    Hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan, ketika kita akan menjalankan sebuah bisnis adalah menciptakan suatu hal yang baru dimana kepuasan konsumen menjadi tujuan utama. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi maka, sebagai pelaku bisnis harus memanfaatkan hal tersebut dalam hal promosi maupun dari sisi pemasaran. Dengan adanya transportasi online dalam dua tahun terakhir ini merupakan salah satu dampak dari perkembangan teknologi di kota Palembang. Masyarakat yang ingin merasakan manfaat teknologi cukup melakukan install aplikasi dengan smart phone android melalui play store. GO-JEK dan GRAB merupakan contoh dari aplikasi transportasi online yang ada di Palembang. Dengan melakukan penelitian ini, dapat mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online masyarakat kota Palembang

    Keefektifan Trichoderma Harzianum dan Trichoderma Virens untuk Mengendalikan Rhizoctonia Solani Kuhn pada Bibit Cabai (Capsicum Annum L.)

    . Trichoderma sp. has been considered by researchers as an effective alternative to the use of traditional fungicides in conventional agriculture because it leaves no residue both on plant and soil. This work determined the affectivity of T. harzianum and T. virens to control R. solani on seedling of C. annum. The experiment was carried out at Plant Disease Laboratorium and Experiment Field Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University from March to June 2011. The experiment was arranged in the randomized complete design using 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were; Control, dosage of T. harzianum 30 g plant-1, dosage of T. harzianum 45 g plant-1, dosage of T. virens 30 g plant-1, dosage of T. virens 45 g plant-1, dosage of T. harzianum 15 g + T. virens 15 g plant-1, dosage of T. harzianum 22,5 g + T. virens 22,5 g plant-1. The result showed that dosage of T. harzianum 22,5 g + T. virens 22,5 g plant-1 is the most effective to control R. solani with averages of emergent seed and plat height, 75% and 9.25 cm, respectively

    Hubungan antara Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan dengan Keterampilan Tolak Peluru Gaya Menyamping pada Peserta Didik Ekstrakurikuler SMP Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamoung pada peserta didik ekstrkurikuler SMP Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan daya ledak otot lengan dan daya tahan otot lengan dengan keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamping pada peserta didik ekstrakurikuler SMP Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan instrumen tes dan pengukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang dan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data daya ledak otot lengan menggunakan instrumen medicine ball, daya tahan otot lengan menggunakan push up, keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamping menggunakan tolak peluru. Teknik analisis data penelitian inni menggunakan uji normalitas, linieritas dan uji korelasi menggunakan product moment dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarksn hasil analisis data penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak otot lengan dengan keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamping  (rhitung = 0,693 > rtabel =0,444), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya tahan otot lengan dengan keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamping (rhitung = 0,680 > rtabel = 0,444), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak otot lengan dan daya tahan otot lengan  dengan keterampilan tolak peluru gaya menyamping  (rhitung = 0,760 > rtabel = 0,444)

    Air rebusan daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dapat digunakan untuk pengobatan diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efek hipoglikemik air rebusan daun sukun pada mencit putih jantan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode glucose oral test pada kelompok mencit yang mendapatkan perlakuan air rebusan daun sukun (dosis I 300mg/ Kg BB; dosis II 600 mg / KgBB), kelompok kontrol positif (glibenklamid) dan kontrol negatif. Hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan Anova Satu Arah yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa air rebusan daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) memiliki efek antihiperglikemia (p<0,05) jika di bandingkan dengan kontrol negatif. Adapun dosis 2 (600mg/ Kg BB) merupakan dosis terbaik dengan efek antihiperglikemik secara statistik sama dengan efek antihiperglikemik glibenklamid

    -Disaster logistics, or humanitarian supply chain management, has attracted research attention in recent years. This paper develops an estimation model to estimate the types and quantities of emergency goods necessary to support earthquake relief operations. It is crucial that the buffer stock for earthquake relief be well defined and ready to deliver to disaster areas when an earthquake occurs. This paper therefore serves as a guide to disaster logistics, especially how to estimate the emergency goods needed for earthquake relief operations. It not only reviews the literature to describe current practices and research trends in disaster logistics but also provides a model framework to estimate the emergency goods necessary in this regard.

In this paper, we investigate the literature to mapping and identify potential research directions in humanitarian logistics planning for disaster management, and provide a starting point for interested researchers. This paper will serve as a guide to researchers who would like to know how disasters, logistics of emergency response and how to predict aid goods should be prepared for disaster relief. The purpose of this paper is not only review the literature to describe the current practices and research trends in logistics of emergency response but also provides the conceptual framework of development needs prediction model for aid goods of earthquake relief.

    The Potential of Walnut Seeds (Canarium Indicum L.) in Repairing the Genotoxicity Effect of Mercury on Mice Erythrocytes

    Hydrargyrum (familiar as mercury) is a persistent transition metal element. They are known as bio-accumulative properties that are dangerous to the environment and has serious damaging effects on biota, including genetic changes or mutagenesis. Moreover, it can accumulate indirectly in the human body due to the consumption of products that have contaminated. Whereas, ellagic acid has reported as one of 13 flavonoid compounds that have potential as an anti-mutagen and anti-cancer in the walnuts seeds. This study was aimed to ensure the potential extent of ellagic acid extracts in walnut seeds to reducing and repairing the genotoxicity effects of mercury. Therefore, using the experimental method, this study was divided into several test treatments. Two controls treatment as a comparison of the presence of micronucleus with group tests that given a 20 ppm mercury dosage. Then continued with the addition of walnut seed extract with various dosage (10, 15, and 20 ppm) by oral injection continuously for two weeks as a recovery process to reducing and repairing the genotoxicity effect of mercury. The significant results showed that there are differences between pre and post-treatment. It indicated that the extract has the potential for improving and reducing the genotoxicity effect of mercury. The data were evaluated and obtained the total micronucleus from the smear of peripheral blood of mice by comparing the total micronucleus before and after giving of walnut extract

    Hand eczema and its severity in nonmedical personnel: A study of the use of hand sanitizer on transepidermal water loss and skin capacitance

    Background: An increased frequency of hand sanitizer use and washing hands with soap seems to increase the incidence of hand eczema (HE). Objectives: The aim was to analyze HE in nonmedical personnel, its severity, and the effect of hand sanitizer use on transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin capacitance. Methods: This observational cross-sectional study was conducted from July to September 2022. Subjects were recruited based on the study criteria with cluster random sampling method. Each subject's identity, data related to hand sanitizer use and handwashing, atopic stigmata, and duration of HE were documented. The severity of HE was assessed with the HE Severity Index (HECSI). TEWL and skin capacitance were measured with the Tewameter® TM 300 and Corneometer® CM 825 instruments. Results: Out of 240 subjects who were selected randomly, 24 normal subjects and 24 subjects with HE were recruited. The incidence of HE in nonmedical personnel using hand sanitizer was 10%, with a median disease duration of 22 weeks and a mean HECSI score of 9.25 ± 6.33. There was no significant difference in TEWL and skin capacitance between the groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant correlation between TEWL and skin capacitance with the HECSI score (P > 0.05). Subjects with HE washed their hands more frequently than subjects without HE (6 vs. 4.5 times per day; P 0.005). Conclusion: Most nonmedical personnel with HE had a mild form of the condition. There were no significant barrier function and skin hydration differences between the groups

    Prevention The risk of falling is very important, especially for patients with stroke disorders, this must be done by caring officers in order to achieve a holistic and comprehensive service. The purpose of the study was to see the application of Fall Risk Prevention by Officers in the Stroke Treatment Room. The research design used a descriptive survey with a questionnaire instrument, with a total of 13 research samples, with the results of the study that 13 (100%) samples had implemented Fall Risk Prevention by Officers in the Stroke Treatment Room. These results indicate that the officers have been able to prevent the risk of falling. Suggestions for continuous monitoring and training for stroke care room officers regarding fall risk screening
