    Implementasi Pembelajaran Online di Era Pandemi Covid-19: Tantangan dan Peluang

    The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that COVID-19 was a pandemic that has spread to all countries in the world. It has resulted on limited interaction activities and social groups meetings. The education sector is directly affected by the policy of limiting community physical interaction, so that the learning process is fully transformed into the form of online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and opportunities in the online learning process that has been implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by describing the online learning process that has been implemented. The subjects in the study were students and teachers of Satya Wacana Lab High School Salatiga. Analysis of the data used in this study is to triangulate data consisting of data from observations, interviews and field observations. The results of the study showed that the online learning process had challenges in terms of the availability of qualified technology such as electronic devices in the learning process, internet networks, and students’ and teachers’ readiness in facing online learning. While the opportunities from the online learning process that have been implemented are directly familiarizing students to practice independently in the learning process, and from the teacher's side, encouraging teachers to master technology and innovate in the learning process so that it would be more varied and effective.The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that COVID-19 was a pandemic that has spread to all countries in the world.     ANALISIS TINGKAT LITERASI DIGITAL SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 SENGAH TEMILA KABUPATEN LANDAK KALIMANTAN BARAT

    In facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, the transformation of education is crucial, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK) which have an important role in preparing industrial workers. Digital literacy is the key in preparing students to face the demands of this digital age. This research aims to analyze the digital literacy level of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sengah Temila in Landak Regency in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Using quantitative descriptive methods, this research involved 128 students majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV) classes X and XI. The results show that the majority of students have smartphones and internet access, with high digital literacy in technical aspects, navigation, communication and content production. Even though there are no significant differences between classes, it is necessary to pay attention to aspects of digital content production and creation. This research provides important insights for the development of digital literacy education in vocational schools, with recommendations for involving students more deeply in the use of technology, improving content production skills, and continuing to monitor the results of digital literacy education to answer future demands

    Korelasi Pengalaman Kerja, Kesejahteraan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Guru-Guru SMA Swasta

    This is a correlational research, aimed to determine (1) the correlation between the work experience and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, (2) the correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, and (3) the correlation between the work experience, well-being, and work motivation of the private high school teachers in Waingapu City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The research located in private high schools in Waingapu City in 2021 (PGRI High School, Muhammadyah High School, Kristen High School, and Andaluri Catholic High School). The population of this study were 140 people, with the sample of  90 people. The data analysis technique was the bivariate correlation with the Spearman test tool, which was processed using the SPSS Version 21.00. The research results are as follows: (1) There is a significant correlation between the work experience and work motivation because the overall correlation coefficient value (r = 0.442**) is at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (2) There is a significant correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers overall (r = 0.469**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (3) There is a significant correlation between work experience, well-being, and work motivation, with a correlation coefficient of (r = 0.604**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000.     Analisis Kemandirian Belajar Mahasiswa Dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Moodle Pada Flearn UKSW

    This research objective is to analyze students’ learning independence in the moodle-based learning at SWCU F-learn. This is a qualitative research by looking for the root of the research problem so that it can produce research findings. The subjects of this study were students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which consisted of 20 students and then 3 subjects were selected with certain criteria. The research instrument used in this study were learning independence questionnaire, interview guidelines, and observation of the implementation of learning through Moodle. The validity and reliability of the instrument were reached by the validation from expert validators. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students related to learning independence, then from students who had high, medium, and low learning independence, in-depth interviews and observations of the learning process were carried out through lectures. The data analysis used qualitative analysis by triangulating data sources, namely from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The learning independence is the result of several integrated factors such as learning motivation, learning objectives, learning strategies, and self-evaluation. Subjects with low learning independence were caused by low learning motivation so that they did not have clear goals for the targets to be achieved. Subjects with moderate independence had good learning motivation but lack of follow-up and implications, so that less improvements were made. Meanwhile, subjects with high learning independence had high learning motivation and awareness, were able to design learning targets and make improvements simultaneously.     The Effect of Integrated Learning Management Systems FLearn in Improving Learning Outcomes at Universities during Online Learning

    The problem in learning during the covid-19 pandemic is how the university implements effective online learning for students. In order to facilitate online learning to be more comprehensive and integrated, the development of an integrated learning system, namely the learning system in Flexibel Learning or Leaning management, is expected to increase the effectiveness of online learning. The research method in this study is a mixed-method research method with a sequential exploratory model. The research begins with a qualitative study to find the root of the problem and then continues with quantitative analysis to find the influence between variables. The study subjects were fourth-year students in the mathematics education study program. The study results show that the integration of the system facilitates the implementation of learning in the online learning process, but there are still obstacles, such as internet access and learning devices. In contrast, the regression test results show a significant influence between the integration of the learning system on student learning outcomes. The influence of learning system integration on learning achievement is 61.3%, and 38.7% is affected by other factors such as motivation, learning independence, student responsibility, and adequate internet access.The problem in learning during the covid-19 pandemic is how the university implements effective online learning for students.     ABSTRAKSalah satu keuntungan dari pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility, reputasi perusahaan akan semakin baik sehingga loyalitas konsumen makin tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada aspek environmental sustainability terhadap reputasi perusahaan Grand Hyatt Bali. Desain penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan tujuan adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah masyarakat yang ada di Desa Bualu, Kabupaten Badung. Jumlah penduduk Desa Bualu berdasarkan adalah 9521. Berdasarkan pendekatan dari sampel Krejcie dan Morgan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 274 responden. Hasil penelitian menganalisis tentang hubungan 3P (Planet, People dan Profit) terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Aspek planet dan people dari implementasi CSR di pantai Benoa memiliki pengaruh signifkan terhadap reputasi perusahaan Grand Hyatt Bali. Aspek profit pada environmental sustainability CSR pelaksanaan beach cleaning oleh Grand Hyatt Bali tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan tidak secara langsung memberikan dampak keuntungan, namun murni karena tanggung jawab sosial.Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Sustainability, Reputasi Perusahaan. ABSTRACTOne of the advantages of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility, the company's reputation will be better so that customer loyalty is higher. The study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on environmental sustainability aspects of the Grand Hyatt Bali company's reputation. The research design that is used based on the objectives is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this research, the population is the people in Bualu Village, Badung Regency. The population-based on Bualu Village is 9521. Based on the approach of the Krejcie and Morgan sample, 274 respondents were obtained. The results of the study analyzed the relationship of 3P (Planet, People, and Profit) to the company's reputation. The planetary and people aspects of implementing CSR on the Benoa beach have a significant influence on the Grand Hyatt Bali company's reputation. The profit aspect of CSR environmental sustainability in implementing beach cleaning by Grand Hyatt Bali has no significant relationship to the company's reputation.     Empowering Teachers in the Socialization of the Anti-Sexual Violence Behavior in Primary Schools

    Facts showed that many cases of sexual harassment and violence occurred to elementary school students, yet they did not have the knowledge, courage, and skills to withstand against the people who harmed them. Teachers should become a good mediator for the students in understanding the basic sexual values, as well as skills against sexual abuses. This study developed a multimedia-based teaching media, animation, and user-friendly digital books to empower these teachers. The other aim to be achieved was the formation of communication and parent-student-teacher partnership. Hence, they were integrated into attaining one purpose which was protecting children from sexual violence. The method used was discussion forums, in where the teachers were divided into small groups, to achieve the goal which was the empowerment action among elementary school teachers in socialising of anti-sexual violence behaviour. All teachers involved were the principals and teachers of two elementary schools in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia. The impact of this action program was the establishment of tranquillity and comfort in the community's social life. The teachers were increasingly skilled and encouraged to have courage in socialising anti-sexual violence to the students. The teacher-student-parent communication was able to assist them in making an early identification, and appropriate responses to sexual violence occurred to the elementary students

    Academic supervision is one of the processes in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers through a process of regular supervision and coaching. Bengkayang Regency is one of the regencies in Indonesia that is included in the 3T criteria (Front, Outermost, Disadvantaged) with low academic supervision results, due to limited access and geographical conditions. The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of academic supervision carried out with a Management Information System (MIS) for academic supervision on the effectiveness of the performance of school supervisors. The research method used in this research is a mix method research method with a sequential exploratory model, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative analysis was carried out first to find out detailed data related to the supervision process carried out by school supervisors, while quantitative analysis was carried out by analyzing the differences in the achievements of academic supervision from before and after using the online supervision system. The research subjects used in the study were school supervisors in the Bengkayang district which consisted of 8 school supervisors. The research instruments used were questionnaires, interview guidelines, and documentation. The results showed that the Academic Supervision Management Information System (MIS) made it easier for school supervisors to carry out the academic supervises process. Through the system, the results of supervision have increased compared to the previous period. Tacademic supervisionhe online-based academic supervision system in general, is a solution to access limitations including distance, time, and the ratio of supervisors to supervised teachers. The suggestion in this study is that the use of an online-based academic supervision system can be used not only in the 3T area but can be applied in other areas, especially in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu proses dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dan profesionalisme guru melalui proses pengawasan secara berkala dan pembinaan yang dilakukan. Kabupaten Bengkayang adalah salah satu kabupaten di Indonesia yang termasuk dalam kriterian 3T (Terdepan, Terluar, Tertinggal) dengan capaian hasil supervisi akademik yang rendah, karena keterbatasan akses dan kondisi geografis. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak dari supervisi akademik yang dilakukan dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) supervisi akademik dalam efektivitas kinerja dari pengawas sekolah. Motode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan metode penelitian mix method dengan model sequential exploratory, yaitu perpaduan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis secara kualitatif dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui data secara mendetail terkait dengan proses supervisi yang dilaksanakan oleh pengawas sekolah, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menganalisis perbedaan capaian dari supervisi akademik dari sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan sistem supervisi secara online. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian adalah pengawas sekolah di daerah kabupaten bengkayang yang terdiri dari 8 pengawas sekolah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) supervisi akademik mempermudah pengawas sekolah dalam melaksanakan proses supervises akademik. Melalui sistem capaian hasil supervisi menjadi meningkat dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Sistem supervisi akademik berbasis online secara umum, menjadi solusi atas keterbatasan akses meliputi jarak, waktu, dan rasio pengawas dengan guru yang diawasi. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatkan dari sistem supervisi akademik berbasis online dapat digunakan bukan hanya di daerah 3T namun dapat diaplikasikan didaerah lain terutama di era pandemic covid-19
