Guidage automatique de machine agricole : état de l'art et présentation d'une application

This communication is about an automatic guiding system that includes a perception module based on artificial vision associated to an adaptive control module using techniques based on neural networks. The original principle allows one to detect in part of the image, the contrast interfaces contained in the guide; a statistical process computes the heading and position differences between the planned route and the vehicle, differences that are transmitted to the neural controller. Laboratory and field results are presented. / La communication présente un système de guidage automatique comprenant un module de perception basé sur la vision artificielle associé à un module de contrôle adaptatif utilisant les techniques à base de réseaux de neurones. Le principe original présenté permet de détecter dans une partie de l'image les interfaces de contraste contenues dans le guide ; un traitement statistique calcule les écarts de cap et de position entre la trace à suivre et le véhicule qui sont transmises au contrôleur neuronal. Les résultats en laboratoire et de terrains sont présentés et commentés

A testing bench with incorporated diagnosis for agricultural tractors engines

Tractors represent heavy investment for the farmers, therefore it is very important to avoid severe breakdown and high fixing costs. Regular maintenance and surveillance of the adjustements of the engine are a good way to reduce these costs. Forthree years we have been working on the means of helping the repairers and mark agents in this task. We first realized the expert system SCORPIO 10, which is dedicated to our experimental measure-bench and gives a diagnosis based on the result of a test. We now present an automated diagnosis-bench (BED) that consists of a simple and accurate testing-bench which goes with a system that drives. / La surveillance et la maintenance des réglages des moteurs de tracteurs agricoles contribuent à réduire les coûts d'exploitation.
