Occupational risks for women employed in the modern production of blister copper

A hygiene assessment of the contribution of the working environment and workflow factors to the formation of occupational risks for female workers employed in the copper smelting shop of an enterprise specializing in blister copper production was carried out. It has been shown that noncarcinogenic risks for most professions, in which women are employed are categorized as «Medium (significant)», for transport workers it is «High (unbearable)» and for the crane operators — «Very high (unbearable)». The leading role among the measures to reduce occupational risks for women should belong to reducing the content of dust and harmful substances (primarily sulfur dioxide) in the air of the working area and reducing noise levelsПроведена гигиеническая оценка вклада факторов рабочей среды и трудового процесса в формирование профессиональных рисков женщин-работниц, занятых в медеплавильном цехе предприятия, специализирующегося на получении черновой меди. Показано, что для большинства профессий, в которых заняты женщины, неканцерогенные риски относятся к категории «средний (существенный)», для профессии транспортерщика — «высокий (непереносимый)» и машиниста крана — «очень высокий (непереносимый)». Среди мероприятий по снижению профессиональных рисков для женщин ведущая роль должна принадлежать снижению содержания в воздухе рабочей зоны пыли и вредных веществ (в первую очередь диоксида серы) и снижению уровней шум

В статье предложен один из способов оценки уровня подготовки выпускников медико-профилактического факультета — анализ удовлетворенности работодателей кафедры гигиены и профессиональных болезней по результатам анкетирования руководителей интернов. Представителям работодателей предлагалось оценить навыки интернов в работе с компьютерной техникой, владения письменной и устной речью, профессиональной терминологией, знание порядка функционирования Росротребнадзора. По результатам опроса на кафедре были проведены корректирующие и предупреждающие действия

The results of the application of telecommunication technologies in postgraduate training at the Department of Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Ural State Medical University. It is shown that the introduction of modern demonstration equipment FLIPBOX (interactive display) for Web conferencing has allowed the Department to expand geography of remote training of physicians. The current model of assessment of teaching quality of medical examinations of drivers of motor vehicles in order to improve training of medical personnel

The analysis of the current model for assessing the quality of teaching issues of organizing and conducting medical examinations of motor vehicle drivers at the Department of Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Ural State Medical University has been carried out. It is shown that the existing model for assessing the quality of training of specialists on the issues of “Medical examinations of motor vehicle drivers” at the university serves as a universal tool for determining competitiveness in the market of educational services. The use of telemedicine technologies has allowed to increase the resource efficiency of consumers of educational services (health workers, managers of health facilities, owners of motor transport enterprises, etc.) and optimize the process of training specialists. Monitoring the quality of training and teaching can significantly improve the efficiency of management decisionmaking and the quality of education at the Department of Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Ural State Medical University.Проведен анализ действующей модели оценки качества преподавания вопросов организации и проведения медицинских осмотров водителей автотранспортных средств на кафедре гигиены и профессиональных болезней Уральского государственного медицинского университета (УГМУ). Показано, что существующая модель оценки качества обучения специалистов по вопросам «Медицинских осмотров водителей автотранспортных средств» в УГМУ служит универсальным инструментом определения конкурентоспособности на рынке образовательных услуг. Использование телемедицинских технологий позволило увеличить ресурсоэффективность потребителей образовательных услуг (медицинских работников, руководителей ЛПУ, владельцев автотранспортных предприятий и т.д.) и оптимизировать процесс обучения специалистов. Мониторинг качества обучения и преподавания может существенно повысить эффективность принятия управленческих решений и качество образования на кафедре гигиены и профессиональных болезней УГМУ
