Dvoupodlažní rodinný dům, který je komunikačně spojen venkovním ocelovým schodištěm. První nadzemní podlaží je tvořeno prodejní místností jízdních kol, pracovnou, servisem, hygienickým a technickým zařízením. Hlavní vstup do prodejny je v prosklené fasádě na jižní části objektu. Vchod z východní strany slouží k doplňování skladu a jako služební. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je určeno bydlení. Vstup do bytu je po venkovním ocelovém schodišti ve východní části. Nachází se zde obývací pokoj, kuchyň, koupelna, wc, ložnice a dětský pokoj. Obývací pokoj a kuchyň jsou orientovány na jih. Z kuchyně je vstup na terasu.Two-floor family house which is communicatively connected an outdoor steel staircase. The ground floor is composed of a shop with bikes, a study, a service, hygienic and technical facilities. There is a main entrance to the shop in a glassed-in facade in the south of the object. The east staff entrance is used to complete the warehouse. The first floor is used for living. To enter the flat we use the outdoor steel staircase in the east. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom and a room for kids. A living room and a kitchen are oriented to the south. From the kitchen is an entrance to the terrace.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení efektivity pracovních procesů ve firmě. Na základě analýzy současné situace navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivnosti práce. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti managementu a podnikové struktury. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí analýzy současnou situaci a navrhuje řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení efektivity práce a zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti.The diploma thesis is oriented on increase in efficiency of work processes in an organisation. Based on the analysis of present situation, it proposes measures to improve the performance and effectiveness of the work. The theoretical part contains findings from the field of management and corporate structure. The practical part analyses the present situation and proposes solutions that will lead to increase of the efficiency in work processes and improve the economic situation of an organisation.

Pětipodlažní objekt, který je komunikačně spojen vnitřním schodištěm a výtahem. Podzemní podlaží je tvořeno skladovacími prostory pro restauraci a hotel, strojovnami pro výtahy a vzduchotechniku. V prvním nadzemí se nachází restaurace s kuchyní, recepce a hygienické zázemí pro návštěvníky a personál. Druhé nadzemní podlaží tvoří kanceláře, konferenční místnost a hygienické zázemí pro personál a veřejnost. Třetí podlaží je určeno pro ubytování. Nachází se zde osm pokojů. Ve čtvrtém podlaží se nachází dva apartmány. Jeden dvoupokojový s obývacím pokojem a kuchyňským koute. Druhý jednopokojový s obývacím pokojem a kuchyňským koutem.
