The article presents definitions, main international legal documents of universal level on legal status of internally displaced children, highlights the role of the Guiding principles on internal displacement. The article gives the practice of the African Union on legal regulation of the status of internally displaced children.Статья посвящена международно-правовому статусу лиц, перемещенных внутри страны, уделяется особое внимание положению детей. Комплексный и взаимосвязанный характер прав человека и необходимость учёта этого государствами в международной правозащитной деятельности

The article considers the complex and interrelated nature of human rights and the need to take this into account in international human rights activities. The main focus is on the practice of the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families that, on basis of the outcomes of the work by the Committee on economic cultural and social rights and in cooperation with the Committee on the Rights of the Child actively promotes the effectiveness of the least ratified main UN human rights treaty. The article was prepared within the framework of carrying out scientific research work in the interests of the Departments of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Application № 29.12839.2018 / 12.1 on the theme "Scientific and methodological support of international and national legal regulation of issues of protection of the rights of the child: the experience of Russia and international legal practice"В статье рассмотрены комплексный и взаимосвязанный характер прав человека, при котором правозащитные нормы разных международных договоров усиливают друг друга, и необходимость учёта этого государствами в международной правозащитной деятельности. Основной акцент сделан на практике Комитета по защите прав всех трудящихся-мигрантов и членов их семей, который с опорой на труд Комитета по экономическим, социальным и культурным правам и во взаимодействии с Комитетом по правам ребенка деятельно стремится к повышению эффективности самого нератифицированного из основных договора ООН по правам человека. Baikal-GVD: first results and prospects

Next generation cubic kilometer scale neutrino telescope Baikal-GVD is currently under construction in Lake Baikal. The detector is specially designed for search for high energies neutrinos whose sources are not yet reliably identified. Since April 2018 the telescope has been successfully operated in complex of three functionally independent clusters i.e. sub-arrays of optical modules (OMs) where now are hosted 864 OMs on 24 vertical strings. Each cluster is connected to shore by individual electro-optical cables. The effective volume of the detector for neutrino initiated cascades of relativistic particles with energy above 100 TeV has been increased up to about 0.15 km3. Preliminary results obtained with data recorded in 2016 and 2017 are discussed
