    Legal Analysis of Administrative Sanction Principles for Environmental Permit Abuse

    In the administrative legal system of a country, the granting of permits for certain types of business activities by the public is a authority held by the government. In the process of granting permits by the government, once the requirements set by individuals or legal entities within the community are met, there are certain principles that must not be violated by the permit recipients. Violations committed in the realm of state administration lead to administrative sanctions. These sanctions range from warnings, compensation, non-renewal of permits, and even revocation of permits to prevent the business from operating again. The abuse of the granted permits is often carried out by corporations in their activities related to environmental protection and management. The issuance of permits, while intended to facilitate operations, frequently becomes problematic and can have negative impacts on societal aspects such as health, education, and the economy. Laws related to environmental protection and management encompass provisions for written warnings. In cases of violations of environmental administrative laws, state administrative officials often issue written warnings. For instance, if there are violations of thresholds for air quality or emission standards. Additionally, the government can impose enforcement measures in the form of prevention and cessation of violations. For instance, if an individual or corporation is constructing a business establishment and disposing of waste without a permit

    Bela negara bukanlah hanya merupakan tugas daripada TNI-Polri, dan juga bukan hanya tugas para petinggi negara, namun merupakan tugas dan kewajiban semua pihak sebagai warga negara Indonesia (WNI).Bela negara wajib dilaksanakan pada pendidikan tinggi setingkat mahasiwa untuk mewujudkan ketahanan nasional. Mencermati situasi dan kondisi diera milinial di lingkungan masyarakat dihadapkan mewabahnya Pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa Indonesia dalam bela negara khususnya dalam melaksanakan proses belajar dan kegiatan lainnya yang terkait kegiatan awal bela negara tidak dapat melaksanakan kegitan bertatap muka secara langsung karena sudah ditetapkan oleh protokol kesehatan dengan  physical distancing dan social distancing  untuk mencegah penularan Covid -19. Dengan Kondisi yang terjadi akibat Covid-19 maka dalam melaksankan bela negara dengan strategi  melalui  utilization literasi of digital.Metode Penelitian yang   yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah   hukum normatif (yuridis normatif), yuridis sosiologis dan empiris .Dari hasil Penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa: Strategi bela negara melalui utilization literasi of digital yang dilaksanakan mahasiswa dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Strategi ini dilaksanakan sesuai program pemerintah yaitu bela negara dengan mematuhi ketentuan protokol kesehatan sehingga  tujuan bela negara mahasiswa melaui pemanfatan litersi digital khusunya dalam melaksanakan proses belajar tidak tehambat, mencegah penularan Covid-19.Peran pemerintah terhadap dampak dari belajar daring ini, dengan meningkatkan prasarana seperti akses penunjang internet bagi mereka yang sulit untuk menagakses internet dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat dimasa pandemi dengan bantuan untuk pelajar atau bagi guru.  Karna para siswa dan mahasiswa adalah penerus bangsa kita kelak dan jangan biarkan kita kalah oleh Covid 19 ini.     Businessmen have the duty of ensuring halal food products and giving the halal label on the basis of having obtained a halal certificate from the ministry of religion which was socialized to the consumer society in a way that it is conveyed through writings that are easy to read and not easily removed by a visitor at a particular place in the restaurant. It is according to Article 39 of Law Number 33 Year 2014 concerning the guarantee of halal products. The halal certificate is valid for four years since it was issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (HPGA), and it must be extended. Halal certificates are mandatory, so the food products which do not have halal label certificate cannot longer circulate in Indonesia.The procedure for obtaining halal certification at the hotel restaurant which was issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). First, businessmen must fulfill the requirements which were checked by HPGA such as, the data  of businessmen, the name and type of business product, a list of products and materials used, the manner or the product processing as well as halal guarantee system. After fulfilling the requirements of HPGA in checking the dokumen, then determine the LPH that has been selected by the applicant, then the LPH conducts the examination and / or testing of the next step of the MUI product through the determination of the halal food product halal through a halal fatwa session.     AbstractNatural resources as the main supporters of national development need to be considered to meet the interests of current and future generations. Therefore, various policies have been issued to maintain the natural resources as capital to realize the welfare of the entire nation by keeping maintaining the carrying capacity and the function of the environment. However, until now there are still a lot of damage, pollution, and natural disasters due to the management of natural resources that excludes the sustainability of environmental functions. The condition is compounded by the decline of vegetation cover in protected areas, loss of mangrove ecosystems / coastal plants, the increasing destruction of watersheds, and loss of water resources and decreasing quality of river and sea water.                                                                             AbstrakPengelolaan Keuangan objek wisata bahari bertujuan unutk mewujudkan pembangunan Potensi wilayah kepariwisataan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan yang berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pengelolaan Obyek Wisata, Pesisir Pantai Dan Sungai Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Pengelolaan objek wisata merupakan hal yang perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan dalam pemanfaatan, pembangunan dan perlindungan wilayah dan sumberdaya pasisir dan lautan. Secara ekonomi pariwisata memang memberi dampak dalam perluasan lapangan usaha dan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan income perkapita masayarakat dan penigkatan penghasialan asli daerah di Kabupaten serdang Bedagai. Untuk membangun dan mengembangkan potensi pariwisata Pantai bahari yang terletak di sekitar Desa Ara Payung kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dengan menerapkan model respons accountability finance dengan menerapkan melalui Digital Payment.     Abstrak Kepailitan menjadi salah satu jalan yang ditempuh oleh debitor dalam menyelesaikan persoalan utang piutang saat debitor tidak mampu atau memperkirakan tidak mampu membayar utang kepada para kreditornya yang sudah jatuh tempo dan dapat ditagih. PKPU menjadi suatu upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada debitur untuk melakukan restrukturisasi utang-utangnya, meliputi pembayaran seluruh atau sebagian utangnya kepada kreditor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan restrukturisasi penundaan kewajiban pembayaran hutang debitur terhadap kreditur di masa pandemi Covid-19 diajukan debitur terhadap para krediturnya dilakukan dengan pemohon mengajukan proposal Perdamaian kepada seluruh kreditur dan dalam proposal perdamaian pada intinya mengajukan penawaran penjadwalan ulang pembayaran angsuran hutang disertai dengan agunan atau jaminan dalam bentuk pemberian hak tanggungan untuk menjamin pembayaran agunan tersebut. Hambatan yang di hadapi kreditur dan debitur dalam penyelesaian hutang di masa Pandemi covid-19 adalah pandangan masyarakat yang menganggap restrukturisasi kredit akibat covid-19 ini adalah penghapusan utang nasabah selama pandemi ini. Pertimbangan hukum hakim pada putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 830 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020 adalah syarat rencana perdamaian tidak diterima atau ditolak adalah quorum, karena 2 (dua) kreditur konkuren secara aklamasi menolak Rencana Perdamaian PT. Yeyeom Design, sehingga debitur PT. Yeyeom Design harus dinyatakan pailit dengan segala akibat hukumnya.Kata Kunci: Perdamaian, Kreditor Konkuren, PKPU Abstract Bankruptcy is one of the paths taken by debtors in solving debt problems when the debtor is unable or estimates not to be able to pay debts to creditors that are due and can be collected. PKPU is a legal remedy that can be carried out by providing an opportunity for debtors to restructure their debts, including paying all or part of their debts to creditors. The results showed that the restructuring of the postponement of debt repayment obligations of debtors to creditors during the Covid-19 pandemic was proposed by debtors to creditors with the applicant submitting a reconciliation proposal to all creditors and in the peace proposal essentially submitting an offer to reschedule the payment of debt installments accompanied by collateral or guarantees in the form of granting mortgage rights to guarantee the payment of the collateral. The obstacles faced by creditors and debtors in settling debts during the Covid-19 pandemic are the views of the public who consider credit restructuring due to COVID-19 as the elimination of customer debt during this pandemic. The judge's legal consideration in the Supreme Court's decision Number 830 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020 is the condition that the peace plan is not accepted or rejected is a quorum, because 2 (two) concurrent creditors unanimously rejected the PT. Yeyeom Design, so that the debtor of PT.     Era reformasi telah membawa perubahan-perubahan mendasar dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk bidang pendidikan. Salah satu program yang dicanankan pemerintah yaitu pemberantasan buta aksara termasuk di dalamnya aksara Al-Qur’an. Program pemberantasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an adalah rancangan yang akan dilaksanakan dalam memusnahkan atau membasmi kebutaan sistem penulisan dan cara membaca Al-Qur’an. Bagi Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti yang baru masuk dan mengenal Islam, menulis dan membaca Al-Quran tentu menjadi kendala atau masalah. Bagaimana metode dalam memberantas buta aksara Al-Qur’an pada Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti dan apa saja kendalanya?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode dan kendala dalam pemberantasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an pada Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini bahwa pada Suku Anak Dalam khususnya dalam pemberantasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an, masih belum maksimal karena Suku Anak Dalam mayoritas baru menjadi mualaaf, dan jarak tempuh untuk belajar mengaji juga sangat jauh serta kurangnya guru untuk mengajar mengaji masih sangat minim.

    law enforcement on SME licensing aims to encourage the empowerment of the people's economy through improving the quality of licensing services in the regional autonomy government and for better chances in the future in North Sumatra Province. The research method used is normative legal research (juridical normative), juridical sociology, and empirical to find the truth related to the enforcement of SME licensing laws that have been stipulated in the regulations. Result of this study, the process for obtaining SME licensing in North Sumatra has been regulated through the One-Stop Integrated Licensing Service Agency based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation followed by Governor, Regent, and Mayor regulations through regional regulations. In the implementation, it will be carried out using technology systems and facilities or still manual. From the actual conditions, licensing services are still problematic so that to achieve the goal of law enforcement in empowering the people's economy or even to improve the economy of the community is not yet optimal, because the implementation of regulations has not been implemented properly and correctly so that the people applying for permits still have difficulty obtaining business licenses. From the results of the delegation of the authority of the regional head to the BPPTSP, it has not been fully implemented, there are still other offices that accept delegations so that permit applicants find it difficult and convoluted and their implementation overlaps in the difficult bureaucracy, finally the timeliness and expenditure of costs are not as expected
