Tanyagondnokok Komáditól Hajdúnánásig

The homesteads of the Alföld are unique settlements in Europe with their specific culture, lifestyle and centuries-old values. Life on the homesteads has always been quite deprived, as the residents had to cope with a lot of backlogs in order to be sustainable. In recent decades, residents have grown older and the opportunities provided by homesteads are no longer attractive to offspring and younger generations, so the number of residents and units is gradually decreasing. In the struggle to make life easier for older residents and to maintain offspring, the homestead janitor is the one who fights one-on-one with the parenting service as a basic social service. The primary purpose of my study was to obtain up-to-date information on the identity, composition, qualifications, area of homestead janitors of the material security service providers in Hajdú-Bihar County, and secondly, to find out how these professionals view the future of the homesteads. In the course of the research I contacted all the homestead janitors of Hajdú-Bihar County, who I asked through a questionnaire, and interviewed some of them and the maintainers providing the homestead janitors service, from which I made a self-made database.Az alföldi tanyák sajátos kultúrájukkal, életformájukkal, évszázados értékeikkel egyedülálló településformák Európában. A tanyán való élet mindig is meglehetősen deprivált volt, hiszen a fenntarthatóság érdekében rengeteg hátráltató körülménnyel kellett az ottlakóknak megbirkózniuk. Az elmúlt évtizedekben a lakók kiöregedtek, az utódok, a fiatalabb generációk számára pedig már nem vonzóak a tanyák által nyújtott lehetőségek, így mind az ott lakók, mind a lakóegységek száma fokozatosan csökken. Az idősebb lakók életének megkönnyítése, illetve az utódok helybentartása melletti küzdelemben a tanyagondnok az, aki felveszi a harcot egyszemélyben, a tanyagondnoki szolgáltatás, mint szociális alapszolgáltatás keretében. Tanulmányom elsődleges célja aktuális adatok szerzése volt a Hajdú-Bihar megyében található tanyagondnoki szolgáltoknál tevékenykedő tanyagondnokok személyére, összetételére, képzettségére, ellátási területére és ellátottaira vonatkozóan, másodsorban pedig arra kerestem a választ, hogy ezek a szakemberek hogy ítélik meg a tanyák jövőjét. A kutatás során megkerestem Hajdú-Bihar megye összes tanyagondnokát, akiket egy kérdőíven kérdeztem meg, továbbá néhányukkal, illetve a tanyagondnoki szolgáltatást nyújtó fenntartókkal interjúkat készítettem, mely anyagokból egy önállóan elkészített adatbázist állítottam össze

In terms of employment specialities, certain sectors of agriculture may show quite a different picture. Especially the seasonal nature of employment, including day laborers and / daily work hireling nature deserves attention. In our country it has long tradition and can be directly linked to regional mobility and commuting trends since some people move near the western border to Austria for work. However, at the same time, near the eastern border, seasonal workers arrive from the East, which has an impact on the local labor markets, and for the lives of some settlements. In our study, we want to study and elaborate the specific details of these processes that connect the two countries and the issues of the advantages and disadvantages as well. In our paper we rely on literature data, private experiences, and the opinion of small scale farmers in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, who have experience in employing laborers on a seasonal basis.A mezőgazdaság egyes ágazatait tekintve a foglalkoztatási sajátosságok egészen eltérő képet mutathatnak. Különösen az idényjellegű foglalkoztatás, ezen belül pedig a napszámos/napi béres jellegű munkavégzés érdemel figyelmet. Hazánkban ennek igen régi hagyományai vannak, és közvetlenül összefüggésbe hozható a területi mobilitási és ingázási tendenciákkal ugyanis a nyugati határ közelében Ausztriába járnak át dolgozni, a keleti határ közelében viszont rengeteg a keletről érkező idénymunkás, mely hatást gyakorol a lokális munkaerőpiacokra, bizonyos települések életére. Tanulmányunkban ezeknek a folyamatoknak egyes részleteit szeretnénk áttekinteni, kitérni azokra a sajátosságokra, amelyek a két országot összekötik, valamint az előnyökhátrányok kérdéskörére is. Munkánk során szakirodalmi adatokra, saját tapasztalatokra, illetve a SzabolcsSzatmár-Bereg megyében élő, napszámosokat idényjelleggel foglalkoztató kistermelők véleményére alapozunk

In some rural areas the sustainability and operation of certain social institutions have become not only a professional, but rather a complex issue lately, from some points of view. Currently, beside providing various services, it has become a significant challenge to operate their infrastructures, maintain and supply the human background, and meet different evaluation expectations. This latest may only be carried out perfectly, which means that these organizations must meet legal requirements. In our study, we want emphasize this topic through an instance of an organization, which became highlighted from social-political points of view and it still tries to meet the various expectations. This study also tries to reveal the different evaluation methods, which are applied when experts, political decision makers try to assess the operation of this organization. It seems obvious that evaluation results may differ and the operation may not be examined from only one point of view
