    The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge aboutentrepreneurship, motivation abd independence effort seeks to performance pedagang kakilima in the area of Kotagede, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted by taking objects on pedagang kakilima in the area of Kotagede Yogyakarta. To accomplish this study, the multiple regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis put forward.The results showed that there is signifi cant influence entrepreneurial knowledge, motivatin and independence effort seeks to performance pedagang kakilima Kotagede area simultaneously. Partially, the motivation just trying to have significant effect, whereas knowledge of business entrepreneurship and self-reliance is not a statistically significant effect

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment andwork discipline on employee performance in the Public Works, Housing agency and ESDM DIY both partially and simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 391 employees 198 samples were then taken using a sampling technique the sample is Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The type of data is data primary and data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been first tested with a test of validity and reliability. Analysis technique the data is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 can be used it was concluded that the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables are good partially (singly) or simultaneously (together) influential significant impact on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works, Housing and ESDM DIY

    This research main goals is to know the influence of an adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress towards academic achievement among student who join organisations in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research was a survey research using questionnaire as an instrument. Population of this research was a student who join organisation in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. The sample that used was student who join an organisation such as DPM, BEM, HMPS and UKM from 2017 to 2018 school years that consist of 289 respondent with a proposional rundwon sampling technic. Instrument validation test was used pearson product moment, while the reliability was used alpha cronbach. Analysis technic that used was a mutiple reggresion analysis technic. The result of this research showing that adversity quotient variable (X1) has significant effect to academic achievement. emotional quotient variable (X2) has no significant effect to academic achievement. stress variable (X3) has significant effect to academic achievement. adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress at the same time has a significant effect to academic achievement

    This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of organizational culture, competence and motivation for the performance of PDAM Tirta Binangun's employees Kulonprogo Regency, (2) the influence of organizational culture on performance PDAM Tirta Binangun employees, Kulonprogo Regency, (3) influence competence in the performance of PDAM Tirta Binangun Regency employees Kulonrogo, (4) the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency. The sample in this study were employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonrogo Regency with a total of 60 employees with engineering leadership agency / institutional sample. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis was performed using regression analysis linear multiple. Testing the validity in this study uses correlation product moment. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. At a significance level of 5%, the results of the study show that: (1) culture organization, competence and motivation simultaneously have influence significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by a sign count value of 0,000 <0.05. (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by the calculated sign value of 0.012 < 0.05. (3) competence has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM employees Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by the calculated sign value 0.022 <0.05. (4) motivation has a significant effect on employee performance PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by a sign value count 0.016 < 0.05

    This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The population in this study were 104 employees who worked in the company named PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta. The results are based on saturated sampling techniques obtained 92 samples as respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires answered directly by respondents who in this study employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention of PT.     Generasi Z adalah generasi yang dilahirkan setelah generasi Y atau generasi millenial. Sebagian besar peneliti memperkirakan generasi ini lahir dalam kurun waktu 20-25 tahun terakhir, meskipun banyak peneliti masih memperdebatkan mengenai persisnya tahun kelahiran mereka. Generasi Z ini sekarang sudah menginjak dewasa, bahkan sudah mulai banyak yang mewarnai dunia kerja terutama dalam bidang bisnis. Para pakar meyakini mereka akan menjadi pemutar roda perekonomian dunia dalam waktu dekat ini. Ketertarikan untuk menekuni dunia bisnis yang tinggi pada generasi Z inilah yang mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran beberapa jenis kecerdasan yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha bagi generasi Z. Obyek penelitian difokuskan pada mahasiswa yang tercatat aktif di perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta pada tahun 2021 dan telah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak minimal 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner melalui googleform. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Temuan dari penelitian ini bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada generasi Z. Sedangkan kecerdasan adversitas dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh pada minat wirausaha generasi Z

    This  research  aims  to  understand  how  the  influence  of  motivation, compensation  and workplace on the performance of employees at department office social  man power  and  transmigration the city of Yogyakarta bot  a partial as well as simultaneous or together. The population on this research is Employees who worked at social department office of  manpower and transmigration city of Yogyakarta. The sample collection  technique  in  this  research  use  of  sampling  methods  purposive. The total sample taken in this research as many  81 respondents. The source of data from the study  used  data  primary  obtained  from  the  results  of  questionnaires  compiled  using likert scale. This study using data analysis techniques is the quantitative analysis (linear regression analysis double, t test and test f). Test results t show that the significance of the variables ( x1 ) 0,007 value <  α = 0.05, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, variable compensation ( x2 ) 0,038 < value  α  =  0.05  then compensation significant of the performance of  employees and variable workplace (x3) 0,048  <  value α = 0.05 and a significant effect on the employees in social department office of manpower and transmigration the city of Yogyakarta

    One effort that may be company performed to improve the customer is to determine the price, service, comfort atmosphere, the diversity of products and store design is good and interesting. The purpose of this study, to examine the influence of price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design on consumer purchase decisions either partially or simultaneously. Techniques used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used as much as 100 samples.Methods of analysis used to test the hypothesis that F Test and t-test. Measurement instruments used for the five independent variables are qualified validity and reliability.The results showed that the partial test results all independent variables (price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design) significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. And test results together (F test) showed that all variables independent (X) has positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions (Y)

    The teacher is someone who has a job as a facilitator for students to learn and/or develop the basic potentials and capabilities through both secaraoptimal school educational institutions established by governments or private. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors and one of them is emotional intelligence. The task of teachers is to form graduates who are competent to use optimally their feelings in order to identify itself and its environment.Problems examined in this study were: (1) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a partial effect on the performance of teachers. (2) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. The population in this study are teachers who teach in primary schools in the region Tegaltirto.The results showed that some self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy no significant impact on teacher performance, whereas social skills affect teacher performance. The results showed that the variables simultaneously self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Working together self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills to contribute 31.8% of teacher performance. The result is expected to be useful to teachers and schools. The teachers are expected to continue to improve emotional, because with a good emotional skills will be able to improve its performance as a teacher
