórica, mientras que el inductivo-deductivo guio la identificación y formulación de estrategias efectivas. El enfoque de sistema y modelación facilitaron el diseño armonioso de la estrategia que considera las complejidades de la formación continua en electromecánica. La fase empírica incluyó entrevistas a directivos y una encuesta a docentes, explorando políticas institucionales, recursos asignados, desafíos y percepciones sobre formación continua. Además, se consultó a especialistas para validar la propuesta. Los resultados destacaron la urgencia de alinear la visión institucional con estándares educativos contemporáneos y abordar desafíos como la desactualización y falta de interés en la formación continua. La propuesta de estrategia pedagógica se sometió a validación de especialistas, quienes respaldaron su viabilidad y eficacia para superar las brechas identificadas. En síntesis, esta investigación ofrece soluciones prácticas y aplicables para cerrar la brecha entre teoría y práctica en la formación continua, mejorando la calidad educativa del bachillerato técnico electromecánico

    In the paper the characteristics of the design and contents of the provincial diploma imparted to cadres of the municipal structures of the education sector are socialized in order to develop their managerial capacities and the effective change of the system of work that at that level of direction is executed. It presents the main topics addressed from the learning needs diagnosed and the theoretical and practical contributions made by a group of researchers from the Universidad de Oriente. The most relevant results are obtained, based on the formative transformations achieved in the integral culture of management and the managerial performance by the participants of the diploma course, in the municipalities of Santiago de Cuaba, II Frente, San Luis and Songo-La Maya. </p
